I'll get you in and out within your time frame". I pulled up, parked the car, got out and BOOM, there Alex was literally waiting for me to take the car into the shop! I went inside and I talked to Jared about higher grade tire options and he was very knowledgeable. I ended up going with the higher grade tires. Alex walked in at this point then rushed back out to tell the team about the new tires. I grabbed a complimentary water, sat down in a chair, talked on the phone for a couple minutes and then here walks in, Katelyn. She says "Riley!" You car is ready. I got up, but then quickly sat back down because it couldn't be me. I literally just dropped the car off. She's staring at me and says "Riley!".
