I'm going to be honest this place has improved SO much for when I used to bring the kids when they were little. Seekonk Grand Prix has been around for such a good time, and I always enjoyed it along with all my siblings I would bring. I went yesterday and it's so different, they pushed the arcade place further behind the rides and now it's a big nice size and it looks like a full arcade. When you loop around to the back that's where the parking is, and there's plenty of space. Then you walk directly into the building and if you look straight ahead it's the stand where you buy tickets for rides, cards for games and etc. If you look to your left they have a rock climbing wall, it's not an intense one but it's a cute size for the kiddos. And if you look up they have a ropes course, which is super cute. I noticed more of the younger kids to pre-teens enjoyed that. The arcade portion had tons of fun games! You buy a card, they load it with money and that card is used to buy your ride tickets ( go kart, slick cart, water number cars, kids bumper cars and so on). The rides range from 6.00-7.00 per person, so you load the card up and do what you want, the card also can be used for the arcade which each machine costs "1.00 or .50 or up to 2.00), if that puts it into perspective. And they do have deals I spent 120.00 flat no taxes and they gave me 30.00 bonus money so I had 150.00 total to spend for the night. With the 120.00 I spent and having 150.00 total due to the bonus they give. ( which I love) we were there about 2.5 hours, we did the family go karts 2x each, we did the slick track 1x each, and the rest of the time we spent in the arcade. Which was fun and a good bonding experience. At the end of the night I had 40.00 left in money on my card. About 565 tickets left, since we cashed in our other tickets and my brother and I had a great time. I so recommend. It was full of people but it seemed very clean in the arcade to me. The bathrooms were clean and the employees are all high schoolers but they seemed all about safety and they were a delight. I'll for sure go back. read more

Don't think for a minute that just because you're in your 50s and celebrating a wedding anniversary that you can't have a spectacular time on the slick track at the Seekonk Grand Prix!! We did just that, to celebrate 13 happy years of marriage, and we had an absolute blast! We definitely preferred the slick track to the regular one, and went probably 4 or 5 times on it. The arcade has all our favorite games, and a photo booth to commemorate our day, and we were able to be kids again, even if just for a few hours. The staff there are great people and very knowledgeable, especially the guys who run the tracks - they do a great job. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back if we're ever in the area again! read more

Was apprehensive about taking my kids there because of all the bad reviews. Then I noticed the reviews were mostly from years ago. Only recent one was from someone I assumed went to the wrong place or was a troll. My kids loved it. Go karts, bumper boats, arcade. They had a blast. Place was clean, well kept up and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Prices were very reasonable for the rides and the games. Go karts and bumper boats were $7 each, three laps for the carts and 4 mins fir the boats. Most of the games were $1. Will definitely go back! read more

Wow I was really surprised that they finally redid this place- the only bummer is that it looks a lot SMALLER on the inside although I doubt it is! We came on a rainy Thursday afternoon and besides another Mother and son- we had the whole place to ourselves. All the outdoor rides were closed which we love in the summer. I think my son is finally tall enough to ride them! My son loves arcades. I spent $30 and we had a decent amount of playtime. Most games cost .50 cents to a $1. The ropes course and the rock climbing wall which are all new don't open until 4 which was also a bummer. I remember this place being huge inside! I mean it looks better now- but I do miss the old building which I swear was 4-5 the size of the current one. They host character nights a few nights a month and their having a Halloween Party at the end of the month. We might have to check it out. This is a childhood staple- always has been- my son will remember it too! I'm sure we'll be back! read more

It's nice to see a local business sustain and thrive over time. I can't remember a day that this place didn't exist. And when Chick-fil-A moved in where the old building used to be, SGP seized the opportunity to update and improve. While the tracks/courses haven't changed (except for some nice updates) the building has improved greatly! The ropes course in the ceiling looks like a blast and the arcade is updated and well run. While it isn't cheap per ride, you can get a good bang for your buck with packages like the All day Power Pass ($49.95). What I really appreciated today was seeing the owner walk around making sure the place was up to her standards - she was friendly to talk to too. It would be great if there was a season pass (but maybe we would take too much advantage of that??? Lol) and a parent lounge are... ;) Please note that the outdoor rides close an hour early. read more

