Weekends can be busy, but the staff here consistently keep the place clean. They use a magnetic strip card that you can add money to so it's super convenient. Went up the hill twice. Loaded my machine but could not make them turn on! 2 different cards! 3 different washers, loaded the app tried scanning the box tried 10 times atleast!!! Dryer goes out what do you do............. We recently had a dryer go out and the first thing that came to mind is 1980s laundromats. I had a great experience the couple of loads I had to dry at Morgan Hill Laundry. They use a reusable card that you can load money on to use the dryers. You slide the card in and load time at specific intervals. It's very straight forward and easy to use. The laundry itself is very clean and they have staff on site to help. Dropped off spread and sheets at 2:30. Called at 7:30 pm to see if done. No answer. Drove there at 8:00pm to see if done. Walked in no one at desk. Found lady just scrolling on her phone. Saw my stuff and I said how long has it been ready. She said about 4:30! I asked why didn't anyone call and she just said" I don't know". I asked how much and she said 39.00! It was not even 6 lbs! One of the best Laundromats I've been to! I travel constantly for work. I was staying in a near by hotel that did not have a laundry facility. Came here to do my wash and was so pleasantly surprised! Definitely one of the cleanest laundromats I've been to, and they take card which is always 50/50. The machines are a little expensive but worth it for how bright and friendly it is here. My normal place I go to was a bit packed today, so I decided to try out this spot. I like that they have a variety of many washing and drying machines. And lots of a availability even during prime time at 1130am on a Sunday. There was a worker actively cleaning everything (which at my other spot only happens here and there). Hence why this place is so clean. They have a kids area for waiting, and also many comfy swivel chairs with a magazine rack for the adult waiting area. They also have an available restroom which was also very clean. Here is my only reason I will go to my other place over this spot (Launderland by Joann's), they have a credit card option. I don't carry cash and coins with me often, so the coin only option is a bit inconvenient. Also, the location of the other place I prefer because it's right next to Safeway, so I can grocery shop while I'm waiting. If they had a credit card option, this could have possibly been my new spot. But because of that, I will still prefer Launderland over this one. read more

There were many machines. They had supplies available for purchase. The machines were different sizes to accommodate different size loads.

Clean and well maintained laundry. Washers and dryers are various sizes and allows us to pick the right size at the right price. Laundromat plays ongoing Music and Kids TV are generally reasonable noise. But some customers choose to listen to their music or apps aloud in the waiting area. This has been an increasing problem over the last half a year. Management hasn't done anything to stop it. This makes for an uncomfortable wait on laundry completion. read more

I never thought I'd be writing a review of a laundromat but here I am. I must be easily amused because the first time I came here after my washing machine breaking down I was in pure amazement of these fantastic washers. They wash the heck out of your stuff. And they gave 9 washers that are a 6 load capacity. Talk about convenience! My newish GE washer at home takes an hour for 1 load. This one... 23 minutes. Its $7.75 but for 6 loads, it's well worth it just to get it done. There are many other option too, I was just excited to have a large load option. But the main reason for my review is the cleanliness of this place. I met the owner, Sal, and he was as nice as could be and cleaning up everything to make sure it was all ready for tomorrow. Overall this place is pretty clean. They have a lot of washers and dryers. It was $7.75 for 6 load washer but only holds 2 comforters so nowhere near 6 loads. I wish people would stop being hogs. There were about 6 carts and instead of people putting their bags/crap/junk on the floor or table. They decide to hog the carts so no one else can use them. So rude. There is a table in the middle for you to fold your clothes.. but again.. hogs. One person dumped all of their clothes all over it literally from one end to the next for about 35 minutes. The other table someone put their dirty clothes baskets on the table and left it there. Cant believe what jerks people are. The washers only take about 23 minutes so that was pretty good. But the dryers didnt work so great. I had my comforter in a dryer for over an hour and was still wet. Also it doesnt have a lint trap and pet hair was still on it after drying. So I wasn't going to sit another hour so I just took it home wet. read more

The laundromat I usually go to raised their prices (for a number of machines that don't work properly). I got my quarters and decided to try Morgan Hill Laundry. The first thing I discovered was that they have a pre-paid card system and don't take quarters. (Fortunately, I had cash on me.) The cards are free (unlike another laundromat I used to use). They have a lot of washing machines and dryers in various sizes. The machines are in great condition and I didn't see any with signs to indicate they were broken. The prices for the washing machines were more reasonable than my last laundromat. The dryers cost 35 cents for a particular number of minutes. It's 4 minutes for the giant dryers, 5 minutes for the medium and 6 minutes for the small. I had several blankets that I needed to dry, so I was glad the low minute count kept other patrons from using the giant ones. There are plenty of areas to sit and wait for your laundry to finish and a public restroom. read more
