I highly do NOT recommend this place for eyelash extensions. This place gave me chemical burns on my eyes I think from using too much glue, even though it was "sensitive" glue. My eyes burned throughout the entire process. Eyes were bloodshot and painful for the next 2 days. It's now resolved, but lashes still hurt occasionally. I've had lashes done at other places and I know that it should never be this painful!! Also when I walked in, 2 other clients were also having similar complaints. Love love love my lashes!! I've tried a few technicians but have stuck with Tian. She's meticulous and delicate. Very perfectionist and makes my lashes perfect!! The manager or possibly owner is always around with a friendly smile and engaging conversation. She always educates option or changes that may be available. I paid $600 for my eyebrows, that were not fully filled in even after my touch up. After 3-4months you guys offered another touch up for free. Which am able to pay for a touch up,($100+) just because I am unemployed doesn't give you the right to bring it up, that is my business not yours, so don't poke my buttons. This is how it went. Teresa first walked me back for eyelashes, and had me confused when the receptionist said I'm doing eyebrows first. It was already a weird vibe after that moment. When Ann took me back I asked if there was a possibility of it getting eyebrows touched or messed up when getting eyelashes after eyebrows. She said not to worry. It was when Haliey started confusing me with the colors. The one I picked originally now she says can turn blue, then the other one said will go more blonde...I'm a brunette... it really confused me. So I told them to just pick. I was getting nervous when both were in the room. Ann I never seen before, so I asked if she was a student (your student). Because why are you both in the room if she's a senior level then ? After figuring out she was a senior I was ok. It was not my intention to hurt anyones feelings. Apparently you took the question out of context. When I tried to explain, Hailey, you over talked me multiple times, that got me frustrated enough to cry and have an anxiety attack. It escalated for no reason. I do not understand why. I do not know if your going through something personal or what but that doesn't give you the right to over talk someone when they are just trying to explain. I really do think you need more manager classes or something with communication. Also the reply to the previous review, just shows you need some work as a manager and just as human. read more

My go to place for facial! I find it so easy to set up an appointment, the staffs are really nice and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make you feel so heavenly. I had a severe acne reaction due to medical masks. I went to Lashme Brows to get my lashes done, but an associate recommended to use one of their cream products including about 10 sessions for their micro needling treatment with a few other of their other facial treatments. I can tell my acne, pores and scoring was looking healthier. After their facial treatment, I could see fast results and my face was the softest it has ever felt. I highly recommend this place. I've been coming here for about half a year and I WILL be coming back for more treatments. To add, I get my lashes done here very often and can see that my natural lashes are still healthy and full after taking them off, compared to other places I've done before the service and employees here does a GREAT job at welcoming their customers. read more

I had a lash lift by Hailey the owner a month ago. My eyes stung during the procedure and i asked Hailey if that was normal and she said yes. She doesn't remember this though. My lashes was good when i left but a week later they were all over the place like they looked like i have a curly permed lashes. They were hard and crunchy. I called Hailey and she said that was normal as they grow. But that was a week later. Also, i think she forgot about me. I had to call out to them that i had to use the restroom because that was a long 10 minutes when she said 10 more minutes! Hailey had someone else finish as she was busy with another client that came in! I think that my lashes were over processed. I called Hailey to tell her and she said i have to go back and use something else on my lashes! But i canceled because i am so afraid now. I think i will try to go somewhere else to correct this! If I could give them a zero I would. My husband bought me a gift card for Christmas for lashes. He went to the wrong place not my usual spot but I was willing to give them a shot. They quoted me double the price of my regular spot which was across the street. They pretty much told me that my 100 gift was for one service and they were not going to work with me. They refused to give me money back which I had a receipt, and the worst part is that she kept calling me baby. She was like 20 and I am a fifty year old woman. It was offensive. There surroundings are dark, black curtains around work areas. It was like one of those old movies with brothels. The whole experience was awful! customer service is terrible. The one amusing part about the whole experience was as we were arguing this woman pops out of the curtain (a customer) and says no refunds on gift cards it says on the website. What? The first time I was got my eyebrows done by someone I knew in LA, and the shape was horrible, not just that the color is faded away super fast and change to a different color. Even though at first I asked for brow; however, I fly down to Elk Grove for a family emergency for about one week, so one of the family members recommended LASHME BROWS as the best place to get your brow done. And she's right; Hailey did such a great job of reshaping my eyebrows and changing the color to what I like. Significantly, the customer service was super good, and I feel very welcome. Haily, the manager, is knowledgeable and friendly, and she explained clearly about the process of getting my brows done. Also, she recommended I get a combination brow, which combines between microblading and shading. One of the best decisions I ever made was to get my brows because it makes my face brightening. I got a lash lift and a tint plus my eyebrows waxed here today. The eyebrows look amazing and I am happy with them. When I first walked in the owner was trying to tell me that my eyelashes were too short to do a lash lift? I've gotten them done elsewhere before and they came out beautiful and lasted awhile. I told her I wanted to do the lift anyways. They did the lift but it was not done well. A lot of my lashes were forgotten about and My technician told me multiple times I had stubborn lashes. If you can't do them correctly just be up front about it. I know my lashes look well with a lash lift and tint and I've seen them done way better than how they look now. This place was obviously very concerned with the money I was about to spend and not as much about the quality. ANOTHER UPDATE: I WARN YOU DO NOT COME HERE. I genuinely do not know what products they use, but my eyelashes have started falling out. I know y'all have heard of these horror stories. When your healthy lashes start falling out because the service you got was done wrong or they just use bad products. If you want a good tint & lift look elsewhere UPDATE TO REVIEW: normally I am not one to go on a rant here but WOW this place is completely unprofessional (you can check my other reviews on Yelp). In response to the manager, my eyelashes are LONG ENOUGH because I've gotten them done before elsewhere and AGAIN they came out beautiful when someone else had done them and had nothing to say about my eyelashes being too short.
