I have been seeing Erika now for the last 6 months after having worries of my lashes being damaged from the previous girl I went to. Sure enough I went in for a fill and Erika made me aware that my lashes were in fact being damaged and had to remove all the lashes and do a completely new set. She was extremely professional and educated me on how to properly clean and take care of my lashes. The studio is very clean and super cute. I've been going to Lashology for a while now and I've never had a bad experience. My lashes always look beautiful.

Unfortunately, i just went to my last appointment here. I've been to 3 different people at this place and the one i really liked is not there anymore. So, i had to chose the girl who did a lash lift today and am severely disappointed. Lash lift is $70 plus tip. i went in a few minutes early to my appointment and i noticed the way she was doing the lashes didn't seem the same as my normal girl (who no longer works here) my other girl took her time and looked at the lashes to make sure they were lifted to their full potential. I have very little lashes so i really appreciated my other girl taking her time and making sure i was happy. The girl today was very nice, don't get me wrong. But i paid full price for this lash lift and feel like this was worth maybe $10, if that. They look absolutely uneven. It looks like i didn't even have a lift done. She even re did half of one eye because it didn't lift at all. And as you can see from the pictures i post, there's nothing special about them. Thing is, yes my lashes are short but when my old girl did it, they popped and i couldn't believe they were my lashes. So if feel like i paid $77 including tip for no reason. Not to mention her client after me was rushing her cause she had to be out of there at a certain time so i felt like i couldn't get my time i deserved because of the next client. I want my money back and they should schedule better for mistakes like this when clients aren't happy. I was loyal to them until this. Lashes aren't cheap and i don't appreciate feeling rushed or like i have to accept a service just because she said she was done. Any lashes look no different , other than being darker from the tint. So disappointed and annoyed that i paid $77 for nothing. I won't be back anymore. UPDATE: Someone from there called me and said if i removed my negative review that she would refund me. She also asked if there's anything she could do to save the situation and i mentioned that there wasn't because i was moving out of state. So, i removed the review. She refunded me in full, plus tip. After a month, my lashes are so misshapen and are growing into my eye. It is so bad that i have to constantly move them manually just so i don't have them rubbing in my eye. And forget about using mascara. It looks terrible. So, i have to wait for them to shed before i can even wear mascara. So, i was asked to remove this review and i'm bringing it back because yelp asks not to remove a review just for a refund, but to update it. I do not want to be bothered by anyone from this business again, tho. My intention isn't to slam this business. I just don't feel comfortable by the whole situation and removing my review even tho yelp suggests not to do that. Please do not contact me again to remove this review. people need to know this and don't hide it by giving a rightful refund if i remove it. This has damaged my lashes and I'm having long lasting negative affects from the poor service i got and I'm still very upset about it. read more
