We did a little research, read some reviews, and then bought a Groupon to try out Absolute. The long and short? We do not regret the choice at all. We went to the salon as a walk-in. We were greeted and taken back immediately. The owner, Arati, is friendly and efficient. Watching her thread is fascinating, truly. She also gave me info about an upcoming closing of the salon for her vacation so that we could prepare accordingly, and I appreciate that level of detail. She did an amazing job; Emma's eyebrows look fabulous. Emma did say the pain was more than she expected, considering what she was told by friends...but that's the process, not the technician. Next time it won't be as painful because she will have less hair!
