We recently made our probably sixth trip to launch over this past weekend and had the best experience of any arcade in the area. Upon entering we were greeted by a great young staff of eager employees. My young boys struggled to make choice(tons of choices) but the manager (Jill) spoke up and provided some input and helped make choices. She even helped keep my two sons entertained while we had to fill out expired waivers. We chose bowling, arcade, trampoline, & bowling and played for at least 3 hours. They also have VR and an obstacle course. The price is very fair for the amount of hours and bang you get for your buck. They have a little food kiosk called krave that offers the traditional kid friendly menu. For the adults they have a pretty full bar with very friendly bartenders as well. They have 3 different types of birthday rooms. And they seem like they were a good size and may be an option for us in the future. My only one critique of the venue is the owner needs to put some serious money back into the establishment. To be specific the trampoline area is a bit dingy and could stand to be completely overhauled. Aside from that we had the best local arcade experience that we may have ever had. Thank you Jill! We had an amazing time at Launch Warwick! It's fun for all ages. Our group had kids ages 3-14, and they all had an amazing time. There are three floors of bowling, arcade, trampoline, and laser tag fun. The place is super clean. There are new comfy couches for non-jumpers to relax, chat, and watch the kids. NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART! SENSORY OVERLOAD! Let's say on a Saturday afternoon in February there were 600 kids, 200 parents. It's dark and loud and jeez I sound old! But seriously for a parent this place is a lot. Luckily, my 11 year old bounced with other kids we came with and my 2 year old hung in the toddler area. But this was tough since he wanted to be with the big kids but it can be a little dangerous. A lot of kids don't pay attention to anyone neverminded littles! I can share that they need a little something in the toddler area like a low hoop or something. Not enough space for people to store their belongings, clothes everywhere. Kids stinking (all that jumping and BO.) Older kids in the todddler area with no employees protecting the littles. This place needs a renovation. Equipment falling apart. It was very warm inside. The kids were dying of sweat. It was hot just sitting watching. t's so dark in jumping areas, more dark near the basketball hoops. I asked an employee if we could get more lights near basketball hoops. Amelia was our personal party assistant and she was absolutely amazing! The kids had so much fun. It's a fun place for them anyway but with the birthday party package, it was even better. The kids stayed busy as usual. Everything went so smoothly. Amelia double checked everything with me and made sure our nut allergy child in attendance was all set. She really was great and I'm so glad I went this route for the party this year. She really was just so helpful. It made my job as a parent so much easier and I couldn't thank her enough for it. I went to launch yesterday and tried to play laser tag but not a single person was In there I went down and there was a lady that had almost bleached hair and a boy at XP who were just chatting away when I was a costumer in need. It's clean and I think the staff are trying. My biggest complaint is that Launch has changed its pricing/ticket structure so that the *least* we can pay to do is 120 minutes of jump plus food or arcade or bowling (not incl shoes- one hour) and it's $30. Launch was a great place for kids to work off energy in hot or cold weather. It was expensive relative to a playground but it was a great and fun value. Now it's prohibitively expensive for a family with 3 kids (or has to be planned for) and they incentivize staying too long. I would gladly pay $20/person for 1.5 hours... But this new structure makes it feel like I should have my 5 year old getting knocked over by teenagers for two hours because we committed to it. Seriously. We signed a waiver but I will obviously still cause trouble if a 17 year old falls on my kid in the foam pit. read more

They wanted to decorate for my daughters party in black and green! I brought my own decorations and told them I will do it. They were running behind on the room we rented and as soon as we got in they were telling us to get out. I haven't been here since they moved locations to update. My son was invited to a birthday party here today. I called prior to speak with someone regarding allergens. My son is anaphylactic to peanuts and treenuts. The person I spoke to said it is peanut/treenut free and prepared in a nut free zone. The only reason I double checked upon arrival is because I went to the concession stand to buy him a water and noticed the Nutella dessert on the sign. I asked the employee and she said there is no actual nuts/peanuts in pizza however there is not a nut free zone so there is a chance of cross contamination. To some this error makes not seem like a big deal but to us it's life or death. I'm just glad I caught this near miss and we didn't end up in the ER today. It's very scary and negligent when people are not thoroughly educated about food allergies. Otherwise he had a blast. He enjoyed playing dodgeball and playing laser tag with his friend. I wouldn't suggest eating here if your child has food allergies. Nutella is just an accident waiting to happen... read more

I took my 7 year old here today to meet up with a couple of school friends. I believe this facility here in Warwick is new (I think it used to be across the street). Very nice facility, however it does have a little bit more of a 'crowded' feel to it than some of the other trampoline parks I've been to (Sky Zone feels HUGE, but the layout is different). We just did the 1 hour jump which was $17. I know that this is around the usual rate for trampol. parks, but I still feel this is rather expensive. I already had jump socks from Sky Zone, so Launch let me switch them out, which was good. I did see online that they had a Jump camp going on over the Summer, and I believe these last couple of weeks it was reduced to $21 for a four hour session, which is actually really good... wish I had known about it sooner. Anyway, they do have a lot of different activities... an obstacle course in the front with all sorts of different things to climb on, a basketball area, a 'jousting' area, the foam pit, the rock wall and in the back a large section with trampolines and a toddler area in the corner. Also of course the video games and food as well. We didn't try any of the food. Overall my son had a great time and staff seemed to be on top of things, and everything seemed clean and well kept... also nice and cool in there on a humid day. read more

