Customer for life! First off - skills. Monique is a professional and clearly up to date on the latest techniques and procedures. She is a perfectionist and really has a great aesthetic eye. I have received the keratin lash lift + tint, and stand-alone lash tint. I have super blonde lashes but a lot of them - I just got them tinted before a trip to Mexico and I didn't have to wear makeup the entire time! Such a game changer for natural blondes. Second - value. Her services aren't inexpensive, but they aren't as high as some salons or med spas in the area. Plus, her talent/services far exceed those establishments. Overall a really great value. Third - location/convenience. I LOVE the portable office concept!!!! It's so clean, adorable, and easy to find and park. I've used the Redondo beach location which was super convenient, and also was able to have Monique come to my house for a home appointment for an additional fee. Totally worth it to be able to squeeze in an appt between conference calls working from home! I usually don't write reviews - and disclosure she does offer a few dollars off for a review - BUT I honestly do plan on being a return customer for life so I was more than happy to write one. I discovered Monique through ClassPass and just had my first facial with her. My skin looks awesome! She's very thorough and gentle, and the space is super relaxing. you can tell she genuinely cares about the results and gave me a care package of products she used on me. She also gave me a super relaxing facial massage which was amazing. You can tell she knows her stuff just by looking at her own skin. If Monique can make me age like her I will keep going back! She offers a lash service which I'll probably go back in a month to do and will report back with results! read more
