Their promise, clean clothes in 24 hours... What I got, just before the 24 hour mark a message they will be there in another 24 hours. No. I needed the 24 hour turnaround. We are traveling. Part of my party was flying out. I responded that it wasn't ok and I needed the clothes in the promised time. Got another vague answer. They were delivered about 40 hours after pickup. My husband had to leave without his clothes. This is completely unacceptable when you offer a business based on time guarantees. They wanted to give me future credits. I would never use this again. I would have been better off finding a Laundromat. And when the clothes finally came, they had holes from pins in them, stains, and came wadded up. So thanks for wadded up clothes that came late with holes and stains. But hey, you gave me 5£ for my trouble and charged me nearly 40 for the horrible service. I made sure to let our hotel know (they recommended the service) of my experience. So unless you don't care about spots, holes, wrinkles and time, pass on this.

MARK MY WORDS, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD NOT JUST THE WORST LAUNDRY COMPANY, BUT THE WORST COMPANY IN THE ENTIRE WORLD!!! I really don't even have the time to sit here and air up all my grievances, because we will be here all day, but I will say this they have terrible, rude, nasty customer service who are not even in the country that they're serving they outsourced to India, and their representatives are extremely rude and completely unaware of what the policies are and constantly giving causing more confusion and then already tumultuous situation! they had my clothes over a month or because of stupid payment discrepancy that was their problem, not mine in any event. I finally paid the bill today in total, even though they told me they were only charging me for half of the amount that I was charged, I paid $589 about 10 minutes later I was charged another $589 so in total I was charged twice leaving my bank account stripped clean. I've been reaching out to every single customer service representative that I spoke with since the beginning of time and now all of a sudden they have nothing to say in your response. This has been over a few hours now and no one has gotten back to me. I've emailed I chatted and no one seems to be getting back to me, which is crazy because when they felt like I owe the company money, they were calling my phone nonstop every day all day but now all of a sudden, nobody has nothing to say to Work. This is Dade. This is treacherous. I hate this company. I will never do business with them again, and I suggest you don't either they don't even wash clothes properly they come back smelling like mildew and it's just ridiculous. Don't waste your I'm begging you.

DO NOT USE! After using this service that our hotel recommend, we were very disappointed. Our clothes seem liked they were just tossed in a dryer and then shoved in a bag and returned. There were a few stains that we had put stain remover on before sending and it was still on there when return. If they were washed the residue from the stain remover would have come out. They didn't even smell clean. For how much we paid, it was not worth it. We have been looking through reviews and it seems everyone has had a similar experience.

They picked up clothes from the hotel. Scheduled to deliver in 24 hours. I was delighted. However, when they delivered, clothes were not washed. Dirty clothes were thrown into drier, folded and returned with stains. Clothes did not have any fresh small you would expect from washed clothes. They charged 24 GBP. After I complained they agreed to refund 8 GBP. Total disappointment and terrible service, and a terrible return policy. Never again. Buyer beware.

This service is terrible, a fraud and I wish I never had used them. They picked up the clothes in the agreed upon time slot, and we gave specific instructions to the courier: three loads, wash and fold, very simple. The clothes came back the next day (delayed but that's another story) -- tossed in a bag, completely unfolded and wrinkled. We spent hours ironing and folding the clothes. Customer service was apologetic and gave a petty discount that was far too small for the whole inconvenience. I would never use Laundryheap nor can refer them on - do yourself a favor and find somewhere local where you can talk to the person who will wash your clothes. read more

My washing machine was out of order so I decided to go for a wash and fold service company, like the one you can find everywhere in the US. My first impression was great, you can easily book a time on their website for a pickup, and everything is clear and intuitive. Despite the pick up being late, everything started nicely. Then on the delivery day I had the bad surprise to get back my laundry bag but not my 5 professional shirts. After getting in touch with the support team they told me that the shirts will be delivered the next day. And the next day, I waited all the afternoon for the delivery guy to come as instructed, however the delivery never came. I finally got all my laundry back after getting in touch with the support. The whole point of this type of service is to save customer time, which is exactly the opposite of my experience with Laundryheap, but I was maybe an exception. read more

