horrible place! I was basically denied service. I was there today 3/12/2025 at 1800 hours. I was involved in a car accident, already went to emergency room the day before. Had all the scans, ct scans and x-rays done. Nothing broken, no internal bleeding Tried to explain that I just wanted someone to look at my ribs I have Insurance and showed them my Ins. Card. All I heard from the two receptionist there from the beginning was NO! By the way, their website says that they accept car accidents!!! read more

hours are wrong there is nothing "late" about this urgent care if your busines closes at 8:30 or 9 (because the hours are listed differently everywhere) then you should take customers up until 8:30 or 9 stop being lazy, DO NOT GO HERE. also the receptionist wasn't helpful at all read more

I just PCS here and caught a cold that turned into pneumonia. I went to Late Hour Urgent Care because it was close to my house. It was the WORST, Urgent Care I've ever been to. Being that the lobby was empty and one patient in the back, I knew that it would be fast. NOPE, I was wrong. I was having a coughing attack in the lobby, and an employee came out to see what was going on, but offered no help. I had to ask the receptionist could he get someone to help me by giving me an albuterol breathing treatment. Five minutes passed and finally someone called me back, not exactly sure who she was because, she was to busy being cute, and she NEVER introduced herself. The doctor finally came in NEVER introducing herself. I was given 2 medications and discharged with no After Visit Summary. I had to call back and the helpful male receptionist emailed it to me. I see why they have a 2 rating. read more

13162 us 301, riverview, do not go! They are rude, turn you away after just getting off the phone and being told they lock the doors at 850 maybe a couple min early. Great because I am a min away. Very there at 832 and they ran to lock the doors. I wouldn't had went had I known they were closing that early. No excuses. This place sucks. No stars.. one bc it made me pick . The nurse who attended my daughter (3year old) at 11 am m at night with a very bad ear infection was soooooooooo MEAN to her. He even hold her very strong and yell at her. Every time I go to this place they are so moody and mean with kids read more

First and last time I will ever visit. Got there 7 minutes after opening and was there for 3 hours. Was told rx was sent to the pharmacy for my infection but there is no rx on file and I cannot reach anyone at the clinic to find out why. It all felt rather sketchy. read more

I have visited this walk-in clinic approximately three times and every time I've gone they've been nice, helpful, and quick! Not just the office staff, but the doctor too. And each time I've gone we've been in and out in at least an hour. I would definitely recommend this place to others! read more

Agree with others don't go here if you're looking for any personality but they get the job done. It was about 6:30 on a Friday night when I visited. There was one patient in with the NP when I arrived. I only waited about 20 minutes before I was seen. Again ZERO personality so the overall visit was something I would call unique but I got my script and was sent on my way. Overall not a bad experience but with so many urgent care options in the area I won't be visiting this one again. read more

No friendly welcome. Inconsiderate front desk lady. Walked in to get help for my little one who had a very high fever. Filled out all the paper work (which took about 15 mins) and the lady was like oh we don't take your insurance very rudely. I handed her back the clip board and she was like take your insurance card off, instead of kindly handing it back to me since my hands were obviously full. You should definitely ask patients before, they WASTE their time, what type of insurance they have before handing them a clip board. What's the point ?! read more

While you will be hard pressed to get a smile from anyone in this office, they are relatively quick and efficient. On my visit, the waiting room was full but I got in to see the A.R.N.P. within 30 minutes. They don't have state of the art equipment and had to use band-aids in place of gauze tape but they get the job done when you need them. read more

What a waste of time. Spent more than 3 hours here tonight to have my 11 y.o. daughter's arm looked at after she fell pretty hard. I was looking for an X-ray and exam after her pain didn't go away. The first person (PA? Nurse?) who got her vitals was friendly. The doctor was cold, rude, and barely looked at her arm. She didn't seem to understand where my daughter showed her the pain was. She seemed irritated like she thought it was ridiculous that we were there. She would not show us the X-ray, and just came back in and said it's fine, use some Motrin. read more

The front staff needs to be trained on how to handle a worker's comp injury. The process took too long while my daughter waited for almost an hour to see the Dr. while the skin was peeling off of her hand from a burn at McDonalds. They also need to know that patients NEVER should be charge for a worker's comp injury. It's against the law. The next person to get the bill if the Insurance company does not pay is the employer. The patient only gets billed if the injury is deemed non-compensable by the w/c carrier (Insurance company). This is only discovered after the medical records and medical bill is reviewed by the w/c carrier...Not on the date of service. Please kindly train your front office staff. read more
