I've followed Last Flight since it opened, and a visit was long awaited and overdue. It finally happened on my most recent visit to Jeff City. I was surprised to see the amount of beers on tap, including two nitrogenated taps. That made it tough to choose. The bartender helped me narrow it down by offering a few samples. I sampled the two nitro beers - a white stout called Beluga and an Irish stout called Genius. I ordered a full pour of Genius. I love breweries who have nitro options. Then I sampled a blonde ale called Yam Slam. It was sweet like candied yams. From there I ordered a dark lager called Blackbird. The brewery was spacious and I can imagine how full it can get on busy nights. I was there on a Thursday near closing time so it was laid back. read more

Nice place with great selection of beers and hard ciders. Taco truck was in the parking lot and free popcorn available. I sampled the blueberry lavender hard cider. It was faint blueberry-ish but I didn't taste the lavender. It was good, just not quite what I was in the mood for. I opted for the apricot thyme canned Swirl white wine drink. Had some really interesting flavors! The key lime pie sour was super unique and def worth a try! Really chill atmosphere which was refreshing. The staff was all super kind and welcoming. Although the drinks were solid I didn't think it was anything outstanding. I am not taking this into my stars rating as I recognize it is a brewery but it may have been nice for the experience to have some solid options for food there in case people get hungry(other than popcorn and things like that). read more

Good beer, good cider when they have it on tap wish they had food, but they they don't,would like to see more food trucks. Service is all at the bar so it's pretty decent but wish they had actual servers that brought you drinks instead of having to get up the inside area is very loud but they have a lot of outside seating which is nice. read more

I've found my new Jefferson City favorite spot. Last Flight Brewing Company. A really chill brewery with tons of tables, bar seats and a rotating menu of amazing beers. I feel like I'm home, in Ballard, soothing my weary soul on a killer sour, their flagship raspberry, while my friends enjoy both malty and light brews. Service is stellar, customers are happy and the vibe is all-around lovely. This will be my home away from home. read more

This place is awesome! It's only been my second time going here and I just need to go more often. Love the selection they had and they usually have a specific crowler on sale that day. I went there with my fiancé and we both got a flight to sample a little bit of everything. The service was really great! Quick and fast and very friendly as well. We even got to take home some stickers which we added to our collection. The atmosphere was dope and plenty of seating inside and outside, family friendly and even pets are allowed inside. The seats are very comfy and plenty of space. They sometimes will have food trucks stop by so keep an eye out. Usually on their Facebook page they will have what days and hours as well as other fun activities throughout the week including trivia night and yoga other times on Sundays and live music. read more

Their variety of craft beers and root beer are very refreshing! They provide free popcorn and have other snacks for sale. You can bring your own food any time and they sometimes have food trucks and live music. read more

The beer was delicious! Very large and dog-friendly outdoor area. Dogs allowed inside too, but space is more limited. Tried an interesting Rose (wine) infused beer. We'd stop here again if we are in the area. read more

Have had the beer elsewhere but made the short drive from Columbia to see the brewery and the location is great. The building and decor are well done. View of the tanks from the tasting room and am amazed they have so many options based on the size of the facility. Did two flights and sampled most everything available, the flagship IPA had an almost smoky flavor and was my favorite. The sours were great as well. Bartenders were friendly and helpful. First time there for my family. Greeted nicely when we approached the bar, sampled several beers and decided on the Peach Wheat - a very solid, delightful taste. There were not any available tables outside. It was a perfect night out and we would have loved to sit outside - there is room for more tables outside on the large lawn area which might actually help cut down the running, screaming kids (not exaggerating at all) which is why I wasn't too disappointed we had to sit inside. Lots of tables to pick from inside, a bookshelf full of games, and fresh popped popcorn. I was very disappointed the staff starting "closing up" at 9:20pm even though they didn't close until 10pm. There were still at least five full tables of people inside but the staff started sweeping up the concrete floors around all the tables, spraying the tables with a strong smelling cleaner and taking out the trash. While they were still open at least another 40 mins, that is not a good business practice- where's the hospitality in that. Beer was good however the environment was lacking. I will go again and give it another try. read more

Great choice of brews on tap! I was really surprised and pleased with the Three Story Porter. If you are a coffee lover you will really enjoy this. Strongly suggest you give it a try. My wife really enjoyed the Hummingbird Seltzer. If you are a lager fan I liked the JC Lager. Give this place a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

Great beer, great atmosphere, but the staff is rude. I have no issue with them announcing last call, but the delivery is awful. They go around to each table and yell at the customers and then play the "closing time" music so loud to the point you can't hear yourself think let alone the person you are socializing with. As someone who has worked with the public for years and in similar bar settings, this is uncalled for. read more