Absolutely terrible, they are awful, its their customer service that lets them down and is probably one of the worst ever, they have no clue what you or even themselves are saying and they reply like robots, they are always late picking up or you only have a choice for a late pickup and then today they were supposed to deliver my items back, I then received a text to say they can't deliver today, they are too busy (or need more time????) and apparently I won't get them until 5pm tomorrow which is not acceptable, I need them by 2pm as it's for an Airbnb, its just awful and so hard, I refuse to use them after this, they are just so bad!! i have asked for a Manager to step in and solve this but I don't think the staff even know who's who, let alone me, terrible!! read more

I had a bad experience with Laundryheap. On January 11 I sent some clothes to be washed and Ironed. On the next day, they asked me how many Jumpers I have sent to them and sent me a picture of a Jumper asking if its was mine.On the next day they returned my items and it was missing a Burberry Jumper that I have sent. Since then it's a nightmare for me. Almost everyday I write emails for Laundryheap asking for my missing jumper and they just send genericals answers saying they are looking for. Everytime that I send an email is a different employee that handle with my case. In the beginning they were saying that I hadn't send the Jumper. After I make a complaint at another website revie, they decided to review my case and now they are saying they sent my jumper to another person. And it's been one week they give me this information but don't do anything to resolve it. It's been 24 days that my jumper is missing and it's winter I need it to use. This is a bad company, untruthful! Never trust your clothes to them, they will gonna lose it and will not give a care about it! read more

Scheduled a pickup for 10-11pm on a weekend for 24 hour service. Allegedly they came and my laundry wasn't ready for pick up. The email I received regarding the lack of pickup was sent at 9:45pm, So I'm not sure why the pick up was scheduled outside of the listed hours. Now that it's a weekend, I have no way of getting in touch with anyone. Unreliable. Would not recommend. read more

Drivers lie about arriving/coming back.. long story short this company has ruined my week. Drivers are mostly useless and their customer service basically non existent. Their response (actual quote) "Not much we can do then" Have spent hundreds and hundreds with these guys, zero acknowledgement of this in handling my issue. I now have to take half a day off work to fix their mess. Thanks, Laundryheap. read more

I sent a duvet and blanket for washing last night, selected 'Duvets and bulky items' as a category (which includes blankets as an example, priced at £19). Got a text this morning saying the cost for the 'rag' was £30 and could I approve. I thought rag was a typo for bag - since there was no mention of any other item - and that it meant the whole order. I approved but this afternoon got a receipt and the whole order is £54. Hate that you don't get prices until it's too late to change. read more

We have been in the UK long enough we needed laundry done so I worked with the front desk at the hotel for this service. I dropped our laundry off Sunday around 6 pm thinking it would be back within 24 hours. It was not back on Monday so I contacted customer service. The only way to contact them is via chat, which is not live but they say they usually respond within an hour. I did not hear from them until the next morning and they told me my laundry was not picked up until Monday afternoon. There website touts 24 hour service and pickup within 30 minutes. Well that didn't happen for me. So now delivery is scheduled for Tuesday between 1700 and 2000. The instructions said to leave the laundry at the front desk. I'm on the train when I get a call from the delivery driver trying to drop off my laundry. I instructed her to leave it at the front desk and she told me she would and hung up. The next thing i get an email telling me my laundry could not be delivered. I tried to chat with LaundryHeap and still no response. I leave for the US on Thursday and I am not confident that about $500 worth of clothing will be returning with me. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this company. I can understand problems with a process, perhaps the driver is new, or whatever but I cannot understand why I can't talk to someone from customer service in a timely manner. Ridiculous. read more

I was a little nervous about using a pick up service. But the customer service rep was able to help me through everything. It's much less expensive than hotel laundry service and just as convenient. I used them multiple times during my 6weeks in London, and the clothes came back just as desired! read more

