She also gave me info about an upcoming closing of the salon for her vacation so that we could prepare accordingly, and I appreciate that level of detail. The phone line continuously rolled to voicemail so I simply began to wander around the mall trying to find them for 20 minutes, call every few minutes. I finally found them and walked in 10 minutes late. I told them I had been trying to reach them for nearly 30 minutes, and they informed me their phone lines were perfectly fine (false- I even confirmed the number with them!) and that they couldn't fit me in for an hour now. Funny, because there was a stylist simply sitting in a chair playing on her phone. Beyond rude. I immediately left (knowing I'd be leaving a review here and contacting their management) and went promptly to another blowdry bar just down the road (with lovely yellow blowdryers), where I walked right in, as usual. I told the stylist there about my awful experience and she said she had heard this numerous times, and they even had a new stylist on their staff who had left Ooh La La for their team due to the poor management.
