I went in for a lash lift and Jenna explained in detail what she was doing since it was my first time. She was fun to talk to and the time flew by. (Tho I'm sure she'd also be cool with it if you wanted to put in EarPods and zone out.) I'm 45 and my eyelashes won't curl anymore, but I had tried extensions and they were too flashy for me. The lift and tint looks totally natural and was exactly what I had in mind - a return to my 20-something curled & mascaraed lashes, but without the hassle.
