This was my very first experience doing a lash lift and brow tint and shape. The area set up looked like a place i would curl up and read a good book. Very comfy seating and fuzzy blanket put on for comfort. The process took awhile since it was my first time but my lash technician made it go by fast! She told me what to expect so I knew what was coming since my eyes are closed almost the whole time. The results were amazing!!! As you can see they were really thinning out and she made me look five years younger (some might say 10) I love the natural no make up look but with this done I look natural but beautiful! Please ask for jaclyn she works on your schedule and was such a pleasure to work with! Five star experience!!!! read more

I've been extremely fortunate to find Flirt Lash Lounge. It's a hidden gem up in north county SD. It's clean and cutely decorated! I feel comfortable and welcome whenever I come in and I feel gorgeous when I leave I've had the luck of finding amazing lash artists under one building. I initially was going to Hollie for my lashes and she's incredible. Hollie is a perfectionist and has great attention to detail with her work. She's passionate about what she does and she's so sweet and helpful! Due to schedules not aligning, I ended up having to switch to Gaby H for my lashes to be done. Gaby has a calming vibe about her when she does lashes and she's also incredibly efficient as well. For some appointments I've gotten out early because of how fast she was! Eyelashes appt with Markie in July She was 20 minutes late.While waiting, I spoke with Mgr, who seemed very nice, and she was having a chandelier hung, which was gorgeous. Markie also had a running nose and continued sniffing in my face as she did my lashes. The lashes were just ok. Brooke P. did an amazing job giving the eyelashes I envisioned. This is the first time I got my lashes done with her and I already pre booked my next appointment because I left feeling pretty and happy knowing I have one less thing I'll have to do when I get ready for the day for 3 weeks. She ask the right questions to hone in on what look I was really wanting. Which was whisky hybrid lashes, I wanted them shorter on the inner corners with some peeks here and there. I go to Peighton for a 'natural' lash set and fills. She really takes her time, and make sure every lash is perfectly on there! I really love that Peighton has killer music, and a steady hand. Really comfortable process and so relaxing. She's such a sweet heart to chat with, and does an incredible job. I was very excited for this Lash studio to open up in Oceanside,since it is local for me. The plaza that is in is a little questionable but the studio it self is beautiful. The decor to the lash chairs are great and very comfortable. This review is for Jenn. I am so happy with her and her work. I have never had a lash tech that used my layers of lashes to give me such a full look. I have been going to her for a couple months now . I tried classic , hybrid, and now I'm on to volume sets. I've been a lash client here for almost three years. Brooklyn is the best lash artist and only hires the best! Right when you walk in you feel relaxed and at home. It's kind of hidden in the corner of the shopping center. Once you step inside it's so cute and spacious. They have a bunch of chairs through 3 rooms. I had booked Gabriela, she was really informative and friendly. I liked having my lashes done in a big room ( there was another client across from me), it feels less claustrophobic then a tiny one person room. They had really good music to vibe to instead of the sleepy spa jazz. I ended up taking a lash nap. It was an overall fun experience. read more

I had the privilege of getting a facial from Nadine, (@mydewlab). She was able to focus in on my acne problem areas, extract all the gross bacteria and buildup, and give me exactly the perfect treatment for my skin to start getting healthy again. I have sensitive, oily skin and she knew exactly what products would benefit me best during the service. The room was very clean and neat, smelled delicious, and was perfectly cozy for a calming facial. The entire experience was very relaxing, and I even got the pick of the music! Nadine was very patient with me asking as many questions as I'd like, and we had great conversation which made me feel even more comfortable and taken care of. She did also offer the opportunity to just zen out and relax, which may be more beneficial for others who would like to just take the hour in as a good nap too, which is totally acceptable as well! The best part is that once the facial was done, Nadine shared her educated and informed choices for skincare products which I purchased and am excited to use soon! I've had my lashes done by a few different people in the past and I was hardly ever fully satisfied with the way they turned out so I stopped getting them for a while. I'm so glad I decided to try them again because Brooklyn is absolutely amazing! After 2 weeks my set still looks amazing and my lashes are always super comfortable. I've been getting dry manicures with gel overlay/extensions from Dani for nearly a year and she has changed my nails completely. As a lifelong nail biter I never thought I'd have long enough nails to do fun nail art or embellishments or even fun bright colors, but she and I have done all that and more! Initially went to Peighton on an emergency fill because my original lash lady was sick and had to cancel. I was surprised by her light touch and she had great insight into what was going on with my lashes. After going back to my original lady I kept thinking of how much I liked Peighton's job more - her lashes simply lasted longer. Peighton is aaamazing!! Her volume lashes are on point and I rarely lose a ton of lashes by my next fill she is mainly managing growth! I highly recommend Peighton! Hi! My name is Brooklyn. I’m the owner of Flirt and a licensed esthetician/certified eyelash extension expert. I’ve been doing lashes exclusively for over 13 years both in California and Melbourne Australia. I opened Flirt Lash Lounge & Day Spa in October of 2019. I booked a bikini wax and did not state a preference for the technician. Riley ended up doing my Brazilian and she was excellent! She talked to me throughout to distract me from the pain, but honestly it was not that painful. I was surprised that my skin was not super red afterward. She offered me a rosewater wipe to use prior the waxing and the treatment room was clean. She did a thorough job and used an oil by the brand Fur to finish, and I decided to purchase the travel rollerball, which totally helped eliminate any ingrown hairs or red bumps that were trying to come out. I kept using the rollerball for weeks after, and no ingrowns! I shopped around the boutique after my treatment and was astounded at the reasonable prices on the super cute clothes, jewelry, and other accessories and fun things in the shop. I left with a dress, a couple cute tops, a bracelet and earrings by Scout (love that brand), and a travel candle, plus the Fur rollerball. I believe the Brazilian bikini wax was $65, and I left a nice tip and walked away with fun new stuff without spending a ton over my gift card amount of $115. Side note--the toilet would not flush when I used their restroom, and let them know, so they shut it down for customer use while I was there. I think it's an older building and perhaps sensitive plumbing. This did not affect my experience in any way. Overall I recommend Riley and this awesome little boutique if you live near the Carlsbad area or are visiting!
