But got the exam, cleaning, x-rays etc. Had some tool draw out a new upper partial so I could get a new and stronger one. My problem is with the one guy, that did the x-ray. Very rude and a complete smartass. I kept my mouth shut. I never let anyone talk to me the way he did. But I stayed silent. This past Friday, (2weeks) I was to wait for my partial I went back to get it. Had the same rude little guy serve me up with attitude. He told me I had to put the new partial in and suffer for 2 weeks till my teeth got used to it. It wasn't even close to fitting. I told him "If you hurt me, I'm hurting you". Because it wasn't even close killing me. He ran an told the office manager, ( who is a young smartass that ℹ threatened him! I never threatened anyone. After that the OM came in and got in my face. Borderline me coming out of the chair. These two individuals that are working there need to be released. You don't act like a full blown smartass to the customer. I am filing a complaint and possibly seeking a lawyer. I'm going back wed to get my over priced partial and leaving. Do not go to this Aspen Dental office. They used to be good. Not anymore! I've been a patient of Dr. Leuchtmann for years, probably since the practice opened. I've always felt welcome and had a pleasant experience, until my most recent appointment. As a mom of 4 children, I do my best to try to have child care when I visit the dentist, but unfortunately, that is not always an option. I've brought my children to appointments at their office numerous times over the past 7-10 years and it has never been an issue. The hygienist yesterday actually complimented how well behaved they were more than once, so you can imagine my surprise when the receptionist scheduling my next appointment informed me that I would only be able to bring ONE child to my next appointment, siting "safety concerns". I was so taken aback that I really didn't know what to say. I could understand if they were running around the office, causing a ruckus and misbehaving, but they literally just sat in the room the entire time and watched their iPads...3/4 didn't even really speak the entire time. I contacted the office and was told by the office manager that this is the policy, so if you have children, find a different dentist- they aren't welcome here.

I had updated my email and send me the bill that was this month. I also asked her to send the treatment plan as well she never did. So today I receive a call from them a rude lady stating she sent you the info I only have the invoice that's not what I asked for so I said send it please. She goes on to say well this is your last chance to pay the bill I said hold now I just received the bill. The bill is late because I never received and I do not go to that dental practice anymore I followed my dentist who left as well. This is very rude and unprofessional I don't recommend them at all.

I was willing to pay but needed to find out why I was being charged more than I was told initially. Instead of trying to come to terms with me, Brittany, the office manager, sent me a text and an email saying that I would no longer be allowed to be a patient of Dr Wilson's. Someone from the office would call me and when I would answer they would not respond. I'm sure this was done so they could say that they tried to call me and couldn't reach me. I was very disappointed that I was treated like this because I wanted to discuss the change in the price of the service that I received.

Lindenwood Dentistry has a great location in the Schnuck's center across from Lindenwood University in St. Charles. The staff are very personable and helpful. They use a combination of digital x-rays and photographs and refer to them regularly during procedures. The result is the most thorough and well explained examination I've ever had. They even did a couple of composite fillings on my first visit and the cost was VERY reasonable. The doctor who performed the procedures isn't listed yet on their website, but I believe his name is Dr. Schaumberg (sp?), young, but professional and knowledgeable. I can't recommend him highly enough. The same goes for Lindenwood Dentistry, itself. They are new and still taking on new patients. If you're looking for a dentist, I think you will be happy with them too.

I had a root canal done and on paper it was $1135, so I said okay and they sent me to a place in o'Fallon to have it done and they wanted $1315 when I got there MIND you the paper said $1100. Today they added a $176 bill to my portal to pay?! That means $1135 turned into $1491 dollars. They are double dipping payments on you for free cash. I highly recommend nobody go here at allllll. They scam you out of money and they force you to believe something is wrong with you so you pay them money to have unnecessary treatment. I called them questioning them on the prices and why im being charged so much and they said the price on the paper is not a set price it's only a quote which depends on the sub contractor and insurance which is illegal. They are using you to get extra money and sending you to someone else so they can also grab more money. You have to question EVERYTHING they do. Trust me. I wouldn't even feed this place to my dog and the business needs to be investigated by insurance companies

I highly recommend completing your paperwork online before your appointment. They share a parking lot with a very busy Starbucks location and they have designated parking spots for the dental office. I was greeted warmly as I entered, and because I had completed my paperwork online I was able to simply let them know I was there and sit down to wait. My appointment was scheduled for 3 PM and just minutes later, they called my name. They quickly did a x-ray with a very modern machine that produced immediate pictures. I waited mere minutes before the dentist came in to examine me. Dr. Maughn was incredibly calming and compassionate. He had a good sense of humor as well. Those qualities are so important for anyone even slightly anxious at a dental visit. He immediately put me at ease, explained my situation thoroughly, and offered several treatment options. He was sensitive to my pain level and asked for consent before proceeding with each medical intervention. This was probably one of the most positive experiences I've had at a dentist. They called me on a Friday and told me the endontist they assigned it to couldn't do it and they were referring me somewhere else. On a Friday and I was in pain. The place they referred me to did not take my insurance so that left me scrambling and finally found a place but don't have an appointment until the 12th so now I have to deal with needing a root canal for 2 more weeks
