I booked with Cheslse'y for the first time after hours and what was considered to be "same day" because of a last minute trip I had and she accommodated me completely. The prices she charges are very reasonable for the quality of her work. I booked my lash fill in 3 weeks after my original set and they still look mostly intact. I've had several people ask me who did my lashes and have told them to book with her. She had to push my fill in appointment back a little bit but life happens and she accommodated with money off. My first time getting my lashes done through her was when I fell in love all over again with last extensions. Not only did my lashes look natural but I get so many compliments when I had them done. Her price are def reasonable comparing to the ones I've researched and definitely make an appointment since she can get really busy. This girl was very unprofessional when I reached out to her on instagram for info about her salon, and told me to "look on her website for pricing", instead of having the decency to communicate with me further like she was too good for other people or something. I then asked why one of her clients eyes looked so irritated in her instagram photos, which can't be healthy and rather than addressing it she blocked me. Her attitude stinks and my lashes started coming out one by one the very next day smh. She didn't even dry them properly cause she was rushing to leave her shop. I've had lash extensions plenty of times and she's the first person I've went to that did a horrible job. They looked nice after she did them that's why I gave 2 stars but the very next day they started coming out. More started coming out after that. This owner is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. 0/5 stars if I could. If you don't mind your pictures that you do not want on social media without your consent being posted, even after asking THREE times to have them deleted, I don't recommend! I asked very politely to have them deleted and they still weren't deleted, which is also illegal without consent mind you. The owner dmed me back a very rude remark then blocked me! I got on a different account to ask her again to delete them respectfully hoping she would have the kindness to do so, and she continued to block me on that account as well after making ANOTHER nasty comment. She proceeded to bring up a confidential thing I had once told her to try and take a stab at me. This owner has 0 decency or respect! Very unprofessional. Also, no where does it say in her terms and agreements that she can post pictures without consent!!! I never commented on her pictures so that was a lie! The owner is very rude and unprofessional. I had a full set done by her on November 26 and felt that my lash look different after the first day. Then I contacted her and told her that the curl was bothering me and she Said that I can't highlight her work to her when all I did was told her that it was bothering me. She was very rude and so fast to defense her self. Secondly after 2.5 week I make an appointment again with her to give her a second chance. However instead of having me come at my appointment time which was 11:am on December 11. She shoot me a text and ask if I can come at 11:30. I explain to her that I couldn't because I have to be back at work and she told me that it was still in my appointment slot and that she could finish me before my appointment is over. The fill was suppose to be 45 min long And she Said she could finish's me before my appointment is over?She even said that " this is your second time getting smart with me" I have already pay her $50 for a fill and still didn't get my refund until now. Which she have said that she will refund me my whole amount. Just be carful Because she will rush through your work and take your money! She also threatened me with harassing her via text. I have to come back and edit my review Because this business owner is could not keep her words and refused to refund me my money. Even after I make this review she will lie and said she have refunded me but I still didn't see nth in my account showing I was refunded.