Overall 3.5, great location off 195 exit 1 on and Route 6. Plenty of parking nice clean and faulty modern facility. Rides and games were great. The rides were way understaffed for a busy Memorial Day. Whiles there was a manger and about 5-6 employees at the prepay registers, there were only 2 employees on the busy go cart track and only one employees at other stations. The lines got pretty bad, though they have a pricing model for the whole day so maybe management doesn't care about the long lines? Limited shade outside a few cheap umbrellas were pitched up but not enough. It a business is going to charge a premium staff offset that with plenty of staff. read more

This place is really nice for young children and families. You can accompany children under 48" on the water bumper cars. There is literally something to do for everyone. The arcade is inside with your typical carnival games in which I scored lots of tickets in lol. The staff is great and the atmosphere is nice. I dislike the fact that one employee wouldn't let my fiancée or daughter pick their water bumper cart when the other employee told them that they could. That's why they lose 1 star. The only problem is, there is no food available in here to snack on and a complaining 10 year old and a crying 1 year old is hard to handle with no quick bite. They have something called a "Pit Stop" I think that's supposed to be a place for food but the cashier was busy talking to other people and they held the line up for 10 minutes so I left to look for snacks for my children. This place sits in pretty desolate Seekonk known for fast food and run down chain hotels close to Providence and Fall River. The town is really a pass through and this place sits directly off route 195. This may not look like much on the outside, but it is crammed with 3 go kart tracks, bumper boats and even bumper cars plus 18 hole mini golf and an arcade and ropes course. The cool thing about this place, you pay one price and they give you a hard card to use for all the activities. Most activities cost $6 per person except mini golf is $4 and then you can also use the card for the arcade and ropes course. The go kart tracks are really cool and there is even a mini one for littler kids (never seen one of these before) and a slick track which was cool. The main g kart track is huge and 3 lapse takes you a long time to get around. The mini golf course was decent, couple bricks out of place on some of the holes but the holes are a challenge and its in the shade as well. The arcade is small but loaded with the latest ticket games and some arcade style games plus pinball. The ropes course is tiny but its still cool they have one. Of course the place hosts birthday parties and the staff was friendly and helpful and never had any issues. There is even a snack bar inside with ice cream and snacks. Great way to spend $60 in 45 minutes. Don't get me wrong - we had a blast. My boys aged 15 and 12 had a great time on the slick track, family track and the water boats, but I was shocked that for a family of 3 we burnt through $60 in no time at all. Great arcade for kids a rope course above it and go karts outside? What more could you ask for. The go karts are extremely good fun, especially if you have your family or friends with you. The arcade can be a bit dissapointing however it's fun for younger kids and the rope course is very funny for those willing to try it. Being a big fan of cars and drifting the slick track is very fun, but for those who are non-car people (depends on who you are) I could definitely see how the slick track could get a bit boring. Then there's the family track, which is the most fun with two to three people, and fun to do over and over again, but the track is a bit bumpy at times and the karts can be very slow at times, the steering is a bit sticky. The service there depends on who you are with, some of the staff there look pretty depressed and suicidal, but despite all those issues the karts are very fun. The mini golf is dissapointing to say the least and the bumper boats and bumper cars are what you'd expect them to be. The arcade selection is OK but not outdated. The best feature of the Grand Prix without a doubt are the go-karts. The slick and race tracks are extremely fun and will require repeats. Wow is all I have to say. I hate to use this term, because it wasn't that bad before, but they have really gone from the "outhouse to the white house!" The game room before was ok at best, but the new place is fantastic. They have updated their games and added a ropes course. They have an ice cream area (which was closed when we stopped by) and serve quite a few different items based on the menu. The game prices haven't changed and are still a bit high, but they clearly have spent the money to justify paying a bit more. So I think this place is a blast. There's an arcade, slick track, go cats, bumper boats etc. My boyfriend took me here and I felt like a kid again. We did all of them and had a ton of fun. This place is the definition of overrated, overpriced, and miserable. The Go-Karts are awful, and I got yelled at one time for accidentally hitting someone in one of those piece of crap cars. The claw machines are so rigged, it's not even funny. Every game, including games with good prizes, are rigged. Every game there isn't even fun, as I could find them on Amazon or Ebay and put them inside of my house. The workers are practically invisible, and they don't even care about their customers. I used to come here all the time and I miss coming here. I remember last time I came, I was with my aunt and two cousins and we had got there real early in the afternoon. We were practically the only people there so the guy who was working the go-karts let us go in and usually you only get to ride around the speedway track four times, this dude let us drive around an EXTRA FOUR times because we were the only ones there. How awesome is that?? Eight laps for the price of four = the best ten minutes of my life. I had such a blast! If you're a kid at heart like I am, DEFINITELY go here. I used to work there and although my co workers were fantastic the management was horrible. I'm 17 and I used to leave at 11 pm which is illegal, and that isn't even the best part! The reason I decided to quit was because I wanted to call out on a day I was sick and my boss said no! She told me I could either go in that day or not come back at all. The scheduling was awful and I was never given a time to go home it was whenever they decided to let me go home. I had co workers go in at open and not leave until 8:30 at times. I would be forced to clean up my bosses cigarette butts that he would leave all over the parking lot. Overall a bad experience and I do not recommend working there or going on the over priced rides and arcade games. read more