If I could give laundryheap a zero stars I would issue -5 of them! Each time I've used them I've had deliveries very close to 10pm. I've had to wait 72 hours for most recent delivery due to the fact the previous two evenings they would not be able to deliver my washing prior to 10 p.m. My washing was collected at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday evening. I was expecting to receive it the following day at around the same time Wednesday. Instead I was informed that due to an emergency it would not be possible to deliver until 10:50pm. I informed them it would not be acceptable to be received at that time of night, and told them to bring it the following day. Being they didn't deliver it I was charged an additional £5 'no Show' informing me that I was not able receive my washing. Again the following evening I was informed that my washing would not be able to be delivered until 10:57pm. I made complaints on both evenings with exactly the same written email response, which I believe was just a computerised automatic response! I will never be using laundryheap service again! read more

I placed my first order with LaundryHeap on Thursday. I specified a desperate whites and dark wash. I also spoke to George on live chat about having one bag of our laundry washed at 45c and the other not and George said he would make note of this on his end. I verified this with him 3 times. When the driver picked up the laundry I specified to him that the bag with white bedding was the 45c wash and the other one was 30c. I had my laundry returned yesterday and all the whites and darks had been completely mixed together. I went into live chat and asked what happened I specified separate wash and I also specified one bag at 45c and other not and goodness knows what happened. They asked me to send images of damaged items as if I now had time to spend my evening going through piles of clothes to look for problems which essentially defeats the problem of using the service! What then transpired were multiple other issues - multiple items of clothing that still had dirt or marks on them, damaged pairs of trousers and missing items. The laundry smelt of nothing, just stale nothing as if no detergent had been used at all or worse yet, they hadn't even been washed. I then washed those marked items myself and every single mark came out which means that they either did the worst job in the world or didn't do it at all not to mention ignoring the separate lights and darks wash, not to mention ignoring my instructions about temperature, not to mention damaged items and not to mention missing items. ALMOST 24 HOURS LATER I AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM ANYONE AT ALL. This is an absolute disgrace and a complete joke of a company. I want your so called 'specialist team' to get back to me immediately with answers to my questions, confirming a full refund and monetary compensation for my damaged and missing items. Don't touch this company with a barge pole. read more

- They lost my clothes and only got back to me the next day when I reported it to them. - When my clothes finally arrived, they were crumpled up in a bag instead of folded, as is the standard for the industry (they say you need to pay for ironing if you want your clothes folded). - The driver was late for pickup. - They still send me marketing emails with no unsubscribe link even though I have no intention of using them again. - Their app says that my order can't be found even though it's there when I login to their website. - You have to open an email they send you every time you want to login to the app or website. - I received a text message that the driver was going to arrive too early only to receive a follow-up message from the driver that the system was wrong. - They contacted me to complain about my negative review. Overall, they're a low-standards organisation that I wouldn't recommend anyone trust with their clothes. read more

Abysmal service and even worse customer service. As others have said, efficient in coming to pick up and drop off items but that's where the service stops. We used the service twice and both times items came back sodden. I complained the first time and was told they were very sorry and they would speak with the service, we took that on good faith. Then it happened again, I complained once more - this time they told us it was our fault for not specifying we didn't want our items back wet. I'm not kidding. This is what they said. They offered us a discount off the NEXT time we use their service... obviously that's not something we'll be taking up. Never again. read more

