I originally found Dr. Ho after a nightmare experience at other dental clinics trying to get a routine cavity filled. I had gone to several different dentists who repeatedly hit a nerve during the procedure, causing acute, agonizing pain. I was incredibly anxious, but when I finally switched to Dr. Ho, he and his team took care of the problem cavity with absolutely zero pain. I've been a loyal patient ever since. Their care and responsiveness are truly unbelievable. On a holiday weekend, an old filling (done by a completely different dentist) fell out. I texted Dr. Ho a picture of the tooth, and he responded within mere minutes. In less than an hour from sending that text, I was sitting in his chair getting it fixed. Dr. Ho and his staff are super prompt, deeply care about their patients' comfort, and consistently deliver top-tier care. If you are looking for an amazing, trustworthy dentist, this is the place. If you're thinking about switching dentists, look no further. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Almost a decade later, I'm sitting here with a smile I'm actually proud of -- and honestly, that's changed my confidence in ways I didn't expect. I catch myself smiling in photos now instead of hiding. A special shoutout to Dr. Baysac and Dr. Tran, who have taken such good care of me through every single procedure. They're skilled, patient, and genuinely kind -- the kind of dentists who explain what's happening, make you feel comfortable, and never rush you. And it's not just them: their entire staff is so friendly and welcoming, putting me at ease from the moment I walk in on every single visit. I've been a loyal patient for nearly ten years, and in that time I've referred friends and colleagues without hesitation, purely because of how well this team treats their patients. That kind of care and consistency is rare.

Okay, this is after appointment #3…read more This office is cute, cozy, and welcoming, just like the staff. Every time I walk in, I feel a sense of ease because of the calm, zen-like atmosphere. The reception area is compact yet peaceful, and my recent visits have been at 8 a.m., so I've been greeted with really nice early-morning energy. One detail I really appreciated: Dr. Baysac has a photo book of her travels to Honduras near the reading materials by the window. I highly recommend taking a look while you wait. It's both eye-catching and eye-opening. I honestly think she should make more of these because I really enjoyed flipping through it. Dae at the front desk is a great way to start your day. Pun intended. She's easy to talk to and has such a caring spirit. She actually reminds me of a long-lost friend. Julie and Anna, the dental assistants, have also been wonderful, kind, professional, and comforting during my visits. They help make the whole experience feel much less intimidating and much more personal. Dr. Wei is also incredibly gentle and accommodating while working on me. One funny thing I noticed: she and her assistants have such interesting and entertaining conversations that they could honestly start a podcast for patients in the chair. Their energy somehow makes the appointment feel lighter and more enjoyable. I will say, like with many dental offices, I tend to feel a bit cautious when it comes to billing and payments, just because I've had confusing or unexpected charges elsewhere in the past. That said, so far everything here has been explained clearly, and I haven't run into any issues, which I really appreciate. Overall, every visit has left me feeling cared for and at ease, which says a lot because going to the dentist isn't usually something people look forward to. I'm really grateful to have found this place. Looking forward to appointment #4.

Dr. Ordoñez is a light in the darkness…read more I've been seeing her for three years this month. As a woman with some complicated dental history, having a female dentist I trust has made a real difference. Where other dentists can make patients feel judged, Dr. O and her team create a space where you feel supported, not shamed. She's kind, warm, and has built a wonderful team around her (shoutout to Randy, Shar, and everyone else who's been so welcoming over the years!!!). She goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and genuinely NEVER in pain, which, if you've had rough dental experiences before, you know is HUGE. I trust her and her practice enough that I've now referred my wife to her too! If you're looking for a dentist who takes the time to make you feel safe and cared for, I can't recommend Dr. O and her team enough.

I went to Mission Dental Group for a lower premolar filling on Feb 10, 2026 with Dr. Rosa Marie…read moreOrdonez. The visit was because a prior filling had come out while flossing. As a concerned patient, I asked for basic guidance on proper flossing technique so I could avoid this happening again. Dr. Ordonez refused and said that kind of education is "usually for cleanings" and that I should schedule one instead. That felt dismissive given it was directly related to why I was there. During the procedure, an instrument contacted my upper tooth and Dr. Ordonez said "sorry" at the time. That evening, after the numbness wore off, my wife noticed a chip on that upper tooth that wasn't there before. The next morning (Feb 11) I called the office to report it. The practice manager/front desk (Randy) was dismissive and said, "we don't know when we can get you in," and suggested 2 PM. I explained 1 PM was the only time I could make due to work. He said "maybe we can get you in" and wouldn't confirm until I called back again and pushed for it. Before being seen, I told the front desk I was uncomfortable returning to Dr. Ordonez and asked to see a different dentist. That request was refused. During the Feb 11 visit, Dr. Ordonez was defensive and denied responsibility. When I said her instrument hit my tooth the day before and she had said "sorry," she said she didn't remember and would need to "check her notes." I was also told the notes weren't even completed yet, which didn't inspire confidence. When I asked if the edge could be polished, she said she didn't want to because I would "just come back and complain that it's too short." She also said words to the effect of, "I can't help it if you don't take good care of your teeth," which felt like blaming me rather than addressing what happened. The tone was dismissive and confrontational. A small composite repair was placed, but the way this was handled--from the front desk to the dentist--was not professional or patient-centered. I escalated this to the owner, Dr. Growney, and his response was to defend the office and minimize what happened rather than address the conduct, the refusal to let me see another dentist, or the dismissive communication. The overall message was essentially: "We did nothing wrong," which felt like enabling this behavior instead of holding anyone accountable. Mistakes can happen. How you handle them matters. In this case, the defensiveness, refusal to accommodate, and dismissive responses from the dentist, the front desk, and the owner were the real problem. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this practice.

Since the pandemic, I'll be honest I have not put my dentures in once, so they totally don't fit anymore. I finally made it in this morning and no one gave me any grief whatsoever, and I actually got there half an hour late, and still no bad vibes. Marina, who took my cancellation every time, was nothing but kind and cordial to me and they took me right in, took care of what needed to be taken care of and I was out of there. That is really saying something, considering it has been about 18 years since he was my dentist and I am taking the time to write a review now! Long story short, Dr. Chong was my dentist in the early 2000s and was fantastic. He took plenty of time to be careful in his evaluation of my gums and teeth, and was super precise in his work. I had to get a root canal because of a damaged molar and he did great work. I know this for a fact because A) it's been 19 years and I have never had an issue with the root canal or crown and B) every dentist I have had since has remarked on what a terrific job it was when viewing my x-rays. One even described it as a "work of art." This is a dentist you can trust definitively. He will be conservative in his efforts and take great care.
