EVERY appointment has either been cancelled less than 24 hours prior (by her) or needed to be rescheduled. Through all of this, I've still been VERY patient and have continued to give her my business. Today's message was "Hi Carla, good afternoon. He was also on the phone during my appointment which came across as unprofessional and inattentive.
