MARK MY WORDS, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD NOT JUST THE WORST LAUNDRY COMPANY, BUT THE WORST COMPANY IN THE ENTIRE WORLD!!! I really don't even have the time to sit here and air up all my grievances, because we will be here all day, but I will say this they have terrible, rude, nasty customer service who are not even in the country that they're serving they outsourced to India, and their representatives are extremely rude and completely unaware of what the policies are and constantly giving causing more confusion and then already tumultuous situation! they had my clothes over a month or because of stupid payment discrepancy that was their problem, not mine in any event. I finally paid the bill today in total, even though they told me they were only charging me for half of the amount that I was charged, I paid $589 about 10 minutes later I was charged another $589 so in total I was charged twice leaving my bank account stripped clean. I've been reaching out to every single customer service representative that I spoke with since the beginning of time and now all of a sudden they have nothing to say in your response. This has been over a few hours now and no one has gotten back to me. I've emailed I chatted and no one seems to be getting back to me, which is crazy because when they felt like I owe the company money, they were calling my phone nonstop every day all day but now all of a sudden, nobody has nothing to say to Work. This is Dade. This is treacherous. I hate this company. I will never do business with them again, and I suggest you don't either they don't even wash clothes properly they come back smelling like mildew and it's just ridiculous. Don't waste your I'm begging you.

DO NOT USE! After using this service that our hotel recommend, we were very disappointed. Our clothes seem liked they were just tossed in a dryer and then shoved in a bag and returned. There were a few stains that we had put stain remover on before sending and it was still on there when return. If they were washed the residue from the stain remover would have come out. They didn't even smell clean. For how much we paid, it was not worth it. We have been looking through reviews and it seems everyone has had a similar experience.

They picked up clothes from the hotel. Scheduled to deliver in 24 hours. I was delighted. However, when they delivered, clothes were not washed. Dirty clothes were thrown into drier, folded and returned with stains. Clothes did not have any fresh small you would expect from washed clothes. They charged 24 GBP. After I complained they agreed to refund 8 GBP. Total disappointment and terrible service, and a terrible return policy. Never again. Buyer beware.

Better off washing yourself. I sent in one small load to be washed when I was travelling and didn't have access to a washing machine. They emailed me 12 hours later with a photo of a ripped shirt (trying to cover up that they'd damaged it by making some excuse) then the order was delayed, THEN I got the final invoice - they charged me 75 pounds for ONE LOAD of washing. Three times the estimated quote. Dishonest, overpriced, and poor service that will ruin your clothes. read more

judging from everyone's responses, there should be a class action against this business for lost clothes and extreme inconvenience. I'm traveling for work and relied on them to do laundry. The next day, I get a message that it's being delivered. Great. Then after a while, I get a message saying they need more time and it will be delivered the day after. What? It's a 24 hour service and I'm flying out the next day. as I'm traveling for work and I literally have no clothes, I changed my flight. The next day, they delayed again and now they have no idea wheee my clothes are. These people need to be shut down. They are causing actual damages. im contacting a lawyer for a lawsuit. read more

