She greeted everyone as they entered and checked on people while she cleaned the machines. A fantastic gal. This was the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been in with clean, comfortable seating and lots of folding tables. They also have a wash and fold service that I'm sure to take advantage of in the future.

The place is…read morefilthy, it has not been cleaned in years, plants have not been attended to in years, no soap in the bathroom, and twice the cash machine has given me less quarters than the bill that I put in. Management makes no effort to remove the perverts that sit and watch you do your laundry. Young single women- DO NOT GO HERE ALONE. The walls are full of warnings of what not to do and threats and what will happen if you do them. A good chunk of the machines don't function and are out of order. If you are even a couple of minutes late in attending to your dryer that has finished the management will throw your clothes aside to make room for another customer. This wouldn't happen if more of the machines were functioning. go elsewhere if you are able.

It's much, much cleaner than Washboard Willy's in Albion and the Washboard Willy's in Medina. The bathroom smells and there are usually weird notes people left behind, but that's to be expected. One day when I was doing laundry there, a man who works there was doing maintenance and he was very friendly. But a different time I went there, there was a homeless man hanging out there who kept saying how his tv at home was broken so he was watching the game here. Yet he literally had a shopping cart full of stuff sitting outside the front door. A different time I was there someone left half a pack of cigs on a table with a note that said "free".
