This was the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been in with clean, comfortable seating and lots of folding tables. They also have a wash and fold service that I'm sure to take advantage of in the future.

It was thrown into a machine with regular clothes and treated no differently than a regular cotton tee. Very distressing. I can't be certain that they caused it but they didn't fill me with confidence when I spoke to them about it. They actually showed no concern at all for how the item was handled. I don't even know if they know what gray and cashmere is. The blossom Road location told me I might have better luck at their location when the owner is around. I like to think that maybe I caused the tear myself by accident by not being careful. I'm going to go to Eagles in Penfield just to be safe because this whole situation was really upsetting for me. The shirt costs too much for the business to replace. I should have documented the condition of the shirt before sending it in. I'm going to have my special clothing cleaned elsewhere to be safe. The place is…read morefilthy, it has not been cleaned in years, plants have not been attended to in years, no soap in the bathroom, and twice the cash machine has given me less quarters than the bill that I put in. Management makes no effort to remove the perverts that sit and watch you do your laundry. Young single women- DO NOT GO HERE ALONE. The walls are full of warnings of what not to do and threats and what will happen if you do them. A good chunk of the machines don't function and are out of order. If you are even a couple of minutes late in attending to your dryer that has finished the management will throw your clothes aside to make room for another customer. This wouldn't happen if more of the machines were functioning. go elsewhere if you are able.
