We have loved this place and especially its amazing seamstress Vicki, but today's experience felt more like attempted fraud than professional service and until they undergo another management change, I fear we won't be going back. So, it sucks, because I really have appreciated this business and their customer service up until now, and I wish I had gotten a clear reason. The rug was in the same condition it has been the other four times I've taken it in, so I'm unsure what changed.
