I went in today to purchase some stuffing to give my couch cushions a refresh and fluff. I asked where I could find the stuffing. Employee points from the center of the store to the back of the store. I take a look (completely clueless as to how much I need, how much a 10 pound box would stuff). I opt for a box of poly something and a roll of flat foam for what I would think is for the seat cushions. Get to check out (only customer there) and ask the same person that pointed, if she thinks this is what I need to refill some couch pillows and cushions and if it will be enough. Reply: "it should work" (dry as dirt). Ok, thanks. First time doing it so I'm really unsure of the product and quantity. No reply. Gives me the total and stands there. I pay. She hands me the receipt and doesn't say a word. I say thank you so much and she replied "yup". I mean, they should have basic knowledge unlike me since a) not crafty and b) clearly asking for some guidance and c) general customer service would be awesome. I left wondering if she hated her job or her life....it was awkward, discouraging and in my book, flat out rude. I could have saved a trip and gotten more help on Amazon just by reading reviews and the Questions and Answer section. Both visits, PAINFUL and discouraging.
