Jackie, the General Manager, needs an attitude adjustment and should learn how to properly address customers! I understand emergencies and things happen, however, there is a way that you communicate with people! When I arrived at the laundry mat, there were no signs posted about closing early. It wasn't until I saw the sign when going to my car about the last wash of the day has happened, come back tomorrow at 6am. When I walked back in, Ricardo chased me down to let me know they're closing early. When I asked what time, he stated about 3/3:15pm today. I said okay cool, no problem! Jackie decided to take it upon herself to come around turning off the TVs and fan. While doing so, she demanded that myself and another lady who was folding clothes that we had 2 minutes to exit the property. We both still had clothes in the dryer and things we were folding and putting away! If Jackie approached us correctly, it probably wouldn't have been an issue, however, instead she decided she wanted to argue with one of the ladies because it was a lack of communication and I told her I'll leave once my clothes are finished unless you're providing refunds for my unused time. Had Jackie approached us with a different tone and manner, things could've gone a lot more smoothly. Hell, both Ricardo and Jackie were still trying to clean up and do their own cleaning before locking up and we are getting chastised about it being 3pm. What a joke! There are laundromats closer to where I live, but the reason I keep coming back here is because the staff is absolutely amazing. Found this place on Yelp and love it. Ample parking. Sign at door to check in with attendant before entering. This location requires purchase of a card ($1 fee for card). Due to Covid they require that mask be worn while inside and that you wait in your car while your clothes are in machines. Also no folding inside. They do have drop off service available. I like the machines. They are clean and they are sanitizing washers. I washed sheets and comforters and I pulled them from the washers and they were barely damp. As someone who has been doing laundry here for about a year now. I am beyond grateful for the services, the upkeep, and especially the staff! The manager Jackie is a very friendly, thoughtful and very professional individual who will make sure all your laundry related questions are answered and will assist of course if a machine is acting up or if something related to the laundry will go awry. I feel like most managers either have a complex going on or are just nice because, but with Jackie I can tell its genuine. Ricardo is also part of the staff who has been absolutely fabulous every time Ive gone there from greeting me, to making sure If I have everything I need to do laundry. Being nice to your clientelle really goes a long way and for such a mundane task, I actually look forward to doing laundry now in an environment with really stellar staff! they all work hard, they are all nicer and they all deserve a 5 star rating! The place is always insanely clean, there is a hand washing station, a bathroom, free wifi and plenty of places to sit and enough space to actually fold your clothes because it is for certain some people cannot do laundry every week. This is the cleanest laundromat I've ever set foot in having said that we are a house under construction and have no washer and dryer so tried this place - they offered to do the laundry for us so we gave in although we were reluctant , they called us the next day and our clothes are like unwrinkled hung. They air dried my husband's specialty clothes they make my tennis shoes look brand new The socks are paired so professional. I love this laundromat. The service agents there are always so nice and friendly. They're also very helpful. The bathrooms are clean. The laundromat is well kept and fully stocked just in case you need any items to wash your clothes. The washers and dryers are always serviced and running, they also include a card machine and it takes debit credit and cash. So the laundromat is automated and does not take coins, but if you come with cash, you can easily place it on a card to be used in the machines. read more

Can I give 10-stars, please? Laundry Guys, you are truly a necessity and so welcoming and so thankful that I know where to go when my washer just dies on me. Yup, another washer down, and another reason to go and see my new friends at Laundry Guys. This past Saturday, April 20th, hubby and I were up early in the morning and were the 2nd customers to get our loads of laundry done. Ricardo, so pleasant, so helpful and didn't mind helping me with securing the card and adding money, he even showed me how to extend the time on the dryer, (for my towels), and I had the best time doing my own laundry in a clean environment, with a wonderful musical playlist and not even crowded that morning. It took me less than 2 hours to wash five loads and dry four! Yup, it was that quick and I folded my clothes and was out of there by 8ish a.m. What a way to start my Saturday. I don't remember the young lady's name that was helping Ricardo that early morning, but she was just as helpful and pleasant. When you get quality, you don't mind paying a tad-bit more for it, and Laundry Guys, thank you for always having a super-fabulous team of employees. Kinda overpriced compared to other options and parking lot is Dang near impossible to get a spot in on peak hours. Not enough spots for the amount of machines and it makes entry and exit very unsafe. Also when we were in the peak of the pandemic and I dropped my gf to do laundry while I got groceries (it was raining) they told her to wait outside on the bench while it rained which left a nasty taste in my mouth. Wow, where do I even start? My recent visit to this laundromat was an absolute nightmare. The manager, Roel or Romel (not that I cared to remember his name), turned my visit into a circus by insisting I start my laundry more than five times. Yes, more than FIVE times. I was just 10 minutes away from starting the wash, this guy comes back outside from some room and had the audacity to say "You know what, actually you can take out your clothes" or whatever. He already came hot from the start, and look like he was triggered. Like who hurt you? And the sign? It clearly states "Last Wash 10:45 PM," but apparently, it means the machine should be done running by then. Newsflash: if you're 