Pick ups and drop offs for my area are on Tuesday and Friday. I simply leave my clothes in a GAC - provided bag, and my clothes are returned on the next scheduled day perfectly cleaned and pressed. The prices are also reasonable. I trust this place with my suits and more delicate clothes. They are very helpful and when you reach out to them, they are very responsive. I recently washed a huge mattress topper in the triple loader and dried it in the extra-large dryer, and it worked perfectly. They also offer wash-and-fold service. I don't personally use that service, but I've watched them doing it, and they are incredibly careful with people's clothes. You can really see the pride and care they put into their work. I also feel very safe here. The owners are around a lot, there are cameras, and it's on a nice block. And while you're waiting for your laundry, you can grab pizza, a burger, or some vegan food right next door. I really do love this place. Four of the ones I used received money without registering the total amount, forcing me to have to pay again. The dryers I used left clothes damp. I added time; same result. I had 7 loads to do so I was hopeful in this little place but it's a gem. They have 17 washers total. They also have a little wash station, the water comes out slow but better than no water (especially if you get soap on your hands by accident!). They also gave me one free wash for finding out that I was a first time customer. Manager was already leaving and came back to give that customer service. Downside: The only downside is there are only 4 street parking spaces in front. They also don't have any super small 1 loaders.

Parked in front since I was unaware of rear parking. Arrived and only 1 other person washing. Noticed I had to download an app (another one to add to the list) and it was a breeze. I did observed an attendant who was busy with the shop vac cleaning out the dryer vents as well as doing loads of laundry. The area is maintained cleaned and no machines out of order. I did run into an issue and approached the lady who I observed cleaning. Catherine when asked her name reset the dryer since it went crazy after trying to add more time.
