They actually hurt, and a week later they still don't look right. One eye has shed almost completely while the other is still full, so they're uneven and look worse over time. After two days of trying to reach someone, I finally spoke with the owner, Yvonne, who offered to remove them. I clearly said I did not want Sophie to touch my lashes again. When I arrived, Sophie was the one assigned to remove them anyway. I declined and left. What made this even more uncomfortable was being pressured to leave a review before I even left my original appointment. Sophie handed me a QR code and insisted I write it on the spot, standing over me while I did it. It didn't feel optional, and it wasn't an honest review. Based on my experience, I would not trust the reviews here or return.

The one I went to was a head spa, but a Chinese one. This one is Japanese and has the same features as what I have been reading about in Japan. So they start out with a scalp review, showing you how bad your scalp is. Like last time, I had a lot of buildup. I was offered more treatment for dandruff, dry scalp and didn't take the upsell for more treatment. Then I'm led into a dim room and offered a chair. They add a protective layer so I don't get wet, and cover my in a soft blanket and an eye mask. The process of washing my hair with various water and products was similar as the other head spa, but here my scalp was focused on 90%, whereas the Chinese one did a facial more than my scalp. After the head spa, I paid extra for them to dry my hair. I don't think it was worth the $45 but I wanted to pamper my mom so I splurged. They said they offer hair dryers so I guess you could DIY. 3 head spa with an added blow out came to $495. Tip was paid in cash. My mother commented that her hair felt so soft and luxurious. That's worth the money right there.

She is not only professional, kind, and friendly, but also funny. We have some great conversations! She is very accommodating with appointments. I hate when places are only open during the traditional bankers hours of 9-5. Yoko offers such excellent hours that I no longer have to lie to my boss to leave early. I love this new location. Yoko is super talented and offers all types of lashes, including classic and volume. She offers traditional fills, as well as a quick fill. I normally go every 3 weeks and my lashes are still full.
