Way, way, way overpriced for what you get. 75 bucks for 3 kids, and they didn't even want to turn in the wipe out thing. I got an eye roll and an attitude from two teenager employees when I inquired . They did eventually turn it on, but didn't change directions, or speeds at all. She just sat on her phone and looked at instagram. Pretty shameful. Signs all over the place about not using their precious massage chairs for sitting unless you pay. I get it but the signs all over just seems tacky and makes it a bad environment. Lastly, 3-4 hand sanitizer machines were out of sanitizer. When you jump in the foam pits a cloud of DUST flys up in the air. I picked an old bandaid off my daughters pants that came from one of those pits. Very disappointed. This is my first time here. As a mom of the preteen/teen aged, we have visited and jumped at several different trampoline parks. (Disclosure: I'm not jumping today. It's apparently weird to have your mom jump when you're a teenager. ) Very happy here and would say this is a tie with our #1. Some people prefer super structured where everything is scheduled, but we don't like that as much for this age. Lots of safety built in and very kid friendly. Also very open and clean. Some trampoline parks have extras built in (ie laser tag, full arcade). This does not. Take it for what you will, but we are very happy here. There is a balance beam with javelin, curved trampoline floor, basketball, and the best - I don't know the name for it but a bar that rotates around and you have to jump over it. We came on a Saturday afternoon and they were very busy but not crowded. Great space. Also, I appreciate the music playing - soundtracks and songs that are not "annoying baby music" but also clean. One more thing to note. My company was have an auction with Altitude gift cards as one of the items. I had a couple of questions and the owner was so kind and responsive. This place is amazing highly recommended for kids of all ages. My 3 year old and 10 year old love it they jump together play games. They love the dodgeball games area the big candy Machine. I have been to Aero in Woonsocket a few times but this one is closer and I was so happy it opened! It lacks the large indoor "playground" the Aero has but the staff here is amazing and everything is so nice and new. I went with a friend of mine and we took our 3 & 4 yr old kids during the toddler time 12-2 weekdays and it was a blast!!! We were sweating within 30 minutes but it was the most fun workout EVER!! You do have to buy their socks for insurance reasons so other park socks won't work FYI. Plenty of parking. Drinks and snacks available for purchase- credit cards accepted. They have this really cool balance beam/fighting beam over one of the foam pits that is a blast to do with friends and throw them off their balance!!! Loved it!!! read more

Brought my daughter here for the first time and it was a great experience! The place was so clean and so much to do! They lets kids of all ages mingle so I can take my oldest and youngest and they can actually jump together unlike other places! I needed up booking her birthday party here and it went so well! This is one of the best trampoline parks I have ever been to in my life. The staff are amazing, there's so much to do, much more lighting than sky zone. The overall experience I give a five star just because of how fun and easy it is to jump and hang out with your friends. I have been here a boatload of times, and this place is exactly what my kids need. Who I feel bad for are the employees trying to do the best they can with crappy kids and even worse their parents who think that just because they pay money that they get to treat the place and their employees like crap. Seeing the reviews prove my point. My son and daughter for the last two years come here at least three to four times a week and most of the time the parents are good and we have come at all times... morning, night, weekends, during their glow light times. Upon checking in the first thing I noticed that there was one woman at the cash register who was completely overwhelmed acting ridiculous yet with 2 employees standing behind her doing nothing. Come to find out this woman was the manager...lol...try cross training your employees. She's rude and completely over her head working a cash register and running a front desk... Pathetic!! Worst Customer Service Experience Ever!!! I was asked to leave and threatened by the manager that she would call the police in front of my children. This was all because my 11 and 3 year old did not have their brand jump socks on after 5 minutes being there. "Profits before Customers" As a Military veteran I have never been so disrespected by any individual or company in my life. when I asked for a refund, I was told that company's policy states no refunds, only bad attitudes. "They should rename the place." Due to my kids disappointment, I took them to Aero Trampoline Park in Woonsocket, RI for half of the price and no harassment. This was my wife's post to the company To add to my husband's post below, I called Altitude after the whole incident. I wanted to talk to the next person higher up. The cashier who was very professional gave me Victor's name "the GM" and his number. Trying to resolve this matter appropriately, I soon learned that poor customer service is a corporate constant. VICTOR said things that was inappropriate, repeatly referenced violent scenarios and allegations which he did not witness because he was not there. This went on today again.Victor called me back after reviewing their security system. Today I APOLOGIZED for the bit of the attitude I gave him yesterday from taking his comments personally. After my apology, I was hoping he would do the same however, the inappropriate comments continued. He hung the phone up, then I called corporate office in Texas to report this matter. As far as the trampolines and other activities go, this place is fine - you've been to one, you've been to them all. My review is primarily about the attitude and rudeness of the staff. When checking in and paying, with my 2 kids running around anxious to get to jumping, the staff member asked "do you need socks?" - I said no, because we have grippy socks from other trampoline parks we've been to. We get situated, get to jumping, and after about 40 minutes of our jump time has gone by, we are pulled by an employee and told that we must purchase Altitude specific socks. When I complained to the staff at the front desk that no one mentioned that we must buy THEIR socks at check in, the rude employee waved a sign in my face. Sorry, I'm not reading the fine print on a sign when I'm trying to pay and watch kids simultaneously. It would take no time or effort at all to have the front desk employees ask if we had Altitude-specific socks on check-in - I wouldn't be thrilled about paying another $8 for our family for yet another set of grippy socks, but it would be a lot more customer-focused and proactive to do it then than to embarrass and pull people in the middle of their $56 hour of jump time. To add insult to injury, the teenage employees proceeded to mock and laugh at me when I walked away. This is not the way to treat families of small children, who have plenty of different options when it comes to rainy-day weekend activities. We won't be back, and I'll encourage any other parents to do the same. read more

