She would just say don't worry it will be okay after the swelling goes down. I waited 30 days and my left brow was still messed up. I had to pay the full price to correct her work. Then what really made me write this review is she texted me for the follow up appointment I told to cancel and she didn't even ask me why she knew the reason was because she had messed up my eyebrows. It was so bad that I would have never let her touch me again anyway. Luckily for me the other artist was able to make them look more even. If you don't want uneven brows please don't go there you can't trust all the good reviews all the time when it comes to something that important like your face.

It did take longer than the average set of lashes but that is expected for a good set of lashes. Sandra took her time to ensure that the lashes were done correctly and I never felt rushed. I waited till the next morning to give more feedback to see if the lashes would stick together but to my surprise I found them looking perfect when I woke up. I also noticed that no lashes have fallen out in my sauna time. Yes I know I am not supposed to do that but how am I suppose to know if they are durable or not? I like to push the lashes to limit to see how durable they are. Next is the wet sauna.

Not sure why they don't have a henna book or a pic book from some of the previous customers. It would be nice to see the work of art from other clients. My design required a additional $15 on top of my groupon that was only $5. So for the size henna I wanted I cost $20. I think that was a reasonable price. The young lady who did my design was really good. She looked at my design and replicated it. I was there all of 10 min. She also insured I wouldn't mess up the design by making me wait and blow drying my design to speed up the drying. Overall the experience was really great and o get stopped all the time with people asking questions about my design. I would highly recommend this salon.

It was easy to book an appointment online with her. She was friendly, personable and made me feel comfortable. She took the time to explain to me a few options that I had and was very comfortable with helping me decide what service I needed based on what I was looking for. She took the time to map out my face and show me several options The shop was very clean and sterile - I only say sterile because Jazmin took all supplies out of new packaging and all tools and equipment was wrapped to avoid cross contamination. With that in mind, I decided to try this spot out for some lash extensions with the idea that if I liked them, I would get a fill in a couple weeks prior to my trip. When I first arrived, I was super nauseated from my Uber ride and the woman that answered the door was very friendly, got me a chair out of the direct sunlight (overheated) and got me some cold water. It was such a friendly and welcoming way to enter my appointment after such a rough Uber ride. Jazmin was so lovely and friendly, making me feel comfortable and listening to what I said I wanted done to my lashes. She had just gotten her own done and I loved how they looked and kind of also showed her a few pictures of what I was looking for to get this kind of layered, wispy look that I was going for. The session was really relaxing and she was so patient, even when for some reason I kept having to cough throughout the appointment. She did not get frustrated or rush through anything and I absolutely loved the results. I cannot wait to go back in two weeks and get just a little more volume/length added before my trip :)