10 minutes away from finishing, that's not the end of the world. But apparently, losing a customer over 10 minutes is the new norm here. To top it off, Roel or whatever his name is, came back to proudly announce, "The owner just called and said she's turning off the machines," while I'm pulling out my clothes. Clearly, he was itching to flaunt his "manager" power and just wanna pick a fight at that point. His mic drop moment was to tell me he was "refusing services now." Hilarious. He's been waiting to say that his whole life for sure. He even went back, AGAIN, to proudly give me a business card of the owners like -- he ain't scared bro! This guy is so distasteful feeling like he's untouchable. Basically telling me low key to complain all I want, the owners got his back..okay dude. You win. Not gonna keep staying around for that ratchetness. Norma had already told me beforehand that I should be out by 12, and I gave her a heads-up. Yet, this guy comes back just to make sure I know. I've never even seen this guy before, and he's the worst I've encountered in my life like he was on his period or something. The good staff I've encountered are earlier during the day. And I like I said, some of the staff there and I, all used to work at a nursing facility; dealing with way more disgruntled patients. I know how good service should be and, so does Norma. So for them to act like I'm inconveniencing their time for being 10 mins late (tops) is so crazy to me. This being on the dot policy "clean the machines" is worst than a 5 star hotel. Don't expect for these people to accommodate you in any way even if I'm spending at least $75 every time. Would rather spend that elsewhere with owners who hire people with empathy - and who may be able to spare you 5 more mins. If you value decent service, stay far away from this place at night. It's a complete joke. And... ... Since manager guy is so indispensable, I am going to be reporting this incident to the appropriate consumer protection agency, as no customer should have to deal with this kind of treatment. I just moved here from Florida and this was the first place that was close to my new place. Place was very clean, air conditioned, lots of washers and dryers available. Jackie, behind the desk, was so helpful and friendly. They showed me how to get a laundry card (make sure you bring a dollar to purchase a laundry card the first time) and use the machines. There were vending machines with drinks, snacks and detergent in case you forgot yours (like me ). They also offer a cleaning service behind the counter. Will go here from now on. As soon as I stepped inside, Ashley greeted me and welcomed me. It's quite apparent that I am a laundromat novice, so she guided me through the entire process, every step of the way. It's a personal concierge service. She learned my laundry needs, and took me through the process of purchasing the access card, converting my fistful of coins into monetary value to load onto the card, and operating the machines. Her recommendation was spot-on and my load of outdoor cushion covers came out even cleaner than I expected. The cost is relatively higher than many other laundromats, but you do get what you paid for. For me, it's well worth it. read more

Still like the cleanliness of this place and the clientel but the customer service left a bad taste. I'm not sure if the lady was having a bad day or doesn't like her job. This is my 4th time here and I go out my way to come here. I had loaded my laundry up in the first row of machines and did a load and realized I need to add money to the card to start the second. The machine is right next to front so loaded $25 on it. Went back and started second. Went toy car to get my coffee and then realized nature was calling. So I wait patiently til attendant was done doing what she was in the middle of ask for access to the bathroom. I get they don't want noncustomers or anyone walking off the street using it so when she asked if I was doing laundry I said, I sure am. Then what kinda got me was she asked for my card. To which I thought she just wanted to make sure. Which again I understood. Then I was appalled when she proceeded to put it in machine to double check I was actually doing laundry. Mind you it shows how much was on the card and the activity of the card. Didn't say a word after and proceeded to open the door to the bathroom for me. I'm going to venture out here, something I dont normally do and say it was based on what she thought I was. Other times no problems with other staff. They are always cheerful and helpful. However I did notice the staff on this day didn't appear to be happy and the interaction with that person was strained and the vibe of the place was not great and I myself wanted to hurry out. I've been coming here since 2020 and even though I've moved to a place with a washer and dryer, I still come here every week! The washers and dryers are so fast and I never have to worry that my clothes or sheets aren't fully dry. Regardless of how much laundry I have, I'm able to have everything cleaned and folded within a couple of hours. This is all great but my favorite part of laundry guys is the staff! Great laundromat, super clean, staff was super friendly and helpful. They have machines that wash 2 to 8 loads at once. Just note that the more loads washer can hold the higher price. I saw the 8 load washers were $10ish, the 4 load washers were $6ish per load. It also varies if you select additional washing add-on, like extended washing, extra rinse or spin. Ect. Most wash time runs 30 mins or so. They also have dryers to accompany the wash loads and plenty of them to share, so you're not hoarding dryers. They also offer full laundry services where you drop off and pick-up. I observed the staff washing customers' full service orders with care and great handling they had on gloves and were reading the lables as they prepared to wash items. It was a great experience and felt really safe into the late evening hours. I was there for 1.5 hrs, and we will be returning. Also, you put money on a card to use with their equipment. I swear at first it was for 10 mins so I said ok, that's fine, but then I came back the following week and it was back to 8 minutes but the price was still the same. DRYER: Medium Express dryer costs $0.30 cents for every 8 mins (put it on high heat and that's all it took from dry two microfiber blankets!).
