***I had to update my review after my most recent visit because WOW what a difference!***…read more I really appreciate businesses that take ownership when something doesn't go as planned. After my previous experience, the team reached out, made things right, and even provided a complimentary service for the inconvenience. That's the kind of customer care that earns customer loyalty. Experience: This visit was a complete 180 from my last one. No issues with the call box or communication with calls/texts. I was able to get in and out in under an hour and everything stayed on schedule. KUDOS! Service: My lash lift with tint looks amazing! I will say I have had better lifts done. I think I prefer the Korean lash lift (which they don't do here), but Keyaira did an amazing job, as usual. She's talented, a great conversationalist, and made me feel so relaxed throughout the whole process. Overall, this visit changed my impression and everyone was very accommodating (shout to Kay as well!!) and focused on making sure I had a better experience. I wish I got to meet the other staff in person, but apparently they aren't there most weekends or at least when I went. Thanks for turning a frustrating situation into a positive one.