THE WORST LAUNDRY SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Firstly, my laundry is not delivered fully; Secondly, they 'lose' expensive suits and garments and claim that they were never given to them, Thirdly, the clothes that have arrived still smell bad and have not been cleaned efficiently after I've specifically chosen dry cleaning which is the most expensive type of cleaning service they have. This company is awful. We paid more than £200 for two bags of washing and one of ironing, and it took double the time they promised to come back, and was delivered after midnight on a Sunday morning - and they lost a pillow case. This is my second time using Laundryheap (I travel frequently to London from New York, so only use on occasion). Both times I've gotten great service. This time there was a little confusion on the pickup - I neglected to tell LH I would be leaving my clothes with reception, so they tried to reach me and failed (because I was at work in a meeting). But I immediately got an e-mail from Mayup B and was able to tell him the clothes were at reception. I asked him to let me know once they were picked up, and again he followed up right away. So refreshing to have good customer service! I will let others know at my workplace (many frequent travelers). I am always on the lookout for companies with good service. As a traveler, I need businesses I can rely on to make my life easier, not more of a hassle. So far LH has been a breeze. read more

So far I have placed two orders and been extremely dissapointed.... Order 1: They arrived an hour before my scheduled time and refused to wait for me to arrive or to reschedule for sooner than two days later. Order 2: The clothes were delivered 6 hours late, after a text message said they would arrive on time, and they did not respond to inquiry about the clothes. The clothes finally arrived still wet, completely wrinkled, and mashed together. The whites and colours had not been separated as requested causing damage to the clothing, and several items were missing or ruined by shrinkage, when I have had no issues with the items when I used other laundry services. Do not use this service if you value your clothing or your time. read more

If I could, I would rate them 0 stars. I used them eight times with moderate success (the clothes were delivered close to ontime, however, I stressed the clothes should be washed in cold water and they obviously were not - many items shrunk). On the 9th order, they delivered someone else's laundry to me and lost my wash and fold. I called them up to pick up the wash and fold that was not mine and deliver my clothes, they only picked up the misappropriated laundry and I never heard from them again. Please note, they DID CHARGE my credit card for the wash and fold that was NEVER delivered. I strongly urge you to not be drawn in by their pricing. I have not used them since this incident and have found other options. Again, use at your risk! read more

If I could give no stars I would. They have lost half of my laundry. Day 3 now. They did not weigh it infront of me, took a photo of two bags, but from the top so you cannot see actual size. The one bag was an extra large black bag. One was a normal size clear bag. The big black bag contents have mostly gone. All I want is my bedding back and if not I want compensation. They requested receipts. I sent them as I buy off Amazon mostly and recently I purchased a Laura Ashley duvet cover which is on my banking app so I had proof, which I do not think they were expecting, as they are now saying they cannot find anything so can I please search my home again...I cannot search anymore. I don't live in a mansion! The next thing is to dig up garden...I sincerely hope Laundryheap resolves this...as we are on day 3 now and my patience is wearing thin! I was excited at the prospect of a one-day dry cleaning delivery service. However, the experience proved extremely frustrating. I requested a laundry bag (as I was using the service weekly) as is offered on their website. Each time I emailed and reminded them of my request for a laundry bag to be dropped off with my dry cleaning. Each time the staff promised it would be delivered. Four separate times, they failed to deliver any bag and I had to follow up each time with the staff. This led to an exchange of over 45 emails, and the company still couldn't resolve the issue. They didn't even offer to deliver one outside of my dry cleaning deliveries. I switched to a competitor, ihateironing.com, which offers even more services, and the same speedy delivery at the same or lower prices. Within 24 hours, they had personally delivered me a laundry bag and have been really fantastic to deal with since. Save yourself the hassle and use ihateironing.com from the get-go. read more

First and last time using this joke of a "service". Had my order picked up on Thursday, was supposed to be delivered back to me Friday, and it is now Monday and despite multiple reassurances that my clothes would be delivered no later than today, it is now being delayed yet again maybe be delivered on Wednesday. this was 3 hours after i had received a notification that the driver was on their way. every time i have talked to their "support team" i just get copy and paste apologies and empty promises of them "escalating my complaint". they also have no number to call to talk to anyone so the "support" is all text base, and they stop responding all together if you try and get any information. they refuse to tell me where my clothes are being held so there's no way for me to retrieve them, and there's no sense of accountability or responsibility for their screw up. i have not been offered a refund or anything other than cookie cutter "sympathetic" responses and more lies. read more

