Not only did they install the sunsetter but made modifications to their home overhang to make it more stable (working with their overly involved home owners's association to get it approved). They came out with 4 guys and had it done within an afternoon. Given the time and effort the price was awesome although to be honest i'm not sure how they made any money on the deal.
