I found doctor Ko with the help of a friend of my friend, words of mouth method after having 2 bad experiences using my healthcare insurance "in network" recommendation. I started my treatments with doctor Ko about 2 months ago and I've observed how efficient he is, working very hard but not affecting his quality of care for patients! His gentle treating approach is very effective. He even ordered Physical Therapy for me which quickly helped me improved. Doctor Ko is a real gem! very few providers with work ethics like his! I received a call from my daughter's school that she was sick, and I immediately contacted the office before my appointment time to cancel. Despite the circumstances, the office would not make an exception and still charged me for the appointment. I was also disappointed by the office manager's response, which felt cold and unempathetic. She told me that I could bring my sick daughter in with my appointment which was extremely rude. I have been a long-time customer and am enrolled in the monthly auto-pay plan, so I do not feel this is an acceptable way to treat a loyal client.