Wow, this is really the worst business I have encountered in recent years. Truly horrible and unprofessional - I would very much recommend taking your laundry needs elsewhere. 1. We have used them several time and at least 3/4 of the time they were unable to locate our very easy to find address. As a result, pick-ups and deliveries almost always turned into a 30-45 minute process trying to get them to our house. 2. Often, they would park far away from our apartment and expect us to help them carry our laundry to their car. 3. For some reason, they insist on taking pictures of the laundry bag upon return - which isn't necessarily bad but doesn't make any sense either, really. A picture of the bag wouldn't reflect whether clothes inside were missing or damaged. Odd practice. 4. Last night was the culmination. They sent an e-mail saying they were twenty minutes away, and simply never showed up. They didn't send a text or e-mail or phone call. They just kept us waiting with two big bags of laundry on the street. We waited an hour. And then they marked the order as complete, even though they NEVER picked it up or attempted to contact us in ANY way. 5. Despite this, they took money our of our bank account BEFORE picking up our laundry (which they never did actually do). 5. There was no chat or e-mail response available at the time, and there is NO PHONE NUMBER for this business. 6. On the chat the next day, they couldn't find my order until we sent them their own service number. They couldn't apparently look it up by name or address. 7. Once found, they demanded a screen shot of our bank information to show the money was taken out. When we complied with it, they just told us it would re-appear IN SEVERAL DAYS. 8. When we asked for a screen shot of something in their system to serve as evidence that this money would return, they stated that their OWN system wasn't sufficiently secure to send such a screen shot - even though they demanded a screen shot of our bank account information on that same system. 9. Finally, when we asked for a copy of the chat to be sent to us to ensure the discussion was fully accessible, they admitted they keep a copy of the chat but WOULD NOT SHARE IT WITH US. I have never heard of such a thing. 10. In sum, we cancelled our order and account and will utilize a different system. This one is the worst and I STRONGLY recommend against even giving it a try. It has not worked well at all ever, despite our hope this would be a useful service. Thumbs down. read more

They lost all our laundry. Last day in London from the states. Now my wife and I have to go replace about 5 outfits or so of clothes. Also, there's no phone or IM service from this company. You can send a message, but they get back to you on their terms. So even though we leave the country tomorrow, we have no response from this worthless online service. read more

Terrible service. They returned my clothes terribly damp and unfolded. They just shoved them into a bag. When I contacted them to complain I had to interact with a number of people who didn't seem to understand English very well and kept asking me questions like how many items were affected by the problem and asked me to send photos of the problem. When I explained again what the problem was someone finally got back to me and said they would offer me a 50% discount. Would not use this service again. read more

Shockingly bad service. Lack of transparency regarding the bill. I just received a bank request for nearly £400 to be paid to LaundryHeap (there was no itemised bill or understanding as to why I was being charged that figure). Worryingly bad delivery service- after being charged that much money, and my delivery being delayed by a day, the delivery guy asked me to collect my items from his van, which was parked on another street, in a dark corner, at night, and after standing in the cold outside his van in my slippers, I had to carry my items home. Hardly door-to-door delivery, and it raises serious safety concerns for women who want to use this service at night. Would strongly not recommend. read more

Fraudulent company !!!! This is a fraudulent company, their pick up of clothes is fast but no one will pay for a courier service. Their after sales service in particular is very poor, when they ruin your clothes they just pass the buck to their bloody partner and you never know where your clothes actually went to be cleaned, I even suspect that they didn't do any cleaning at all. They ruined a white suit that I really liked by turning it a shitty yellow colour. Never, ever use their service, you can't imagine what they will do to your beloved clothes and you never know whose clothes they will put in with yours and ruin them! read more

Laundry Heap have lost my clothes (navy suit, dark suit trousers) and cannot help me find them today, or provide a contact number for me to call. I have been delivered someone else's clothes. If someone is missing a coat and shirt in the London area from laundryheap please let me know and I will try and get these back to you. I strongly recommend not using their service - there are multiple stages where things can go wrong, but no one can be held accountable. This means clothes can be lost or damaged and it is the customer who bears the brunt of the service providers' error. Compensation is deliberately inadequate. Avoid. read more