If i could rate them lower, I would. After an entire summer of traveling, I chose not to let the hotel nor lady at the place I stayed nor even laundromats at various stops along my trip wash my clothes. I did some basics, but brought them all back to London only to realize, it was too much for me! I happily found Laundry Heap. And as a New Yorker, where laundry service is more popular than Chinese delivery, I didn't hesitate to use Laundry Heap after reading it's reviews on its fun website with all of its guarantees and promises! Awesome, I thought, this is great. I separated all my stuff by color and watched the pick up guy (after an 1:20min wait for him while receiving texts that he was at my door--but that's another story) and helped him put them into the provided plastic white (garbage) bags. I gave him strict instructions to inform the to-be washers to use extra soap (based on my many experiences these companies don't use much) and to AIR DRY my jeans and slacks and please don't OVERDRY my items. He reluctantly wrote it down, mumbling something about, if they mess up, just complain...oh, I said. Do they mess up often? He just wrote the notes and hurried to get back to his car. I was once told by a company in New York that dryers are set constantly at one level in order to rush orders in and out, unless specified. So I did. And he wrote it, but... Let me say this very bluntly--- DO NOT SEND YOUR CLOTHES THERE. Now say it again with me: DO NOT SEND YOUR CLOTHES TO LAUNDRY HEAP SERVICE and again....If you value your items....DO NOT....LOSE YOUR MONEY AND WARDROBE. what I have received and what I gave them aren't even recognizable. Well in some way, they are. I gave them loads of dirty clothes, I received loads of dirty clothes. However, I gave them jeans and shirts that I'd just bought for and during the trip and fit me fine...but I received miniature versions of my clothes, more fit for juniors and not an adult. The clothes were thrown into (new) plastic bags, barely folded and all mixed in together. I.e, colors and whites, towels and undies, sheets and shirts. Try contacting them? You quickly learn that they have NO PHONE NUMBER to call for help. Only a Live Chat and email to essentially the same person that you live-chatted with.. The drop off guy was great. He was shocked at my clothes as I pulled them out to check them, which is when The shock began. He even texted and took photos to show his delivery boss. But the online person supposedly offering help only demanded more pictures and eventually stopped responding. So what do you do with thousands of USD and GBP of clothes that you can't wear? And what do you do with dirty clothes that you paid to be washed? One thing is for sure, I won't give them back to Laundry Heap in London to give to their various washers throughout the city to redo. I wouldn't trust them with my gym socks, btw, those came back as dirty as they went in, too. And I'm still waiting on a resolution. Unfortunately for them, I'm not allowing them to ruin my clothes. No matter the value, you can not boast of a service and dismantle people items when they trust your words. My advice, go elsewhere or just take the time to do it yourself. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE Yes, its convenient, but the company is very unclear with how they will charge you. Firstly, you are charged a minimum amount (even though this is not specified exactly) to check your credit card is valid. Then they charge an additional amount to the price of the service (releasing back the first charge days later). It's all very unclear in their terms and conditions so please be super careful. Secondly, even thought he tab in the app lis labelled as wash and fold - my clothes came back just completely pushed into a plastic bag with no care or consideration. It doesn't really suggest a service that takes pride in what they do. Then if you would like to complain, there is no direct phone or communication with the company, but just a lot of online chat services that just give the customer rhetoric and no clear answers. Overall a very bad experience. read more

