Worst laundry mat I've ever been to. Super expensive and you have to buy a card for 5.00 just to wash- definitely ripping off low income people. On top of that their system isn't user friendly. I looked around and noticed a whole row of dryers that didn't work. You would think as high priced as this place is, their machines would be in good order. Lowest priced wash is 3.00. People are saying the dryers are free- they were not free, they're .25 per 15 minutes. They have a sitting area with a tv and half the seats were broken. I actually drove about 30 to this laundry mat because it looked very clean from the outside looks kind of old fashioned. It looked likable and friendly, which very clean from inside, parking is very tiny shared with other businesses. However parking was not my concern, customer service was ok the lady on shift is very kind, cleans and helps much as possible, my problem is that There is a non- refundable charge of $5 for a money card to be used for laundry only, the sign is very small by the way, the bill exchanger is broken but the laundry lady gave me change so that worked. I had to go find another laundry mat because my clothes did not wash well it stayed wet and the water smelled, I put nearly half bag of powder soap and my clothes smelled like stinky water. I did not ask for refund because there is a poster for non-refundable and also because only $4.50 remaining on the card. The time they close is 8:30pm for the last wash. I gave away my card because the least money to put on the money card for Apple Pay is $10 and on. One Clorox is nearly $5 for 12 oz only and cannot use the credit you put on money card. I had a bad experience because my clothes wet smelling like stinky water. read more

The place is still the same other then a couple new dryers and two very big washers.under different ownership for the third time I believe , finally a couple new upgrades but the place doesn't feel the same. The owner lady is pretty rude an can be a smart mouth over simple question. I was asking about her vending machine an all she said was I don't know I just fell it up went no where. Loved coming to wash here but they recently got new 1 load washer machines and increased the pricing on those to $2.75.. seems a bit expensive to me when before their 1 load washers were about $1.25. I will not be coming here anymore with that said, a bit overpriced in my opinion. Also for context they have a 3 load washer that costs the same $2.75 as the single load one. This used to be my go to laundromat. Now I'm gonna look for a different one. All the machines are broken, the dryers don't actually dry and this has been going on for a while. It's been months since the machines started breaking down. 80% of the dryers say out of order. I wish the owners would take more interest in this. The poor ladies that work here are the ones that have to deal with angry customers that have been trying to dry their clothes and after sitting there for 45 minutes they realize that all the clothes are wet. The owners should definitely do something about this or more people are just gonna start going somewhere else. read more

I came here on a Thursday it was my first time, I forgot my soap so I asked the lady if they sold some she is the nicest ! She asked if it was my first time here and I said yes she introduced me to the different services they offer and how the machine works I felt welcomed I will always come here when I need to wash my bedsheets ! Wow, what terrible customer service. I had handwashed a few items that could not be mashine washed as per manufacturer's directions. I wanted to tumble dry them on low setting. I went in to laundry time and as soon as the very rude attendant saw me she said " you can't dry here if you don't wash here. I explained to her that these were hand wash only items and I wanted to dry them quickly since I didn't have time to line dry them. She said "excuse me, no drying only if you don't wash here. Bye" and turned away to talk to another client. What terrible, rude and below average and unaccommodating behavior from the attendant. I will DEFINITELY NEVER come back here again.