Wish I could give them a 0 star! We had a large amount of laundry as we were traveling from Holland, and had a longer stay in London. We made sure to weigh the bag of laundry so we did NOT go over the 12 kg max for the mixed wash pricing. First they let you know they charge an initial hold of £20 on your credit card. When our laundry arrived, I was shocked to see my bill had another charge of an additional 6 kg instead of just 12 kg cost of £33+. When I connected w/customer service, they claimed our laundry weighed 15 kg and they calibrate their scale Blah Blah Blah... That's a huge difference in weight so I definitely contested it. They ended up refunding the extra charge after they asked for a picture of the scale we used! I mean seriously, I didn't think I'd need to take a pic of me weighing our laundry! Then, we looked at our credit card charges today, and not only did the initial charge of £20 stay, but they also charged us the cost of the 12 kg of mixed laundry! Now I have to ask them to remove the initial CC charge because they're overcharging again!! Such a SHADY, SHADY, SHADY company!!!! Beware when using their services! And weigh your stuff prior to. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. We used this service while on vacation in Ireland. They tried to deliver the wrong clothes to use TWICE. Customer service did not take our concern seriously in the slightest and passed us along to a new representative with almost every interaction. After a couple of weeks of terrible customer service, the company confirmed that they lost our clothes. They informed us that the only way we would receive compensation for the clothes THEY lost, would be if we sent them receipts/proof of payment for every item. I can't think of a single person on Earth who keeps receipts for every item of clothing they own for months or years after purchasing. This is an obvious ploy to avoid reimbursing us for their consistent mistakes. To put it simply - there's a reason their Yelp rating is 1.5 stars. It should be 0. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. read more

I give them a new dior dress wore only once to clean, next day when they return all other clothes i notice that dress was missing ! I start contact them online since this is the only option to contact them . Reply service is a disaster it take ours to answer me . 2 days they searched dress and then find out that it was in return items which means they supposed not wash and dress should be returned same condition as i gave. Reason they told me was that dress is damaged so they would not touch to not damage it more. First dress was not damaged when i gave them second they return the dress after 2 days of research in clean condition! They cleaned dress and damage it ! Afterwards tried to hide it also. If it was in returned items why they didn't return it until i notice it was missing? And second how comes dress returned washed? I notify them while giving it that it cost a lot and needs special service since material of it was very sensitive! read more

Laundryheap destroyed our curtains when we sent them in for a dry clean. They initially said that we sent them in damaged but eventually they acknowledged they had damaged them. They took the curtains back to mend and after 2 weeks said they couldn't fix them. They promised to replace them 'like for like' and haven't. They gave us different curtains. It's now been 5 weeks and they still haven't rectified the problem. We have been asking for over a month to escalate this issue further and they refuse. They're now moving into bullying tactics and threatening to only provide £35 compensation, even though they've accepted that they a) damaged the curtains and b) replaced incorrectly. Their customer service has been horrendous. We have been treated appallingly despite being very patient and understanding. read more

We were visiting for a couple of day and needed a load of washing done. The clothes were picked up when at the correct time but were late back due to snow which cannot be helped. When we did get our clothes back we did not get our laundry bag or a pair of Levi jeans worth over $100. When we followed up Laundryheap we were offered a 10 pound credit off out next wash by Seif. That does not replace my jeans and does not help if I live in a different country. Clearly the companies google reviews are misleading as the service is terrible. read more

Avoid!!! They will loose your stuff and you won't even get a compensation!!! They don't care and the customer service is very poor, including the drivers picking up you clothes. I gave them two long wool coats to dry clean and one of them (the new one, my favourite) came back without a belt. After a few weeks of emails and "investigating" it hasn't been found... The coat was £130 and now I can't wear it in winter. The worst thing is they offered me a discount for the next service, which I did not accept. At the end they gave me £17 refund which is nothing and won't cover the damage, because the coat is useless now. I wish I never gave them my clothes to clean. The amount of time this company took to navigate the missing item is ridiculous. Avoid! read more

If you are reading this and thinking about using Laundryheap, please save yourselves A LOT of stress and find somewhere else! We used them a handful of times and it was a terrible experience every time: -They lost various items of clothing, some very sentimental to me and now irreplaceable. They were able to cover the cost of SOME of these items, not all and most are no longer available to re-purchase -We received various items belonging to other people -The delivery times they give you mean nothing, I spent one Sunday evening waiting from 6pm until 10pm only to be told the delivery would happen the following day. Only after kicking off did they manage to get someone to deliver that night -On a different occasion, we were waiting to have our laundry delivered back to us and out of the blue were told there was a 24 hour delay as they weren't happy with the service they had received - all very smoke and mirrors and interestingly this coincided with our items going missing -The clothes do not arrive smelling clean, you can tell they wash on a budget I recently found out a lot of the local launderettes and dry cleaners offer this same service and have found one which picks up and delivers on time, washes them locally, the clothes smell amazing, they haven't lost a single item and they are cheaper than Laundryheap!!! So take my advice and ring up a few places local to you as this may not be a service they advertise very obviously. read more