Absolutely horrible service. Laundryheap not only misplaced my clothing, providing with someone elses clothes, they set aside the matter and were careless in pursuing the issue. Be very careful with this company. They completely ruined a designer winter coat I sent to dry clean. This coat had been dry cleaned several times before and never had a problem. The coat is now unwearable, with all the faux leather accents torn. Their claim was that the coat was ruined because it wasn't real leather (!) Laundryheap takes zero responsibility for your clothes and you have no way to communicate directly with the dry cleaner they choose. It is a real scam since you bear all the risk. These guys are trying to catch you out. Before using you must study pricing and then leave in depth notes, or else they'll assume you're a millionaire and want you shorts dry cleaned, pressed and folded and tied in a bow. I requested laundry and ironing (only for shirts and trousers) and they bill me £120+. Itemising and charging me for a pair of shorts, some very cheap work blouses and skirts my girlfriend likely spent less on than Laundry Heap charged. They also define a 'shirt' as being any item of clothing that you put on your torso, so that could be sweatshirts, t-shirts etc. They even decided to charge me extra for jumpers, even though I wanted them simply washed. I wanted one shirt ironed and 6 trousers. Plus a general laundry wash. That should have come to less than £30. It's probably a 1 hour job maximum. In India I could get this job done for under £2, and they would iron the wrinkles out of my bloody underwear. Laundry Heap have the audacity to charge £120+... that's equivalent to the price of a second hand washer and dryer. And they think that by being smartarses and itemising everything, that customers will just accept. This goes against trading standards, is misleading and has likely happened to thousands of people. A disgrace. read more

I have never before had such a bad experience that i have felt the need to review a company, but I have had such a bad experience that i feel compelled to warn others. After having a recent flood and losing my washing machine the washing basket was piling up so we decided to send it away to be washed. I booked Laundry heap to come and collect it. The website stated that i could give all the details to the scout and ask any questions. (they call the driver a Scout). He arrived to pick up the pre-sorted bags and weighed them to make sure all were under 6kg. I explained that i had separated the washes and what to iron. Asked if the bed sheets could be included in the wash. He stared at me blankly and in his best English told me it would be all OK? The next day the laundry arrived back and i was a little confused as to why i had been returned 40 plus hangers. I was even more shocked when i checked the invoice that i was being charged £195. Laundry heap had took it upon themselves to sort my bags and dry-clean 5 pairs of trousers which included 3 pairs of pyjamas! 2 shirts claiming one was silk when in fact it was polyester, 2 underwearvests and 2 pieces of knitwear despite me never asking for a dry-cleaning service. they had also removed a 30cmX30cm babies blanket and cleaned it separately claiming it was a single bed spread charging an extra £15 despite the scout never telling me this would happen. I was also charged for ironing 9 pillow cases and 3 bed sheets when in fact there were 5 pillow cases and 2 bedsheets. I was also baffled when they charged me an extra £15 for cleaning 5 tshirts and putting them on a hanger despite them being in the 6kg bag of washing. I would have thought that the scout would explain the different iron services either folding or hanging when i asked for certain garments to be ironed - he said nothing. Once i questioned this they removed the dry cleaning but then tried to charge me another £14 for an extra 6kg of washing despite me having a receipt for 3 bags of washing and an extra £22 to iron the 5 trousers which included the pyjamas. I complained once more and asked them if they were affiliated with the TSA textile service association and the ADR Alternative dispute resolution scheme. They have failed to get back to me. please AVOID this company at all costs if you don't want to feel ripped off and taken for a ride. read more

