Well, the 1st time we tried this place a few months ago it was great. This time however, it was a completely different experience. We tried their steak (not churrasco) and it was extremely tough and dry. They were out of churrasco and empanadas. I can't emphasize enough how bad the meat was. I have to give the place two stars, sadly. I'm of Colombian decent and I brought my gringo husband with me since we've been on a quest to find really good Colombian food in SWFL. We ordered the bistec palomilla and pollo salteado. Good flavor, I can't knock that, but my steak was very, very hard (overcooked I think). My husband's chicken was good but there was very little chicken on his plate. What they did was mix the french fries with the chicken so basically, it was sautéed chicken + french fries mixed together. Look at the pic closely. One other very important thing is we arrived at 6pm for dinner and they had already run of empanadas, pan de bono, buñuelos, and chicharron! On a 6pm on a Saturday night. How? How can you serve a bandeja paisa without chicharron? Anyway, i would love to see this business succeed but we won't be going back. So disappointing. DISGUSTING Was invented here for lunch while visiting Naples. Been to other local Colombian eateries and left with satisfying results. This place is so small, you are practically eating on top of others. Was seated to a table that was not. cleaned, saw the waitress pick up all the plates and glasses but no wipe down on the table. So, sat a different table that was also not cleaned, cleaned it our selves and another waitress tells us "I'm sorry for you, but this table is reserved". The floor is greasy, food on the floor. If i could give no reviews I would. They have a 10 year old child bussing tables because his dad owns the joint. It's wrong for a child that wring to be working in a restaurant. Not to mention the food is average at best and the service is bad (not the kid, the actual waitresses). The ambience is crowded because they don't buss the table so people come in and stand around and wait for 15 minutes. Most of them gave up and left before they got seated. Waved in by the human sign guy on Pine Ridge, I easily found this small restaurant in the far corner of the Bed Bath & Beyond strip mall. So I walked in the door where a small Chile flag hangs, and read the two page menu while Cuban music played. Lots caught my eye, including fried yucca, Peruvian marisco, and three kinds of empanadas. The beef empanada that I thoroughy enjoyed was filled with chunks of beef and onion and gravy. The fried, envelope of dough was chewy.. They serve both Chilean and Peruvian food though the Chilean flag and Chilean sports playing on the TV give this place away as primarily Chilean. The food here really surprised, authentic South American. If that is what you seek, you won't be disappointed. The spicy salsa they bring out to start is a real winner! Most of the main courses are meat with fried egg and rice but they also have a nice seafood soup. And yes, there is a Latin bakery inside but it is small. Im not the usual person to take the time to write a review about a restaurant but i definitely feel like people should know what they're getting into when walking to this so called "restaurant " first the service is terrible, they make you feel like you don't belong there if you're not colombian and even then, they have the audacity to take wrong orders and not be polite when making mistakes, overall the food is ok based on the fact that they aren't many latin food places in naples, but if there was I'd definitely go to that one instead. read more

Four and half to be more accurate. For two people, we had the equivalent of a four-course meal for only $28 and it was better than most of the places at which you pay three times as much. We ordered: the Peruvian cheese empanada (yummy), ham and cheese empanada (good), Colombian beef empanada (excellent), a cheese arepa (very satisfying), an avocado stuffed with shrimp salad overtop lettuce (really good) and then a hot fish soup with carrots and potatoes with hot salsa on the side -- so delicious. The flavors coaxed from the bowl were very reminiscent of a hot Korean stew. Order some bread with this. You will want to dip. Service was warm and friendly. Our lady spoke English and acquitted herself very well. At another table, a gentleman raved about the lomo saltado. RAVED. Sadly, the bakery options seem limited and shrinking. The bakery side seems to be taken over by the regular kitchen which clearly knows what it's doing. The place is small but was completely packed when we arrived. This tiny restaurant and bakery of about 9 tables is very cozy. You have to hunt for it because it is at the very far end of the Bed Bath and Beyond Plaza on Airport Rd. They have Colombian, Peruvian and Chilean food. We just went for the first time for dinner and really loved it. The beef empanada and cheese empanada as appetizers were delicious and filling. The entree of traditional chicken and rice was wonderful. Portions are huge and prices are reasonable. We had plenty of leftovers and we were too full to try dessert. Next trip we plan to try the whole red snapper -- people at the next table had it and it looked amazing and the diners told us that they get it all the time and that it is always fantastic. I just finished eating here for the first time. I order the bistec and it was horrific, the meat smelled rotten and I couldn't eat more than a single bite. As soon as I brought my fork closer to eat the meal the stench got stronger. I simply ate the rice and the arepa (which was okay.) I paid my bill although I did not want too. I do not recommend it. The meat and its smell killed the entire dinner for me. I should've known not to eat here as soon as I smelled the restaurant when I walked in. read more