Do not use this service! sent 3 suits for Dry cleaning, had a message to say would be delayed in delivery due to needing more time. Day after then failed delivery even though I was in the house and nobody attempted delivery. No contact number only way to get in touch is chat which takes hours in an evening. I have a ring doorbell so can prove no delivery attempt. Now need to go and buy a suit for work tomorrow as Laundry Heap are unable to deliver today and the suits won't be returned until tomorrow evening now. Have been refunded 10 pound for my inconvenience, dont think that will cover the cost of the suit I need to go and purchase today so I can go to work tomorrow! Frustrating given the cost of living challenges we all face I need to buy a suit I actually don't need if LaundryHeap could deliver they service they promise! Avoid at all cost! read more

I used the laundryheap service during a stay at the Hilton Bankside in Southwark area. My family and I were at the half-way point of a 10-day trip and decided to use a delivery laundry service rather than in-house hotel service. Pros: The price point was good. London is an expensive city and I was pleasantly surprised. Turn-around time was quick - 24 hours. They picked up and delivered to the hotel. They followed my garment-specific instructions including using unscented detergent. Cons: A little bit of trouble with the HOTEL (not the fault of laundryheap) understanding that I wanted to leave and pick up my laundry with the concierge for an OUTSIDE of the hotel service and not use the hotel laundry! We sorted it out eventually. read more

Pickup came on Thursday at the designated time to take my clothes. Set for delivery on Friday between 8pm and 10pm. Never came. The web UI marks the order as "confirmed", whatever that means. Since I have to fly back out to NY tomorrow, I probably will never see my bag of laundry again. In their website's FAQ, it says: "You will be happy to know that last month we have delivered 98.7% of all standard laundry and dry-cleaning within 24 hours. We will always do our best to let you know in time if you included items that require a longer time to process, or if there are any changes to the delivery of your order." Yeah, no. It's been over 24 hours. I've never been contacted by them since the pick up, neither about "items that require a longer time to process", nor about "any changes to the delivery of your order". And the worst part is that I have no way of contacting a real human being. I tried emailing their help@ link and got no response, and also tried using "intercom" (the chat-like UI on the bottom right of their site), and still, no response. If you miss delivery, you better be responsive. I'll update the review if I ever hear from them on how they're going to address my 2 weeks worth of clothes I most likely will never see again. read more

Consumer beware!!! Laundryheap is a SCAM and is now employing dishonest and downright scrupulous tactics to make money. 1. Once you enter any credit card information, the information cannot be erased and they use it for any purposes. 2. The picked up 5 bags of laundry for Wash-n-Fold, but then they indicated they found a few items for Dry Cleaning, and we said yes to these items, they Dry cleaned all 5 bags and charged me close to $1000. 3. I requested to cancel my account, and deleted the app, but the account has not been removed and is still active. 4. They are now claiming that I'm requesting laundry pickup when I'm not and they are charging my credit card for services that were not requested or not even rendered. I was forced to change my credit card to prevent them for further STEALING money from my account. This is TOTALLY A SCAM and you should beware of their horrible tactics. I really should have done further research on this company before I started using them! read more

