I had 7 loads to do so I was hopeful in this little place but it's a gem. They have 17 washers total. They also have a little wash station, the water comes out slow but better than no water (especially if you get soap on your hands by accident!). They also gave me one free wash for finding out that I was a first time customer. Manager was already leaving and came back to give that customer service. Downside: The only downside is there are only 4 street parking spaces in front. They also don't have any super small 1 loaders.

I took my suit in on Saturday for dry cleaning in preparation for an interview. I paid for expedited service and alteration. Picked up the suit on Tuesday and immediately saw glaring issues. The pants waist was ruined with noticeable glue. Overall, the pants and jacket smelled funky and had wrinkles everywhere. The chest pocket also had a button so that caused major wrinkles (no attention to details here). I brought it back in same day to asked about the glue on the pants and whether they had dry clean after alteration because there was a lot of wrinkles. The lady behind the counter said it wasn't her that did the alteration so she doesn't know.. fine.. then she asked if I wanted the pants creased and I said yes. She said she will make a note for the lady working tomorrow since the machine isn't running anymore. Fast forward to tomorrow... the "lady working tomorrow" happened to be the owner. She also did not know why they left the glue behind as she was also NOT the one that had done the alteration.. but she will do what she can to clean and remove it... I had to reschedule my interview since I don't have a suit anymore.. Anyway, came in Friday to pick it up and the Owner said she can't remove the glue and the glue was there due to the shoddy construction of the suit. She also changed her tunes and said she was the one that had opened up the pants and saw all of the glue.. so what is the truth here??? Just the other day the owner claimed it was not her that did the alteration and then now she's saying it was her. If the owner did open up the pants and saw the glue, I'd assume she would know that may cause an issue when dry cleaning or at least fix it. And FYI the pants were sewn... the glue was from the alteration that YOU or "someone other person" did. I tried to be nice and asked only to refund the expedited fee. She refused and said she did gave me the suit on Tuesday... but yeah it was terribly done on Tuesday and I had to bring it back... and it's now Friday.. AND they still didn't fully fixed the issue. She responded with "your interview was rescheduled so it's fine" Well.. I paid for expedited service and I didn't get that??? Really bad experience here. Left with a ruined suit.. no pants creases despite request.. still wrinkles here and there.. never coming back again.. 100% regret. LONG STORY SHORT.. ONLY COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE WHO DO NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY, PERFORM BAD SERVICE, OUTRIGHT LIES, AND CHARGE FOR SERVICES NOT GIVEN.

And when I went to pick it up, I noticed the tag was sewn in such a way that it bunched together the back fabric of the coat. I pointed it out and they rushed to redo it in 30 minutes, but I was not at all impressed with the quality. Within a week, the buttons were falling off again and the tag came undone. These photos were taken one week after the service. Super disappointing - and this service cost quite a bit and took a week for some reason. I took a prized "Penny Lane" style sweater coat here with faux fur along the collar and cuffs and I…read morejust wanted her freshened up. I hadn't even worn her yet. She wasn't dirty or having any odor. I got her back home and took her from the plastic bag and she has a pungent odor that strangely resembles Indian spices. It makes no sense but it's so strong, I can't even wear it out. I don't know what happened but I'm definitely never going back. I've never encountered this before in my life. I would not trust them with anything that you can't wash at home after. I'm afraid of what might happen if they attempt to fix it. Do I go back or just take it to another cleaner who won't turn my coat into a spicy mess?
