The house has asbestos in/around its HVAC system, on both floors. Mr. Watkins' own report includes spaces for noting asbestos. He did not mark any of them, nor mention asbestos at all. The chimney has cracks inside it which make it a safety hazard. Mr. Watkins made no note of this either. I could go on, but the point is clear. The "inspection" for which I paid several hundred dollars was by no means complete, nor thorough. Had he done the work properly, I would have walked from the property and saved myself huge expenses. I hope this review will help you avoid making the same mistake.