They have been good but recently the service is slipping. On the previous was they damaged two items and ignored correspondence. This time round they've not damaged my clothes but left a bleach residue which is starting to make my skin itch. It's so strong it's made all my other clothes smell of bleach and everyone is commenting on it. Please see the email I've sent to them below. Hopefully they'll reply this time: Hi, I'm wearing a white shirt from the above order and the stench of bleach is unbearable. Now my vest and suit also smells of bleach. The smell is so strong everyone at work is commenting on it. It's highly embarrassing and worrying as it shows clearly that a high amount of bleach residue is left behind, and being a highly toxic substance my skin and health are at risk. I did ask my whites to be white but I also expect health and safety to be adhered to. The previous wash two of my white items were also damaged. I sent an email about this which was ignored. Please do not ignore this one. Thanks, Christopher Francois read more

Previously was very happy with LaundryHeap after sending out 4 or 5 orders. On this last order I've lost all trust in them. My order was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago but was delayed due to "operational reasons". It's been rescheduled 4 days in a row (never once consulting me if the new time works for me) and yet every time the tracking link expires before my order actually makes it to me. I've tried their live chat function and only gotten an actual response once (which was only to reschedule anyway) and my email has been ignored. I was visiting London with my baby when my husband was flown here for emergency surgery. I did not have time to do laundry so placed an order on laundry heap.com to pick up 3kg worth of pajama and stay at home clothes laundry and accidentally selected the option to "iron everything". I then quickly cancelled the order and tried to rebook without that option but it was not possible. There is no phone number or octant info so I used the chat line to ask how I could change the iron everything option. They said I should instruct the delivery guy which I did and he then changed the options on the ticket. My laundry came back with everything ironed and my bank was charged four times for the laundry. Tree charges of $28 and one charge of $148. I have been trying to contact someone for an explanation but the response I got was that I should have contacted the chat line which I did and I even have a screen shot of the response. They said to be kind they will refund me 10%. I spend $232 to wash a bag of pajamas. I definitely cannot afford that at this point and very sad about the response from this company. read more

If anyone is considering using Laundryheap as a collection and return laundry service in West Mids, don't bother! Pure unprofessionalism of Laundryheap in Dublin - I don't recommend to anyone! First and foremost, you should allow the community to leave reviews about you. Your service is an absolute disappointment and pure unprofessionalism - first time order in Dublin; the driver does not show up and does not respond to the messages sent to him, customer service responds quickly on the web but provides an insufficient explanation, - I sent the driver two messages prior to the pickup asking him if he needed me to come out and bring him the clothes and no response was provided from him. He chooses to ignore my messages, does not even stop at my house, and marks the order as don on the link without even calling me while I have been waiting for his pickup for more than 3 hours. The customer support explanation is vague and insufficient to even clarify the situation. On top of everything, you charged up front 20EUR. Would not recommend to anyone! read more

This service is terrible, a fraud and I wish I never had used them. They picked up the clothes in the agreed upon time slot, and we gave specific instructions to the courier: three loads, wash and fold, very simple. The clothes came back the next day (delayed but that's another story) -- tossed in a bag, completely unfolded and wrinkled. We spent hours ironing and folding the clothes. Customer service was apologetic and gave a petty discount that was far too small for the whole inconvenience. I would never use Laundryheap nor can refer them on - do yourself a favor and find somewhere local where you can talk to the person who will wash your clothes. read more

