Great staff, nice office -- but I can't recommend this place based on my experience. After a basic evaluation and X-rays, the chiropractor told me my ankle pain was due to "muscle wear and tear" and pushed a $2,500 treatment plan not covered by insurance. It felt more like a sales pitch than real care. When I followed up with my doctor, I discovered the real issue was a plantar calcaneal spur, completely unrelated to what the chiropractor claimed. Their diagnosis was wrong, and their solution would've wasted my money. Trust your instincts and don't get pressured into expensive treatments without verifying the diagnosis first. *** Albert, I noticed you edited your response to my review, which I find highly unprofessional and misleading. Changing a public response after being called out shows a lack of integrity. It's clear you prioritize sales over genuine patient care. Your son, who also presents himself as a "doctor," recommended hot and cold treatments for what you described as "wear and tear." Thousands of dollars for treatments I do at home. At no point was I told I would be referred back to my primary care provider. This practice has not been transparent or ethical in its communication. They give you this package for $3500 for 8 visits. They will not adjust you if you tell them no. They want the money up front. They will not let you pay as you go. So I just gave them $47 for nothing. If you are willing to pay up front $3500 then they will help you. read more

Front Lobby / check in / waiting area was tight living quarters, however,the Lady at the front desk (and all staff for the matter of) made the place somewhat pleasant for what it is (a drs office) plus's = Super comfortable clean and Modern. I came in with a pain in my lower back that had been plaguing me for nearly 13 years with certain episodes so severe it left me unable to walk. I was referred here by Dr. Kev and it took me MONTHS to finally make the time to come in. If I could turn back time I would've definitely come in sooner because I love it here. LOL. The facility itself it so homey and very welcoming and the staff is amazing. I came in with no major problems with my back but as a working student I carry a lot of stress on my neck and mid/upper back (which the doctors helped explain to me). On my first visit Dr. Kev did an initial assessment which involved X-rays and assessing my range of motion and my next appointment was where Dr. Mansour thoroughly explained their findings from my previous visit and we started my treatments....I won't bore you anymore with the details but I sleep so much better now and I always have great energy levels after my visits. The ladies in the front office are very nice and treat patients wonderfully but unfortunately that's not a reason to go there. The Dr is only interested in selling a plans and not letting the patient decide when they want to come. I told the Dr from day one on my first visit that I was interested in finding a Dr in the area since I currently drive a distance to see another chiropractor. He assured me he was willing to see me on an as needed basis and then when I made an appointment to come in for an adjustment he changed his tune completely and told me the office was not set up for me to pay my deductible and have my insurance pay the rest for my visit. Apparently he hadn't "sold" his quota plans for the week and told me that he could only offer me a monthly price in joining his "Club Med" assuring me that any unused visits would be carried over to the next month along with paying yet another monthly fee. The idea in this.......the office has an accountable steady income every month to pay the staff and to run the office. I should be able to decide when I want to go see the Dr. I should be able to utilize my insurance just as I do when I see my primary care physician or when I see my dentist. I should be able to decide what I can afford and what I can't afford when it comes to medical appointments. I can't speak to the Dr's expertise in helping with any condition you may have because I was totally turned off by being told I needed to join his "Club Med" for a monthly fee. read more

My bestie referred me to Mansour and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Location: The office is located near Roscoes in Chino Hills and easy to find. There's lots of parking spots and even good food places nearby to eat before or after your appt. Office and staff: The office is very nice, professional, organized and seems to be well equipped, but the staff, the staff are so amazing! I've never felt so welcomed and taken care of. You can tell they care about their patients, because they greet everyone by their names. Sophia is so amazing managing our appts, and Veronica and Maribel take such good care of us when we get our EMS therapy done. Both Dr Albert and Dr Kevin are knowledgeable and make you feel so comfortable. What I love the most about the doctors is how well they communicate with me and their plan to heal my injuries. They take the time to make sure you understand everything from the x-rays, mobility tests, treatment, etc. so you understand the process and what recovery will look like. My recovery has been going well and I know it'll take time, but since I've been going I've seen some good changes such as sleeping better, and feeling more comfortable sitting and standing. First they took x-rays of my injuries, then consulted with me in detail about the treatment I would receive. I have been coming to them for almost 2 months, 3xs a week and I feel so much better, my injuries have improved immensely. I really like the electro stimulus it makes my neck and back feel relaxed. Long review, but if you're looking for a chiropractor, this is the place you should be at. I got into a bad vehicle rear-end accident back on 6/23. Went thru physical therapy,accupunture,massage therapy, and whatever else the doctor can put me thru, but it wasn't helping any. For months I been suffering pain and pressure on my back and neck. Dr. prescribed pain pills and cortisol shots, but I declined them because I didn't want to mask the pain, I wanted to get it healed. I was referred to Mansour Chiropractic. 1st visit in and the staff and doctors there were 2nd to none! Helping,thorough, and very welcoming. After my initial consult, the doctor was able to explain what was going on with my body and a plan to get me fixed. I felt comfortable and felt like they actually cared about my health, not like a lot of places I've been to prior where they do the minimum just to get me checked in for the visit. Prior, I wasn't able to stand or sit for more than 5-10min due to pressure on neck and back build up. I would have to sit or shift position to relieve the pain and pressure. It's been a couple of months as a patient here, and I feel great improvement. Neck pain and headaches are minimal. I have stopped using ibuprofen daily. I'm able to stand or drive for hours without pressure building up. I still have work to do to get me back to 100%, but the way I feel physically and mentally is night and day thanks to Mansour Chiropractic. After my plan is complete, I plan on continuing my visits here for maintenance. I can't thank the staff and doctors enough for what they have been doing for me. Worst experience. I had no choice in coming here because I was told by EDD to come get an independent examination. I knew that as soon as i needed an exam I needed to do this right away since it is time sensitive and my benefits would be affected. Do you think this place cares? I called: 04/12/2024 @ 02:10p no answer LM 04/12/2024 @ 03:05p no answer 04/12/2024 @ 03:08p filled out their online appt form 04/15/2024 @ 12:45p no answer 04/15/2024 @ 3:02p was transferred to "the person who deals with these appointments", no answer LM 04/17/2024@ 4:06p was told they don't have my paperwork. 04/26/2024@ 1:51p advised the receptionist of all my attempts to get in contact who then said I will get someone to call you back to sort this out........I waited until 05/02/2024 no call back yet again, I had to call them again. It has just been a rollercoaster by this time the office would also tell me they didn't have my paper work but then when an EDD rep called them they told EDD they did have it since 04/12/2024, by now I needed a new request since all this time has gone by. I requested to speak to a supervisor Sue or Susie I believe, was not much help she was shocked that all those messages should have go to her VM is what she said but seem uninterested. Guess what? my benefits were denied I have to file dispute with EDD to reinstate my benefits THANK YOU MANSOUR CHIROPRACTIC! btw maybe Susie should not be running her errands during business hours and leaving the staff alone. I've had back and neck tension most of my life, unable to sit still comfortably and just assumed it was just how it would be. I would go to chiropractic treatment roughly once a month to alleviate it some, but when I came to Mansour Chiropractic (my previous chiropractor moved away) I was actually given a treatment plan with an approximate end date that I should feel better by. The approach is very different in my experience, having range of motion testing and x-rays after so many months of treatment to monitor progress.