He basically called me a liar and was just rude even after I made a suggestion and said I would fix the review if prices were clearly posted to avoid these mishaps. I don't know if he works there but please take note Victor- the customer is always right. Next time if you don't like a review- apologize and try to remedy it. The prices are fair you can choose to jump as little as 30 mins for 10$. The space is big and they have different jumping activities (monkey bars, basketball etc). They have enough seating for parents waiting. They also had several birthday parties while we were there so the packages are probably pretty good. read more

I take my 5 year old son here and it is our favorite trampoline park! There are so many workers out on the floor so there is almost always assistance for the kiddos and other eyes watching. Which I really really appreciate. Also, they have some cool areas throughout the place. My son's favorite is the dodgeball area. I jumped with him one time and it's even fun for adults although it's good to know that it is quite the workout so be prepared! They keep the place pretty well kept even though there is a lot of traffic. The cubbies to hold your stuff are a little small, but you can use multiple if you need to. They do have some food and drinks that they offer but there doesn't seem to be a policy against bringing in your own stuff as well so that can be nice. I think the prices are fair comparably. We have been several times and will certainly be back! read more

We have now been to all three trampoline parks in our area, and we all agree this one is the best of the three. There is more to do at this location which gives you a variety. However because there is so much to do it tends to get really busy and crowded and the staff is not necessarily on top the kids that are not following the rules. read more

Altitude is probably the best brand of the trampoline parks. Unlike sky zone which doesn't have much for under fives; altitude has few restrictions on under fives. So my son can do almost every activity there. Toddler time during the week is great value; kid and parent can jump for $12 for an hour. read more