Week 1: Failed Delivery and Inaction: The ordeal began when Laundryheap egregiously failed to deliver my laundry. The driver, clueless and unhelpful, speculated that my items could have been wrongly delivered to another customer. Calls to customer service were met with a deafening silence, leaving me stranded and desperate for a resolution that never came. Week 2: Emergency Linen Purchase: The situation turned critical when I had to urgently buy replacement linen for my Airbnb guests, incurring significant unplanned expenses. This was a direct result of Laundryheap's blunder, and their lack of communication amplified the chaos. Week 3: Discovered Damage and Dismissive Responses: When my laundry finally arrived, it was unusable - reeking and stained with what looked like yellow paint. It was clear the linen had been misused, perhaps by another customer, and returned without any cleaning. Laundryheap's responses to my complaints were dismissive, offering no acknowledgment or compensation for the ruined bedding. Week 4: False Assurances and Continued Negligence: Laundryheap promised to re-wash the damaged items, yet returned them with the same stains, contradicting their claim of having removed them. They sent photos alleging the stains were gone, which was a blatant lie. I was counting on this laundry for new guests, and their incompetence left me in a bind once again. Week 5: Unauthorized Charges and Gaslighting: I discovered unauthorized charges on my card from Laundryheap. Despite providing screenshot evidence, they denied responsibility, gaslighting me and causing further financial strain. Week 6: More Delays and Token Refund: After weeks of exhausting back-and-forth, Laundryheap finally acknowledged a portion of their financial errors by refunding a paltry £2.99 for the canceled subscription. The issue of the $10.30 unauthorized charge was left hanging, with them asking for even more information - a stalling tactic I'd become all too familiar with. Week 7: Lack of Accountability and Resolution: Laundryheap's communication strategy seemed to revolve around sending arbitrary responses designed to delay any real resolution. Their correspondence was void of substance, ignoring the pressing issues at hand and failing to recognize the urgency and distress their service failures had caused me. Week 8: Empty Promises and Refusal to Compensate: As I sought answers and compensation for the damaged bedding, Laundryheap's promises of action remained unfulfilled. The company's reluctance to admit their fault in the mishandling of my property was evident, with no compensation in sight for the full set of bedding that was now damaged beyond repair. Week 9: Token Gestures and Continued Financial Mishandling: Finally, Laundryheap made a shallow attempt at rectifying one of their many errors by issuing a minimal refund of £2.99 for a canceled subscription. Yet, this did little to address the larger issue of unauthorized charges, including the $10.30 transaction they had previously failed to acknowledge or resolve. Conclusion: A Warning to Potential Customers: Laundryheap's abhorrent behavior throughout this process was not just a series of service failures but a complete disregard for customer experience and satisfaction. The company's handling of my case was characterized by deceit, avoidance, and negligence. They not only caused me significant financial loss and stress but also the mental anguish of dealing with their circular and dismissive customer service. The distress I endured due to their unprofessionalism was unacceptable. I urge anyone considering their services to take this account as a stark warning and steer clear of Laundryheap. Their behavior towards customers is not just disappointing; it's outright disgraceful and should be admonished. read more

I am utterly appalled by the horrendous experience I had with Laundryheap. Not only did they lose a significant number of my valuable clothing items, but their subsequent handling of the situation has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have been a loyal customer but after this ordeal, I can confidently say that I will never use their services again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear. After three weeks of endless communication and so-called "investigations," Laundryheap finally admitted that they had indeed lost 14 shirts and 3 jackets. To their credit, they agreed to compensate me, as stated in their terms and conditions. However, this initial glimmer of hope quickly turned into a bitter disappointment. To my shock and disbelief, Laundryheap then proceeded to commit a severe breach of my privacy rights by illegally sharing my personal data with other parties. This flagrant violation of GDPR practices is both unacceptable and inexcusable. I trusted Laundryheap to handle my information securely, but they proved themselves to be utterly negligent in this regard. Their subsequent correspondence was even more disheartening. After realising the substantial value of the lost items, which amounted to over £1400, they shamelessly reneged on their promise of compensation of £600. Their sudden change of heart, driven solely by their financial interests, showcases a complete lack of integrity and respect towards their customers. What makes matters worse is that I discovered I'm not alone in this nightmarish experience. Several other customers I personally recommended to Laundryheap have also reported poor service and lost items in recent times. Laundryheap's failure to take responsibility for their mistakes, coupled with their disregard for customer privacy and satisfaction, is simply unacceptable. As someone who believed in their service and recommended it to others, I am deeply disappointed and disheartened. I strongly urge anyone considering using Laundryheap to think twice before entrusting them with your precious belongings and personal information. This company has proven themselves to be untrustworthy and unreliable. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! The prices quoted on the price list on their website are NOT the actual prices you will get charged. I've sent a puffer coat, a shirt and a pair of trousers for which I was quoted an amount on the website. The day following collection (supposed delivery day) I received a text asking for another payment of £24 to process the puffer coat. I was asking if this was additional to the total amount that I had already paid but no clear response was sent. Customer service is simply horrible. They have no phone to call, no one answers the chat box, and each text message is replied to after two hours! They ended up not delivering the clothes back on the day agreed. I said that I did not want them to process the coat as I didn't want to pay an additional £24 to what I had already paid. They delivered the coat unprocessed two days later, but they never refunded me the amount I originally paid for the coat. @Laundryheap, do not bother answering saying this was dealt with internally as you do on all messages, as that is a big lie. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! read more

