My fiancé does yoga weekly and have wanted to find a spiritual practice we could share as a couple with 2 religions. Tai Chi as a physical fitness class (Bob is just a superb Personal Trainer for all fitness levels. ) Bob has a weekly Saturday morning Tai Chi class (in addition to the One-on-One Personal Training he does w individuals and couples like us!) @ Heritage Park off of Old Golden Lantern in Dana Point @ 9:30 for about 1 hour. It's terrific. He is SO total health knowledgeable and spends time one-on-one coaching and adjusting for the new people. Great for any midlifer over 40 or 50+. He'll walk you through doing the moves with whatever cumulative sports injuries and stresses on our bodies. So great to have my feet on the ground and enjoy earth energy. Replenishing. There was one man who was practicing there and attended me very nicely, very respectful very kind compared to the master. Maybe Master was busy and had to go somewhere important, but ignoring someone, to what I was taught is extremely disrespectful. My respects to this studio and Masters and piers, I hope and seek to be part of someday.
