Instead of handling the situation with basic understanding, mall security immediately escalated things in a very hostile way, treating us as if we had done something serious. The most shocking part was that they involved the police over something as simple as a child playing. The entire experience was humiliating and intimidating for our family. We were even warned that we could be removed from the mall and potentially face a ban for up to one year. That is extremely excessive for normal child behavior. A shopping mall should be welcoming to families, not a place where parents feel targeted and uncomfortable. No one should have to worry about security or police being called because their child laughed, played, or made noise. If you have kids, think twice before coming here. This place clearly does not want families anymore.

This outlet has a vast variety of stores for women, men, kids, and plenty of snacks and restaurants. This outlet had many values. My favorite deal was at Kate Spade. Most items were 50% off! They even have a Lululemon outlet which is truly rare! The layout of the outlet is kind of like a L shape so the directory was definitely helpful. The Christmas decor was festive and fun! They even have an island for turtles to play. See my photo of their playland. There must of been at least 50 small turtles. If you're in the Estero area, take a stroll right off the I-75 and grab yourself some deals!

Customer service is subpar, especially if you don't speak Spanish, food portions aren't reflective of other Popeye store( skimpy, overpriced and poorly made) and not hot. Plus, recent studies show the chicken is loaded with MSG, a preservative. This is a hard pass. In fact, across the food court is Chik-fil-A, not much better but the lesser of two evils. Drink selection is average.

The women's bathroom lock doesn't work. Thankfully the food was pretty decent. The Thai tea was good but had soooo much ice. We started with chicken satay skewers, shrimp and veggie tempura, and steamed potstickers in red curry sauce.
