I had read other reviews with the same experiences as mine. This girl rescheduled my appointment approximately 10 times within a week. Using the following excuses: "I have to pick up my dog, my tire popped (mind you this was 20 minutes before my appointment while I live 40 minutes away), I'm moving this week and have been so busy and lastly.. I've been so sick". Which I am completely understanding when it comes to unforeseen circumstances come about. Unfortunately all these excuses make it hard to believe. She helped fixed it but it was still irritating once again when I walked out. There was even a deal for first time clients, which was $10 cheaper but she still charged me full price for a new full set. Then I went to a different lash tech to get them removed because it was consistently irritating and she had told me that there was an eye infection forming. Eva is very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. By the time she was done, we had swapped our favorite places to get dim sum, what our favorite Vietnamese foods are and what we like to order at boba tea shops. It was THE BEST experience. Sadly, I realized my eyes were sensitive and I had to get them removed. I am legit sad. Rose, the owner, is very responsive and helped me schedule a next day appointment. Bree is the artist who helped me remove my lashes. She's so gentle! The other lash artist (I'm so sad I didn't get her name) is also super knowledgeable and recommended I try ruling out what I'm sensitive to. We think it might be the primer. I had an appointment at 11:30 AM for a dip manicure and pedicure. After a 10 minute wait, I was seated, then waited another 30 minutes before someone actually came and started my pedicure. While getting my toes done, I asked three different technicians about my manicure--one had no information, one kept saying someone would come (no one did), and another said she only does pedicures. No one apologized or acknowledged the delay. After waiting OVER AN HOUR, someone finally came to move me, probably just to free up the chair while I continued waiting for a manicure. I would have left much earlier, but I was there with my friend who was in the middle of getting her nails done. At that point, I declined since it had already been too long. It is highly unprofessional for not one single person to come and check in with me or even apologize for the excessive delay. I think if there was any sort of acknowledgement I would have proceeded to get my manicure. I would not recommend wasting your time here.
