This was my first experience ever with eyelash extensions & posting a selfie on YELP. I wish I would have gotten some pictures of the inside of the space but it is decorated so comfortably with big chairs in the waiting area and the 6ish stations are long wide tables with pillows for your head and to lift your knees and are divided by curtains. They give you a blanket and noise cancelling headphones with lash radio. I think I took a small cat nap but it was just very relaxing considering you're getting your face worked on! Booking was easy..you can do it online or call in. For your appointment arrive a few minutes early for some light paperwork but they will offer you water, coffee, etc. while you're waiting. My appointment lasted 2ish hours starting with paperwork to walking out the door. To kick off the appointment they did a little consultation on me to figure out what I was looking for in my lashes and measured my current ones and offered their advice based on all the above! In the first part of the apt my eyes were very watery (i didn't realize there would be drops after they shampoo your natural lashes and my eyes just hate eye drops:) ) BUT she was patient and helped me to get them to completely stop watering before we started by using a small fan. I am so happy with the classic silk set being someone who doesn't wear a ton of makeup. My lashes were really short (7mm, average is 10mm they said) and blonde and I think now they're about 13mm and i didn't even get them tinted. They feel really light and I can't even tell they are there. yay! I had a great experience here and am excited to keep this lash thing up. It's crazy how such a small change makes such a huge difference for your face. I was pretty bummed I got these done on a Monday and had nowhere to go to show them off!

The most unprofessional salon I have ever had to deal with. I received exactly one email after…read morebooking my appointment and never received a call or text message for confirmation or any additional information. The day of my appointment came -- one day prior to my 10-day vacation, mind you -- and no one answered the phone at the office. I called when the salon was supposedly open, so I ended up leaving a voicemail, which no one returned. After the call, I received an AI message asking how they could help me, and I replied, "I want to confirm my appointment for today." The operator replied with my appointment details and asked me to confirm if that was the correct appointment. I answered "yes," and it replied that my appointment had been confirmed. Almost two hours passed. I was five minutes from the salon and called because I ran into traffic and was worried I would be late. Well, it turns out I had no appointment because my supposed lash tech no longer works there, and no one bothered to inform me via email, call, or message. I asked if I could be seen by anyone else, and they said no. And to top it all off, when I asked why I wasn't informed earlier so I didn't have to drive all the way to the salon, the lady said, "Yeah, that's my fault. I was running late to work today." Disappointment is an understatement. Horrible customer service. All in all, I am grateful I didn't give them my money.
