Since it is the most costly out of the routines that I listed above, I often find reasons to skip it and shamefully spend the money on things like clothing or shoes. Therefore, I was very thankful when my wife shared that she found a reputable & cost effective esthetician in close proximity to our home. After seeing my wife's skin the days following her appointment, I immediately preceded to fill out Lindy's online client intake form. Generally, Lindy is booked solid; however, I was fortunate to absorb an appointment that was cancelled by a client. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Lindy shortly after stepping out of my vehicle. Lindy led me into her quiet and clean skin studio, in which she proceeded to inquire about any concerns that I have pertaining to my skin. I shared with Lindy that I suffered from cystic acne in my teens and early 20's; therefore, I was looking for a treatment to remove some acne scars. She suggested that I have a special treatment that would gradually remove the scarring, which led to me scheduling a future appointment to begin the treatment. As Lindy began the process, we engaged in casual conversation that took my mind away from the slight discomfort of the facial (I have a low pain tolerance when it comes to face treatments). In between conversation, Lindy did a great job of checking in to make sure that I was ok. Following the treatment, I was amazed at the appearance of my skin. It seemed like my skin looked more rejuvenated as the days passed, and the Lyra cleanser that I purchased from Lindy complimented my sensitive skin. It required pretty significant corrective work, and James and his team did an absolutely beautiful job and made my hair even more beautiful than I could have hoped. He was meticulous with each strand of my hair and got my highlights and lowlights just right to give me the exact cool blonde I wanted. Excellent skill and thorough work! As if that weren't enough, James told me he wanted to call the salon I had previously come from to advocate for me to receive a refund for the corrective work (which I was much too shy to even consider asking for), and they agreed to do so thanks to the photo evidence he collected from my hair. On top of that, he offered to share his expertise with the stylist at the other salon to help address some of the technical issues he had seen on my hair. I got the AquaGlow facial and it was a great first experience! I felt incredibly welcome, the music was relaxing, and whenever I'd ask, Amy would explain the process to me no problem. She was very kind, professional, and hospitable. For my first time ever getting a facial this was an amazing experience. So I ended up booking a one-hour massage and I was so grateful that I did. I'll start off with the Ambiance of the place. Walking in you're greeted with very tranquil spa style music. The waiting room is clean, multiple areas to sit down, and they have even a little fridge where clients can take one beverage for themselves after the massage. When the reception called Paul he picks me up within like 4 minutes to go to the back so that we could start the massage. The one thing I appreciate with any masseuse is when they really do listen to the type of pressure you need and again I had read online that Paul had strong pressure and gave a really good deep tissue massage and he did. He asked me multiple times throughout the session if the pressure was good at one point I told him he could go harder because I needed a not release from my shoulder and once I gave him the okay he went for it and I could feel the not trying to break as he put the pressure on my shoulder. Again I am super grateful that I found this place I will also say that actually went last week on August 20th to visit Paul again because that's how much I liked the session. I told myself that the next one I do would be a 90 minute massage because I definitely want to have more time spent on my back area I just carry most of my tension there so to just get a full like 60 minutes just on the back would be amazing and then 30 minutes for calves and feet is totally fine. Also the price is great for the service being provided and I do recommend if you can leave a cash chip it's just nicer to give that to them after your massage is done. Credit cards are accepted for payment of the full service though.
