The technician came in and said I need a new thermostat which was not the case and telling me it would cost $199, meanwhile we got the furnace to turn on, and when I questioned why he thought it was the thermostat, he became agitated and rude. I asked him I wanted to speak with his boss. He then took the damper wire and cut the end off and took it with him and went to his truck and took off with my part. I called the company asking to speak with a manager and the girl that answered the phone refuse to transfer me to a manager. Very unprofessional and the piece he cut off is crucial for Furance to function, I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau. Bbb.

Here we are again, temps over 100, and about 85+ in the house. We called to have it fixed. Very rude guy showed up and fiddled with a few things and said we were all set. And nothing has changed. We are still without AC. But now, they won't take any messages on their emergency line. We have to wait and call in the morning after 9. Poor Poor service I would leave this at zero stars, but it made me check at least one. it is not deserved though
