Due to the technicians lack of quality work, this has caused significant inconvenience, as I had to rent a car while my truck was in the shop for repairs. Plus the added expense to get my truck repaired. When I approached the manager and went over the inconveniences this has caused me. I was only offered a free oil change the next time I came in. That is not likely to happen. Being a loyal customer for quite a few years I believe they could have done better towards me and offered more than one free oil change. I spoke with Case by phone the day before, the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. So, I ask for Case and mentioned I spoke to him yesterday about getting new rims installed and tire rotations. He then said give me a minute I'll get you right in.