Please if you value your money do not throw a party here. I have never felt so disrespected by a manager when I wasn't even the one causing the issue. I booked a party, I thought my party was at 6 when it was at 7 I was told when I got there that I got the time wrong and was perfectly fine with that. The staff pulled a manager to see what they could do which I did not ask for, it was downhill from there. Immediately when she came out of the office she was short, rude, and condescending before I even spoke. When I called her out on how rude she was being, because she was also being rude to the children that came for my party because they were being children and instead of addressing the parents she addressed the children and than told me it's her facility and she can address them however she likes and doesnt have to address the parents. I explained I am also a store manager that would never speak to a paying customer this way if they were being calm with me, she became belligerent and started telling me I was the problem and also told me shes had a rough day dealing with fights and first aid situations so shes sorry if she seems bothered but I said that shouldn't be taken out on me. She than told me she would cancel my son's 7th birthday party because I wasn't letting her speak when she was speaking and going off on me the entire time like I asked her for a discount or something, I asked them for nothing and stated that there was clearly a misunderstanding and we would wait. I was completely mind blown. She spoke to me like that in front of some of the parents that came to my party they couldn't hear what was going on but saw how wild her body language was and how I was just taking it and asked me why was this woman speaking to me like that and why did I take it. She than said she's cancelling my party called Victor the GM he told me that I clearly have communication issues because i didnt call him back to give a name for another girl who was going to have the party with me, but she cancelled which is why I never called to give them the name but he wouldnt let me get a word in to explain that., when I was finally able to let him hear me out he calmed down and my party was not cancelled on me, but it was still awful to have a man on a phone speaking to customers like this to begin with. I spent almost 800 dollars and it was the worst feeling ever to give this place business after they were the ones that were so rude to me. I have had parties other places and they were great just dont book here if you value where your money goes. I do have to say that the other girls that worked there were sweet and caring and tended to my son and I. They actually made me feel better about the situation. I brought my 2 and 6 year old here for the first time during winter break. It was a little busy as I expected, and the staff were relatively good at getting everyone through. We purchased and hour for $30 and I was asked if we had socks or needed them. I had brought socks purchased at a trampoline park we visited last year as we were told they were reusable. The place was clean and the kids were having a blast with friends we came with up until the last 15 minutes. An employee approached me and said he'd spoken to my kids father about their socks (which was strange because my husband was not with us). Now, at this time, I honestly didn't remember where we got the trampoline socks, only that they looked the same as the rest. The employee told me it was due to liability and the socks were a different material, and that the boys would have to get off the trampolines or I could speak to a manager. None of this made sense since I signed a liability waiver and so I agreed to speak with a manager. This is where it went terribly wrong. The manager on duty (Thursday 12/27/2018 at 3:30pm), without as much as a greeting, told me to "get your kids off the trampoline now! You've been told 3 times, and I have it on camera". This woman was extremely combative from the moment she walked up. There was no discussion even when I tried to reason with her that the kids had 10 minutes left and so did their friends. To take them off the trampoline, buy socks, and go back on, we would have lost our last bit of paid time. She just kept shouting at us in front of everyone and walked us out as if she was a corrections officer. My 6 year old was sobbing the entire time. When I told her we were unlikely to come back, she told us we are not welcome. The bottom line is we take our children to these places and pay a high premium for them to have fun. To avoid this, the staff could be directed to ask "what kind of socks do you have?" at checkout. It would also help if employed managers hired actually liked working with families and small children and knew how to communicate and conduct themselves properly. I recently was invited to another "park" by a friend. When I asked my son if he'd like to go, he said no. Eventually, he told me he just didn't want to go because he didn't want people to be mean to us. I think that speaks for itself about the kind of place this is. What a terrible experience. read more

This place is disgusting and poorly managed. We were there on a busy Saturday 3/9/19. A kid vomited on the floor. The staff were ill prepared and Poorly trained to handle this. So much so that kids were waking through and even playing in the vomit after it happened. The only adult on staff, a lazy and Inept manager sat in her office the whole time. Pretty generic as far as trampoline parks go, Altitude has nothing noticeable and special to give. I visited during school vacation on Monday, April 15, so of course the place was packed full of small children with little to no parental supervision. This made it a hassle to simply move from one activity to the next, much less safely jump on the trampolines as toddlers run wild around your feet. Now, too many rules and strict staff can ruin a trampoline park (Just look at Skyzone!). But too little of this has an equally bad result. A list of reasonable rules is pasted all over the walls of the park, but staff are few and very apathetic about enforcing these rules. If they had blown their whistles just a bit more, perhaps the park would've been a bit safer for everyone, teens and young kids alike. Besides being perhaps a bit bigger than other trampoline parks, Altitude's atmosphere is nothing to write home about. It generally appeared clean, but if you look close, you can see stains on some of the trampolines. Other than that, Altitude is typical, with brightly colored walls and a repetitive, bland playlist blaring over the speakers. In fact, the major problem (besides the lack of control of younger guests) is that it just isn't that special or unique. It's yet another typical trampoline park, and seems to just be a lazy rip-off of successful parks, such as Aero. If improvements are made, and generic attractions such as dodgeball and foam pit jumping are scrapped and new ideas are formed, Altitude could easily top other trampoline parks.
