Do not...I repeat do not eat breakfast before coming here if you plan on attempting to eat whole sandwich. I stopped in for lunch and shared the monster with a friend. The bread was so soft and there was a ton of meat on the roll so much that you could barely close the sandwich. It's a little out of the way but worth it. Heard through the vine during my Kappy's visit that this was the other Cheesesteak spot to try so I made the venture during my lunch break. Ordered ahead by like 15-20 minutes ahead, order was ready to go upon my arrival. I had ordered a mini but they had run out of stock; go big or go home Philly definitely well cooked and plenty of cheese the way I like itAlso a big fan of chopped onions mixed in with the meat! Also they packed that thing never feeling like they skimped out on the meat. Definitely gonna order in store for Door Dash didn't give me any other options outside of bacon and extra cheese. Definitely would've liked some peppers and mushrooms; more reason to come back. Fries were nice too and cheeses sauce was right amount of heat. This is literally the best sandwich shop around. I am in love with their deluxe Italian hoagie. This sandwich is loaded to the hilt with veggies, meat and cheese and gigantic. It comes with the option of adding three different types of peppers; banana, sweet, or hot. I usually do a mix of the sweet and hot peppers and it's always a winner in our house. We also usually throw in some onion rings and sweet potato fries. Their onion rings are incredible and their sweet potato fries are nice and crispy and waffle cut. I've had cheesesteaks here twice now, and a meatball sub special yesterday ($9 with fries and drink), and the slight crisp the bun gets in the oven, and the generous load of contents (4 HUGE meatballs), make this a place worth driving a little further for. I'm not sure if this LaSpada's is related to the LaSpada's in south Florida, but if it is, there is a lot they can learn from their brothers down south. Starting with the good - the sub is decent - they do the extra fold of meat over top and it's on their good bread. Not sure if I caught the crew on a rough day or it's part of the "experience" but they all just seemed really annoyed to be working. The locations in South Florida hustle you through but they are having fun while doing it. The biggest knock for this location is the atmosphere however - from the dirty tables to the broken down arcade machines and the dingy countertops and overflowing trash can. It really could use a good deep cleaning and upgrade. read more

Such a great sandwich. And not just the Philly's When you first walk in, you're bombarded by the owner's fondness for the city of Philadelphia. Rightfully so, it's a cool, unique place in the US and deserves the admiration. Rocky memorabilia everywhere along with other Philly pieces here and there. The menu is large; lots of great sandwiches available and all of them mouthwatering. We went for a Philly- three sizes available. We (son and I) each chose the 10" sandwiches. Mine without the shrooms - and we devoured them in no time flat. That roll was just the right consistency. Pliable under the pressure of your hands, but sturdy enough when bitten. The cheese, perfectly melted between the shreds of meat! Not just plopped on top lazily, no this was cheese mixed in properly. Not a huge place (at least this location), but while we were there, plenty of customers came in and out - some we could tell were regulars. Voted best cheesesteak in Orlando so I had to check it out! First, the staff are super friendly. Several regulars were there and it was nice to hear chitchat. Already I want to come often! (I live 40 minutes away so maybe not that often...) Let's start with the bread. Really solid, especially for Florida. Nice soft roll but the with good enough crust and chew. It didn't sog out and unhinge so it did it's job for sure. Good quality meat. Not high end but great for day to day. You know what I mean? This isn't a fancy cheesesteak. This is an everyday cheesesteak. IMO they probably could have hit the meat with a bit of salt and pepper but otherwise really good. Got it with fried onions which were perfect. Lastly it comes with American cheese. I prefer provolone and I din't ask if they had any. Maybe next time! Overall, this is a really solid neighborhood cheesesteak. Better than Pats/Gino's in Philly? Of course! Better than John's or Jim's (RIP for now) or Tony's (some locations)? No. But if I were back in Philly and this was my neighborhood spot, this is gold. Solid gold. This place is filthy. I should have walked away when I saw how dirty the front door was. I am all for a good dive spot, but there is no excuse for this filth. The floors are filthy, the tables and chairs are filthy. The windows and door are filthy. The whole place is in disarray. Of course my five year old had to use the bathroom. God help me! The bathrooms are filthy. No toilet paper in the toilet paper holder. No paper towels in the towel holder. No soap in the dispenser. Lightbulb out-which is probably a good thing since the light fixture is covered in dust. The bread is actually pretty good; maybe it's Liscio's. Maybe it's Amorso's. Who knows for sure. I would have probably liked the chicken cheesesteak if it had actually included the ingredients I ordered/paid for. The french fries?? I don't even know what to say. They are bright yellow and taste of something that is not a potato. Not even sure what to make of them. The chicken tenders my daughter ordered; rubber. Terrible. We will never be back. read more

Was close by attending real estate classes and asked for a recommendation for a sub shop. This place was recommended and I can see why. Steady and busy-including the to go orders that were called in. Apparently they are really known for the cheesesteak and at lunchtime they're continuously cooking them...My husband said he wants to go back with me and try it. I had a ham and Swiss- no complaints- sub was chocked full of meat and usual toppings. The meat is sliced on site. Cheese too. They have a variety of different sides including potato salad, chips, french fries., etc The location is in the shopping center behind. McDonald's. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible So with all these great things to say about this place .....why would I only give it 4 Stars???? The wait, now I expected to wait at least 10 or 15 minutes during the lunch hour.........BUT 30 mins is unreasonable!!!!! Most people only have 30 minutes to an hour for their lunch break. My friend was done with his cheesesteak before I even got my sub........ and my lunch break was over , I quickly ate 1/2 and took rest to go- CUZ LUNCH WAS OVER. I've heard good things about LaSpada's and I'm excited I finally got to try them for myself! This is a cool, no frills, sub spot serving up some huge cheesesteaks, hoagies, burgers, and more. The staff members here were all friendly and you can see them hard at work on the grills making their yummy food. We came on a Saturday past the normal lunchtime rush hours and it was still pretty busy. There was a line, but they move it really quickly. There aren't a lot of tables, but I was able to grab one while my boyfriend waited in line and one of the team members was kind enough to come by and wipe it down for us. I chose to order a steak supreme which normally comes with onion, peppers, mushrooms, and American cheese. I got it without onion and my boyfriend ordered the same sandwich with everything on it. We also ordered some seasoned curly fries. After a short wait, our food was ready and it was nice and piping hot! These sandwiches are packed with meat! You definitely get your money's worth! We both chose the 10 inch and ate half there and saved half. The meat was nicely seasoned, the mushrooms were perfectly cooked and complimented the sandwich well, the bread was yummy, and the peppers were nice and tender. I didn't personally like the inclusion of red peppers; I loved the green ones, but red peppers aren't really my favorite. That's just a personal preference of mine. It didn't really overwhelm the sandwich though and next time I'll check to see if I can just have the green. Even with them though, I thought the sandwich was tasty, flavorful, cheesy, and very filling. The meat was a tad dry in my opinion, but nothing an addition of a sauce wouldn't fix for me. Work right down the road from here and never went. Very unassuming hole in the wall. Man have I been missing out! Got the cheeseburger meal(with fries and drink) for $10.99. They say they cook the burger well so I asked for "less than well" and they obliged slightly. This burger was huge and served on a real Keiser roll. The burger itself was not overly seasoned with salt or pepper so you get a nice beef flavor (not bland at all). The fries are nice and thick and crinkly so they kept their heat and crispness even during my ride back to the office. Nice thick pickle slices rounded it all out.