I've been using Laundryheap for a while, and while the drivers are always lovely and efficient, the customer service is extremely poor. As a busy medic, I value organization and quick communication, but I've been asking the same question since this morning without any response. I've seen the customer service associate, Varun, going online and offline multiple times, completely ignoring my three messages. Additionally, my friends have received numerous discounts for future orders, but when I enquired about this, I was also ignored. It shows a lack of business acumen and consideration for loyal customers. To make matters worse, I wanted to add an extra bag to my pick-up to save on unnecessary trips, but my request was disregarded. It seems they'd rather do two or three trips than listen to a simple customer request, which makes no sense logistically. Sadly, I won't be using Laundryheap again. While the drivers are fantastic, the lack of customer care is too frustrating to deal with. read more

I cannot believe how many issues I've had with this company. From delivery people refusing to pick up from my door (multiple drivers have asked me to bring my laundry out to the corner...) to delivery of my clothes being delayed by multiple days (this happened twice when I was scheduled to travel the next day). Also worth noting: I've never been compensated for these issues. I've gotten "Thanks for the feedback" about a million times, but that does very little to remedy the fact that I've had to purchase clothes to wear for multiple business trips due to their operational issues. My recommendation: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Tip for the company: People are using this service for very specific reasons. Among them, timeliness. If you cannot fulfill orders within the promised window, DO NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER. Why is this such a complicated concept to grasp? read more

Rushed back from work and cancelled a few appointments tonight just to wait for nothing. Driver didn't bother calling, nor ringing my door bell. There wasn't a missed call at all. Then I get a notification that the collection was unsuccessful. I cannot call Laundry Heap because there's no contact number and when I did eventually get a number, no one picked up the call. I had to rely on chat, and no one actually answered me until hours and hours later. I've been a long time customer of laundry heap but tonight's terrible service has made me think twice. I've cancelled the order and I will uninstall the app. Terrible terrible Terrible. read more

I used Laundryheap during a trip to London, and it was fantastic! Booking through the app was easy, and the driver picked up and dropped off my laundry right at my hotel lobby--super convenient. Communication was excellent, with regular updates through the app. My clothes were returned quickly, perfectly clean. For travelers needing reliable and hassle-free laundry service, I highly recommend Laundryheap. Will definitely use them again! read more

First time I have tried this service or a service of this kind. Travelling to London from the US for a couple of weeks and needed laundry done. Paid last night for pick up at office. There was some difficulty with the pick-up, but with some active communication, Laundry Heap was accommodating and picked it up ultimately at my hotel. Got laundry back the next day, 24 hours later. AM very excited to have clean clothes. read more

Brand new shirts given for dry cleaning came back with collars faded. They took them back saying they will re-do but unfortunately the damage has been done. The person who delivers is clueless and since there is no telephone number the correspondence has to be only via email. Stopped using them since. Poor service and expensive.Personally I felt I am better off with the local dry cleaners. read more

Great for mixed washes. Very prompt with collections and deliveries. These are easily tracked, so you know exactly when they are arriving. The drivers are friendly and helpful. Clothes are clean and soft after the washes. They are returned dry. I'm glad laundryheap exists, as they provide a very convenient service at a very competitive price. read more
