We were greeted and taken back immediately. The owner, Arati, is friendly and efficient. Watching her thread is fascinating, truly. She also gave me info about an upcoming closing of the salon for her vacation so that we could prepare accordingly, and I appreciate that level of detail. She did an amazing job; Emma's eyebrows look fabulous. Emma did say the pain was more than she expected, considering what she was told by friends...but that's the process, not the technician. Next time it won't be as painful because she will have less hair! I was informed that the AC only works Monday- Friday so the temperature would not be changing. we then walked into the facial room and the lady told me to put s robe on by the robe hanging up was visibly dirty so a new one was brought over.