How is this for an experience.It was my daughters 10th year birthday they called us to the party room and all of a sudden my daughter and I were hit from behind my daughter was hurt.I turned around to see what was going on and there were two police officers taking down a man punching him in the face in front of crying children who are now being grabbed by their parents in a panic.I said to the officer you can"t hit him like that his reply was he is running from us a struggle went on.My older daughter grabbed my arm to get me out of harms way.The man was tased multiple times we got a little information that the guy was a convicted felon and had several warrants the cops had gotten a tip that the guy was there why would the cops not wait until the man had come outside to arrest him instead of putting myself and others meaning children in harms way. a party we will never forget. read more

Feel bad giving this place a not-so-great review but their check in process is chaotic. Firstly, it wasn't clear that you needed to 1) fill out the waver first before paying 2) fill out a waiver and get a bracelet for every member of the party even if not participating. Clear signage explaining this would be super helpful. Next up, they apparently are short staffed so they only had one person at the register checking folks in and the line was so long. On the other hand there seemed to be a surplus of staffers up (and were just taking to one another at times leaving their posts) at the trampoline part --seems if possible from business stand point it would make sense to move more staff to the check in (unless there's some mandatory staff ratio on the floor). Lastly the laser tag wasn't working today and the VR experience has signage that you have to be 4'6" to participate which apparently isn't accurate. This then caused another delay as we had to have 3 kids make new decisions about what activities they were doing. No big deal except we felt bad that it held up the already long line further for others. Again clear signage that the laser tag was down and removing the signage about a height requirement would be super helpful and make the check in process soooo much more efficient. read more

My 13 yr old son and his friends love coming here. For $35 they're entertained for hours! He had one experience that wasn't so great because they were short staffed. However my husband emailed Launch and the manager Michael immediately responded with his personal number. He didn't make excuses and went well above and beyond what we expected to make it right. This used to be my favorite place to bring the kids. The arcade is a joke! Half of the games are broken there is no prizes for the kids and because they now force you to choose two activities and the young ones can no longer do some of the activities. This is the only option. They sold so many tickets but the trampolines had 1 to 2 people on every single one staff is not keeping up. If you're going to charge $32 per person they need to have some type of structure. We will never be back as there are plenty of better options. read more

It has great spots for the little ones as well as the big kids (adults that have still not gotten past their teen love of bouncing and dodge ball). Yes, I said dodge ball on trampolines. Their have great prices for families, kids and the a fore mentioned big kids. So what do they have you are now asking. Well all of that is at a 'ground level' so no climbing up. They all have padded sides in case you bounce out. The floors are cushioned. They have a snack bar area. Activities: 1) Larger trampolines 2) Small trampolines for youth and toddlers 3) Foam block pit (6') with trampolines at the bottom 4) Trampoline Dodge Ball arena 5) Trampoline aerobics area where they are placed all over to include curving up the walls so that as you bounce and run the arena, you can go up the walls a bit All is too much fun. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. This entire place was run by children, it didn't look like a single worker there was over 21. Absolute worst place for a birthday party!! They overbooked/booked birthday parties way too close together. We were scheduled for a 130 birthday party and we're told we could arrive early to decorate, which we did. The room wasn't ready until 2pm because they were allowing previous parties to stay longer. They told us the room was ready and it wasn't; food and trash was still left over from the previous party and we had to clean the room ourselves. When our time finally came they then cut our time short in the room so the next party could start on time. They rudely started cleaning the room while the kids were still eatIng. Grabbed their plates and drinks while they were still in their hands and threw them out, and grabbed the gifts to clear the room. They then announced to the entire room that we needed to get out for the next party. They could've pulled the host/parents aside and told them but they yelled at the children to get out. They also charged the host extra for the adult jumpers. The party package only included the kids for jumping time, which was fine. So We asked to separate our bill because we didn't want to charge the host for our own jumping time but they added our time to the host's bill anyways and made her pay for it. What really irked me is the children were around 5 years old and the workers were trying to speak to them directly asking if they wanted refills, and the children under 5 couldn't make full sentences, and the workers just couldn't comprehend that. Launch trampoline park is actually a lot of fun. It's pretty small, but it has 4 distinct trampoline areas: the main area, the dodgeball area, the kid's area, and one where you can jump into a pile of foam squares. It costs $14 (regardless of age) for an hour of jumping. An hour actually lasts longer than you realize, and you will likely get tired after continuous jumping. I wish they had some better group deals like if you come with 2 adults and 2 kids for example, get some sort of discount rate. I know they have some other deals for certain days of the week, but I think maybe having children's prices vs adults, or family rates or something would be nice. Although we were intrigued by the families having birthday parties here, I have so say it looked kind of lame. The birthday area is pretty small and there are a few flatscreen tvs, but it definitely seems less exciting than having a child's birthday party elsewhere. I would come back in the future, but not regularly. I think $14 for an hour of jumping (with lots of breaks because it wears you out) is a bit steep for a regular activity. I know my nephew had a blast though, and I'm sure kids overall would love coming here. read more

This place is really fun and there is a lot to do for older kids not so much the toddlers. The arcade was fun and jumping was fun but even you know staff was everywhere they clearly didn't pay attention because a lot of older Kids were pushing over the younger ones and hurting them.
