Easily the WORST lash experience I have ever had. I very frequently get my lashes done and have…read morenever had an experience like this. The salon I usually go to was booked up, so I figured why not try somewhere new? Big mistake. The lash tech took forever (I was in the chair for 4 hours) and she glued my eyes shut not once but actually twice! After she finally finished the lashes looked terrible, absolutely not what I asked for and way too short. My natural lashes look longer with mascara than this "set" she put on. Clumps of glue everywhere and sparse lashes left all over my face. She asked me 4-5 times "you like it right?!" to which I responded with an unenthusiastic "yeah" because I was so mad I couldn't even talk about it and because I was beyond late after being stuck there way longer than anticipated. On top of all this dissatisfaction, she uncharged me an extra $40 at the end and asked for a second tip. I'm beyond upset and immediately made an appointment for my regular spa to clean up this horrible mess. I sincerely hope she can fix it.

I have very curly lashes, which I have since learned can make it harder to get impactful results from lash lifts but the technician did a great job. The eyebrow tint was not as good. It lasted 2 days, even being careful not to get them wet the first 24 hours. It looked as if I had nothing done by day 3. From the reviews here, I have since learned that Emerald offers a 3-day grace period for any service you are not happy with. Unfortunately, I was traveling on what would have been day 3 so knowing this policy sooner would not have resolved the issue. One additional minor nit picky item. The eyebrow tint was performed in an upright chair. This was the first time I have had any eyebrow service in a chair that did not at least recline a bit, and it was mildly uncomfortable. The staff were very professional (well trained), but not particularly friendly if that makes sense. Overall, it was an okay experience and probably fine for most people.

I showed up to my appointment right on time tonight and she wasn't there. When I sent her the screenshots confirming the appointment was tonight she offered me 5% off a $50 treatment...so $2.5 off. For me blocking out my evening for this appointment and driving out there. I should also mention she said she missed our appointment because she was sick and then offered to work on me the next day. While still sick. She has also cut our last few appointments short by around 10 minutes. Meaning they ended 10 minutes early. I think Cassie should just close up shop at this point. She clearly doesn't care about her customers anymore and clearly doesn't want to be there.