Week 1: Failed Delivery and Inaction: The ordeal began when Laundryheap egregiously failed to deliver my laundry. The driver, clueless and unhelpful, speculated that my items could have been wrongly delivered to another customer. Calls to customer service were met with a deafening silence, leaving me stranded and desperate for a resolution that never came. Week 2: Emergency Linen Purchase: The situation turned critical when I had to urgently buy replacement linen for my Airbnb guests, incurring significant unplanned expenses. This was a direct result of Laundryheap's blunder, and their lack of communication amplified the chaos. Week 3: Discovered Damage and Dismissive Responses: When my laundry finally arrived, it was unusable - reeking and stained with what looked like yellow paint. It was clear the linen had been misused, perhaps by another customer, and returned without any cleaning. Laundryheap's responses to my complaints were dismissive, offering no acknowledgment or compensation for the ruined bedding. Week 4: False Assurances and Continued Negligence: Laundryheap promised to re-wash the damaged items, yet returned them with the same stains, contradicting their claim of having removed them. They sent photos alleging the stains were gone, which was a blatant lie. I was counting on this laundry for new guests, and their incompetence left me in a bind once again. Week 5: Unauthorized Charges and Gaslighting: I discovered unauthorized charges on my card from Laundryheap. Despite providing screenshot evidence, they denied responsibility, gaslighting me and causing further financial strain. Week 6: More Delays and Token Refund: After weeks of exhausting back-and-forth, Laundryheap finally acknowledged a portion of their financial errors by refunding a paltry £2.99 for the canceled subscription. The issue of the $10.30 unauthorized charge was left hanging, with them asking for even more information - a stalling tactic I'd become all too familiar with. Week 7: Lack of Accountability and Resolution: Laundryheap's communication strategy seemed to revolve around sending arbitrary responses designed to delay any real resolution. Their correspondence was void of substance, ignoring the pressing issues at hand and failing to recognize the urgency and distress their service failures had caused me. Week 8: Empty Promises and Refusal to Compensate: As I sought answers and compensation for the damaged bedding, Laundryheap's promises of action remained unfulfilled. The company's reluctance to admit their fault in the mishandling of my property was evident, with no compensation in sight for the full set of bedding that was now damaged beyond repair. Week 9: Token Gestures and Continued Financial Mishandling: Finally, Laundryheap made a shallow attempt at rectifying one of their many errors by issuing a minimal refund of £2.99 for a canceled subscription. Yet, this did little to address the larger issue of unauthorized charges, including the $10.30 transaction they had previously failed to acknowledge or resolve. Conclusion: A Warning to Potential Customers: Laundryheap's abhorrent behavior throughout this process was not just a series of service failures but a complete disregard for customer experience and satisfaction. The company's handling of my case was characterized by deceit, avoidance, and negligence. They not only caused me significant financial loss and stress but also the mental anguish of dealing with their circular and dismissive customer service. The distress I endured due to their unprofessionalism was unacceptable. I urge anyone considering their services to take this account as a stark warning and steer clear of Laundryheap. Their behavior towards customers is not just disappointing; it's outright disgraceful and should be admonished. read more

I am utterly appalled by the horrendous experience I had with Laundryheap. Not only did they lose a significant number of my valuable clothing items, but their subsequent handling of the situation has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have been a loyal customer but after this ordeal, I can confidently say that I will never use their services again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear. After three weeks of endless communication and so-called "investigations," Laundryheap finally admitted that they had indeed lost 14 shirts and 3 jackets. To their credit, they agreed to compensate me, as stated in their terms and conditions. However, this initial glimmer of hope quickly turned into a bitter disappointment. To my shock and disbelief, Laundryheap then proceeded to commit a severe breach of my privacy rights by illegally sharing my personal data with other parties. This flagrant violation of GDPR practices is both unacceptable and inexcusable. I trusted Laundryheap to handle my information securely, but they proved themselves to be utterly negligent in this regard. Their subsequent correspondence was even more disheartening. After realising the substantial value of the lost items, which amounted to over £1400, they shamelessly reneged on their promise of compensation of £600. Their sudden change of heart, driven solely by their financial interests, showcases a complete lack of integrity and respect towards their customers. What makes matters worse is that I discovered I'm not alone in this nightmarish experience. Several other customers I personally recommended to Laundryheap have also reported poor service and lost items in recent times. Laundryheap's failure to take responsibility for their mistakes, coupled with their disregard for customer privacy and satisfaction, is simply unacceptable. As someone who believed in their service and recommended it to others, I am deeply disappointed and disheartened. I strongly urge anyone considering using Laundryheap to think twice before entrusting them with your precious belongings and personal information. This company has proven themselves to be untrustworthy and unreliable. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! The prices quoted on the price list on their website are NOT the actual prices you will get charged. I've sent a puffer coat, a shirt and a pair of trousers for which I was quoted an amount on the website. The day following collection (supposed delivery day) I received a text asking for another payment of £24 to process the puffer coat. I was asking if this was additional to the total amount that I had already paid but no clear response was sent. Customer service is simply horrible. They have no phone to call, no one answers the chat box, and each text message is replied to after two hours! They ended up not delivering the clothes back on the day agreed. I said that I did not want them to process the coat as I didn't want to pay an additional £24 to what I had already paid. They delivered the coat unprocessed two days later, but they never refunded me the amount I originally paid for the coat. @Laundryheap, do not bother answering saying this was dealt with internally as you do on all messages, as that is a big lie. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! read more

