I have gone here multiple times and have always been blown away by the service and food! The ambiance in the restaurant is great all the staff members are great and so is the food. They have so many options and options available for kids as well which is always a plus. The drinks are amazing and this is a great place to celebrate or even just go to for dinner. I have never had a bad experience here! Highly recommend

This is one of the great places to enjoy with your partner on a date. Make sure you do the reservations and the staff is super amazing. They will accommodate you and make sure you get the right spot for the occasion They have amazing interiors looks very classy. This place is on the pricier side but it's worth the money. The food came out really good and the quality is top notch.

I came in to Latitude 44 on a Saturday night and can't tell this ether of people enough how much I enjoyed this experience with my mother. The host was the owner and immediately we were greeted with a warm smile that made us feel welcomed. Thenn, we were lucky enough to have his younger brother, Joe as our waiter. Everything he recommended looked so good that we had a hard time deciding. For entrees we had the mushroom risotto and the halibut (which Joe said if he could have picked anything would be his choice) andddd yup that was the one for me. So good. I don't always usually finish my plate but I wanted to lick it clean. My moms mushroom risotto was so good, large mushrooms that were incredible, although selfishly I wanted her to try to the short rib bc I wanted to try it. Alas, Twas fine because I did love the mushroom risotto. We started the meal off with the mango burrata and I'll tell yall what, it was delicious...I'd explain it but it's something you have to try if you see it on the menu. I had a mocktail bc I have to fly tomorrow early morning and that was also incredible (got drunk off how good it was, ya know)...I will now explain dessert. The dessert is an expresso creme brûlée, my mom and I fought over whether to get that or the chocolate mousse and I won. Joe said the espresso martini would be good with that and tbh I wish I had done it bc based on the fact that he told me about the halibut and everything else I'd follow him blindly till the depths of the earths core. Anyways. Go here. You won't regret it. Xoxo

Wow, thoroughly impressed with Latitude 44! The crab cakes, scallops, filet, lamb, and deserts were all incredible (we had a big group)! Only thing better was the service, gf consideration for my fiancé, and the owner Dave for making us feel so welcome and taken care of! Really unique, historic building too! Definitely my new favorite spot!

My husband and I were in Rochester for the weekend and looking for a nice place for a dinner date. Latitude 44 did not disappoint! The vibes are modern and chic and I particularly enjoyed the open kitchen concept where we could watch the chefs in action. Our server was very personable, attentive, and honestly a hoot! I can't remember his name but he is the guy with no social media accounts. He shared insights into ingredient sourcing and preparation. His genuine enthusiasm elevated our experience. The food was excellent. For the app, we ordered the ratatouille because I have NEVER seen ratatouille as an app. Crisply fried, bite-sized pieces paired with a sun-dried tomato parmesan sauce was a unique twist on a classic dish! For the main, I ordered the scallops. They were perfectly cooked (not rubbery) and plated on a cajun veggie and bacon mix. The corn was freshly shaved off the cob and was delicious. My husband ordered the Ribeye with asparagus as the side and oyster mushroom add-on. The oyster mushrooms were butter-sauteed and the asparagus tasted baked. There was a peppercorn dry-rub on the steak and it was slightly on the saltier side, but did not take away from the flavor. Overall, a really solid steak with little to complain about. For dessert we got the Espresso Crème Brûlée. 1000/10 wow. I would come back for just this alone. It's a must-try. For cocktails we went all out and got the HOLLA AT CHAMOY!, SUMAC THAT!!, BUTTERFLY EFFECT and LA PALOMA PICANTE! While the presentation and names were playful and inviting, the taste, though good, fell slightly short of our expectations. As a self-proclaimed harsh critic, I felt they lacked a certain depth or complexity that matched their names. Overall I would definitely come back for our next trip to Rochester and would recommend it to others!

