A woman that either works here or is with management has damaged my car while I was waiting for…read morelaundry to wash. She was attempting to empty the facilities trash can by transporting the trash on a laundry cart. In her best attempt to reduce the amount of steps required to get to the dumpster around the corner she tried hoisting the cart over parking bricks and part of the curb. She was unable to harness the strength to control her actions and the cart toppled over and collided into my vehicle. I felt a violent thud on my car and a loud metal sound so I got out to see if everything was okay. The employee/management's first words were "I didn't do it." She continued to deny that her actions caused damage to my vehicle and was eager to continue her task of emptying the trash. There are two dents on the rear of my vehicle, one on the crease of the trunk and another at the end of quarter panel (same distance apart as the two vertical poles on cart). The employee remained negligent and attempted to remove herself from the situation. Surround yourself with a greater presence and find an alternate Laundromat to conduct business with.

Amazing First Experience at Coast Laundry!…read more Laundry day has always been one of my least favorite chores, but Coast Laundry completely changed that. After my first visit today, I can honestly say this was the best laundromat experience I've ever had. A close friend had been recommending Coast Laundry to me for years, but I always chose laundromats closer to Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach. From the outside, Coast looks smaller than it actually is, so I never bothered to go inside. I definitely misjudged it because once I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The facility is spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. There are plenty of washers and dryers, so it never feels crowded, and there's lots of room to move around comfortably. I even noticed massage chairs, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. The machines are excellent. The washers cleaned my clothes efficiently, and the water was actually hot--not just lukewarm like at many other laundromats. The prices are very reasonable, and the dryers worked incredibly well. They got hot quickly and dried my clothes thoroughly without needing multiple cycles. The amenities were another nice touch. There are vending machines with snacks and drinks, televisions throughout the facility, and the entire laundromat has a clean, relaxing atmosphere that made doing laundry much more enjoyable. What truly made this experience stand out, however, was the exceptional customer service from Zaira. Since it was my first visit, I wasn't familiar with the card system or the machines, and I probably asked her for help at least ten times. Every single time, she stopped what she was doing with a smile and patiently walked me through everything. She never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing her or asking too many questions. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism made all the difference. A clean facility and quality machines are important, but outstanding customer service is what earns loyal customers. Zaira represents Coast Laundry exceptionally well, and because of her, I won't be going anywhere else for my laundry needs. Thank you, Zaira, for making my first visit such a wonderful experience. There is a Starbucks and Coast Gym and soon also a Chipotle. I definitely recommend this place for all your laundry needs.

Like today there is water all over the floor it's an accident waiting to happen. The washer stop indicating that my wash is complete once I open the door my clothes is soaking wet. Water is dipping from the machine. I try to call the number but it's out of service. How can a business function without anyone to assistant with any emergency or help with any of the machines. Water on the floor if you don't watch your step you can slip and hurt yourself. Can't use the bathroom cause it's screwed shut. Lots of repaired needed to get done. Machines made loud noise when it's spinning.