I've been using Laundryheap for a while, and while the drivers are always lovely and efficient, the customer service is extremely poor. As a busy medic, I value organization and quick communication, but I've been asking the same question since this morning without any response. I've seen the customer service associate, Varun, going online and offline multiple times, completely ignoring my three messages. Additionally, my friends have received numerous discounts for future orders, but when I enquired about this, I was also ignored. It shows a lack of business acumen and consideration for loyal customers. To make matters worse, I wanted to add an extra bag to my pick-up to save on unnecessary trips, but my request was disregarded. It seems they'd rather do two or three trips than listen to a simple customer request, which makes no sense logistically. Sadly, I won't be using Laundryheap again. While the drivers are fantastic, the lack of customer care is too frustrating to deal with. read more

I cannot believe how many issues I've had with this company. From delivery people refusing to pick up from my door (multiple drivers have asked me to bring my laundry out to the corner...) to delivery of my clothes being delayed by multiple days (this happened twice when I was scheduled to travel the next day). Also worth noting: I've never been compensated for these issues. I've gotten "Thanks for the feedback" about a million times, but that does very little to remedy the fact that I've had to purchase clothes to wear for multiple business trips due to their operational issues. My recommendation: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Tip for the company: People are using this service for very specific reasons. Among them, timeliness. If you cannot fulfill orders within the promised window, DO NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER. Why is this such a complicated concept to grasp? read more

Rushed back from work and cancelled a few appointments tonight just to wait for nothing. Driver didn't bother calling, nor ringing my door bell. There wasn't a missed call at all. Then I get a notification that the collection was unsuccessful. I cannot call Laundry Heap because there's no contact number and when I did eventually get a number, no one picked up the call. I had to rely on chat, and no one actually answered me until hours and hours later. I've been a long time customer of laundry heap but tonight's terrible service has made me think twice. I've cancelled the order and I will uninstall the app. Terrible terrible Terrible. read more

I used Laundryheap during a trip to London, and it was fantastic! Booking through the app was easy, and the driver picked up and dropped off my laundry right at my hotel lobby--super convenient. Communication was excellent, with regular updates through the app. My clothes were returned quickly, perfectly clean. For travelers needing reliable and hassle-free laundry service, I highly recommend Laundryheap. Will definitely use them again! read more

First time I have tried this service or a service of this kind. Travelling to London from the US for a couple of weeks and needed laundry done. Paid last night for pick up at office. There was some difficulty with the pick-up, but with some active communication, Laundry Heap was accommodating and picked it up ultimately at my hotel. Got laundry back the next day, 24 hours later. AM very excited to have clean clothes. read more

Brand new shirts given for dry cleaning came back with collars faded. They took them back saying they will re-do but unfortunately the damage has been done. The person who delivers is clueless and since there is no telephone number the correspondence has to be only via email. Stopped using them since. Poor service and expensive.Personally I felt I am better off with the local dry cleaners. read more

Great for mixed washes. Very prompt with collections and deliveries. These are easily tracked, so you know exactly when they are arriving. The drivers are friendly and helpful. Clothes are clean and soft after the washes. They are returned dry. I'm glad laundryheap exists, as they provide a very convenient service at a very competitive price. read more

I think it is really shameful that LaundryHeap is using our business Name, address and photo linked to their site. A very low move from a supposed big company!