We found the five course tasting menu to be interesting, but neither my wife nor I found the food to be delicious or memorable. Quality ingredients were top notch and the preparation and plating excellent, but we just didn't care for the flavors or combinations that came out. We expect when we get a tasting menu to have a few dishes that might miss the mark for us -- that's sort of the point. You're exploring the chef's ideas and dishes. It's strange when none of the dishes really hit with our palates and we travel all over the world in search of amazing food and dining experiences. To make matters somewhat worse, we did the wine pairing and oftentimes with the courses we found the wine did not pair incredibly well with the plates. Further, when the wine was served we never saw a bottle once and were never told about the winery, the vintage, etc. -- only the type of wine it was and what flavors we could expect. We've never had that before with a wine pairing. We encourage the chef to continue to explore his palate, creativity, and imagination and we look forward to the possibility of coming back again some time in the future to see how this chef and menu may have evolved.

Highly recommend the confit potatoes which are cooked in marrow fat with this really nice cheese cream sauce. Overall I think the highlight of most of their dishes including the Manti Dumplings and Bone Marrow risotto are their sauces which are well rendered, have a nice citrus tang to them (could be strong for some) or bone marrow rendered fat flavor. Service was great at the bar with our server giving us recommendations on how best to have our dishes. Food came out decently quick with the app first then mains. Was very pricey though worth it if you're looking for a nice treat with friends, partners, or family! :) Ambiance was chill and nice overall. They have nice decor and vibes and I'm glad they recovered after the recent accident a year ago!

I heard the Parmesan-Garlic wings are better. We also got the Sweet Corn Hushpuppies, which were very delicious. Everyone else's dishes at my dinner party tasted amazing. The Crosswinds Bourbon cocktail was just ok, however the Butter me up cocktail was a home run, spirit forward, just the way I like it.

The interior was lovely and the service was excellent and attentive. Our meal did not disappoint, either. We had the croquets with arroz con pollo, avocado crema, but no cilantro (my wife is allergic to it). Very tasty, as were our cocktails. My wife had the risotto with braised beef cheek (so tender!), roasted oyster mushrooms, veal demi-glace, and parmesan. Unctuous and umami. I had the Bucatini -- blue crab with anchovy butter and red pepper pesto. I'm a sucker for anchovies and the anchovy butter, once stirred into the pasta, was absolutely delicious and really complimented the crab. A truly savory and decadent treat. We were really pleased with our experience at Our Paladar and we look forward to coming back when we visit Rochester again in the not too distant future.

This is a cool Irish Pub. The decor is beautiful. Some of the walls are decorated with pictures from Dublin Ireland that reveal some of it's history. The stained glass windows throughout the restaurant really give the restaurant a nice feel. The background music was catchy and upbeat. As I checked out the menu a James Brown song came on and I started dancing. The hostess asked if I was dining in and I said I am now. I sat in a booth that was very comfortable and enclosed which gave some privacy to the adjoining booth. My waitress was really nice. She and another other waitress helped me narrow down what to order. I went with the chicken tenders and pub chips. The plate looked very appealing. The food was hot and tasted great. The tenders came with a sweet chili sauce that was good, but I was more in the mood for savory and asked for a side of the Nashville Hot Sauce which hit the spot. This was my first time here and it was a great experience.

The Guinness gravy was so potent and, frankly, odd, that we wondered what it was trying to hide. The creamed cabbage was so overcooked that it was almost cabbage SAUCE. Service was good, which is the only reason it gets two stars.

Went here to celebrate my anniversary with my wife. The food was delectable. Our favorite star of…read morethe show was the Duck Drummies, the sauce paired well with the meat. Just wanted a bit more sauce. The salmon was cooked well with a crispy skin underneath. Flavors played together nicely with the textures. We enjoyed the dessert as the textures (there's a theme here) had great interplay with the flavors in the dish. Only wish that pastry was hot. The ambience is nice and chill. It can feel a bit cramped but gives kinda a speakeasy vibe meets hipster. Note that finding parking is a bit challenging here. There are two booths on the window that would make excellent date spots. The reason for the rating is due to the service. I made a reservation for the spot and made reference to it being our anniversary. However, nothing was done to reference the reason for the dinner. I had never been there and didn't know about the booth availability. The place was busy but we didn't get much attention (menus were left on the table, didn't get small plates to eat the Drummies properly, got one refill of water toward the end, etc). I felt bad about this rating because I've read people enjoying the experience. However, this is what I experienced. The food is great. Service could be better.