We came for a family night out it was great until the kids wanted to do he rope coarse. The girl at the register was friendly and charge me a ticket for the rope coarse for my son. He just made the 48'' mark until he was ready to go on he girl would not let him go on because there measurements were not accurate. Basically we ended the night with my son crying hysterical. It is pretty decent. But when you want to play the arcade, the least you can spend is 50$, well thats what the lady charged me. That kind of price range is pretty steep. I tried to go on the go-carts but they were very cheat/slow. My friends son had a birthday here and it was very fun for the kids. So for the fun birthdays, I give this place some props for that. My college friends and I being total goofs (and them straight edge goofs) make an annual trek out to the ole seeking grand prix to relive the times before we could legally drive and oft had delusions of what being in grand theft auto or the fast and the furious would be like. So you're not supposed to bump or anything here. We've gotten away with it a little bit. We've definitely been given longer times on the rides when we come on a sunday night and we're really the only people there. The prices have definitely crept up this year- I distinctly know there was an option for buy 4 rides for under $20 (because I always bought 4 rides, and always spent under that to do so) and now the smallest "package" is 8 rides for $37. So instead of spending $20 or so, I only spent 10.50 because I'm old and stubborn, and can drive a real car, right out of their lot in fact. The slick track is neat, as you go skidding and sliding around taking the turns on this fairly small oval track. read more

Amazing. Had never been here before and assumed I was going to get ripped off. The exact opposite happened. The all day pass allowed the kids to ride without worrying about how many rides they had left. Food and drinks were limited due to covid, but a huge bag of chips and 2 ice creams were under $10. Speaking of Covid-everything was very clean and sanitized after each ride and even in the arcade. Overall the kids had a blast. Seekonk Grand Prix blew my expectations out of the water. I cannot remember the last time I came across a place that seemed as well-managed as this one. The facilities are spotless, the grounds are well-kept, and the employees are friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Terry, as she helped me to redeem a voucher that I had purchased a while back. The voucher was meant to be printed but I didn't realize that until after presenting the voucher on my phone. Rather than turning me away for not presenting the voucher in the correct form, she asked me to email it to her so that she could print it in her office. She then took the time to explain why the bar code on the voucher didn't work (it was a third-party purchase, and the seller's barcode wasn't compatible with SGP's system--this is why it is necessary to print the voucher) and went out of her way to ensure that I still received the deal that I had purchased. This might just be the best customer service I've ever received, anywhere. There is something here for everyone--multiple go-kart tracks, mini golf, bumper cars, bumper boats, an arcade with up-to-date games, a ropes course, a rock-climbing wall, you name it. It's kid-heaven. My five-year-old niece's first words upon returning to the car tonight? "This place is amazing! When are we going to come back?" It was a good way to kill about half an hour before we were all totally over it though. Hey, they have air hockey, and that's essentially what we look for in an arcade because we're aggressively competitive and loud. No basketball games, and the video games that take an astronomical number of tokens to play two player shooter games leave you unable to shoot your enemy while your partner takes out all of them and you get pummelled. The seekonk Grand Prix mini golf course is as classic as they come. Tucked into the corner of the property it gives its players breath taking views of the go cart track as well route 6. When it comes to the material used in making the course the turf is extremely fast which tends to make players over shoot the hole by at least four feet. The course also has some maintenance problems (including but not limited to) dirty waterfalls, loose bricks, and missing ball holders at the top of some holes. This course is not for the faint of heart demanding both speed and accuracy. One more negative is that the Go-Carters can get a little bit mouthy when reminded of the no bumping rule. Grand Prix Mini Golf Course is a great spot for an after work round for an advanced mini golfer. read more
