Excellent care the moment I walked into the office. Debbie at the front desk is very friendly and informative and Dr Laubach was able to see me right away, which is important when you are in pain. I had a terrible pinch nerve and was in great discomfort at my intake appointment. They took X-rays and examined my neck and back. Dr Laubach and I talked about my care plan in great detail and in about 2 weeks I found the relief I needed. Dr Laubach is super attentive and caring. I visited Dr. Laubach's office to just try out a different chiropractor. Having only been to one, I had no frame of reference as to what a good, better, or best experience is or could be. I can safely say that I now know what an excellent chiropractic exam and adjustment entails. Went for a visit and provided my insurance info. The receptionist said she verified insurance and they took my copayment. Over a YEAR later, I start getting bills in the mail stating that my insurance didn't cover the visit, so they were going to bill me as a "cash" office visit. I got my insurance company on the line and they said I have chiropractic coverage, so the insurance company called the office with me on the line, and the receptionist said they aren't contracted with my medical group, so I need to pay as a cash visit. I told her that my medical group is clearly written on my insurance card, so why did she still proceed to take my copayment and proceed with my appointment that day if she knew they didn't have a contract under my medical group. She had no clear answer, and I expressed my concern that she should have verified that before I went back for my appointment. She didn't acknowledge any of my concerns, and she just continued to ask me to send them a payment for the visit. I don't think this is ethical, and the office has no integrity if they aren't able to adequately confirm my insurance coverage, or tell me that my visit will not be covered by insurance. I feel like I was scammed. read more

Dr. Laubach was my third chiropractor I had and my last . He's so understanding, and takes the time to consult with you about your needs and care to get you to be your best pain free self. Dr. Is so easy to talk to , and a people person that you can tell loves his job. First, let me say I'm incredibly skeptic when it comes to chiropractics in general. However, a couple weeks ago I threw out my back and was on the floor unable to move for several hours. I have been coming here for a few months now and I am feeling great! When first started coming I had some really bad neck pain which had lasted for a few weeks. After the first session the pain was 90% gone, and after my second session it was completely gone. I have continued to come back for regular neck and back maintenance. The Dr is super friendly and he has a nice office that's clean and had the latest equipment which he uses to evaluate you and personalize your course of treatment. If you have been rear-ended in a car accident, I would definitely recommend visiting a chiropractor. I was recently struck by a drunk driver, and after a day or two from the incident, my lower back and neck were killin' me. I decided to visit the Back and Neck Care Center located on Chino Hills Parkway (near Eucalyptus), in the same plaza as Fresh and Easy, and McDonalds. Dr. Laubach personalized my care after reading X-rays (done on-site) of my neck and spine. His spinal adjustments/manipulation helped relieve my pains and has increased my overall wellness. After the adjustments, there is a therapy room that uses electric pulses and massage equipment to help your back from staying overworked and tense. The front desk staff are two wonderful and friendly ladies that helped me with the bureaucracy of dealing with insurance companies and jumping through medical insurance loops. There's a lot of choices when it comes to chiropractic care, thought I'd try this one. My previous Dr. was in glendora and the drive was getting inconvenient. Dr. Laubach was clear with my condition and offered a great path for me. I suffer from migraine headaches that start with kaleidoscopes, then transitions to inability to decipher what I'm looking at, let alone read. Not a good position to be in.
