He failed to provide a good fitting crown of correct height and shape that she could bite on. He does not know how to use CEREC machine that mills crowns. Dr. Moreno lied that he would make just an mini-invasive overlay but he decimated original molar. Chesterfield Smiles clinic staff is rude careless and inhuman, especially dental assistant Dani. Dani treated my wife in a very condescending and humiliating manner, while being upset, scraping the prepared tooth, without doctor license and she made the tooth very sensitive. She did significant health damage, too. They kept us in a small cubicle for 4 days like hostages without food, they were unable to figure out how to do it correctly and did not know how to save data in CEREC memory. Since Dr. Moreno`s "treatment" my wife is on liquid or soft diet, unable to chew and she has to take opiates against pain. They triggered TMJD pain. Criminal dentistry! It was a very traumatizing experience for my wife. I was present and witnessed the entire treatment of my wife. A half a year after Dr. Moreno failed treatment around Thanksgiving 2025, my wife still has a hole/space there and she still cannot chew till now, May 2026. Chesterfield Smiles refuse to take any responsibility and they broke medical and ethical laws. Malpractice, negligence and ignorance!

10 yrs ago, my daughter fell in a creek...and lost all viable front teeth. It has been 10 years of…read morepain and adjustments and disappointments. TODAY WAS A BANNER DAY! Dr. Hellmann worked on our daughter today and her life will never be the same! We FULLY expected drama and tears today, but my daughter was BEAMING and staring in the mirror, flinging her hair! She even went to the gym tonight! We are all shocked at how truly painless this has been for her and how beautiful she feels today...a day we thought would never come! Hellmann and Madeline (assistant who was SO TRULY KIND and encouraging...SHE SOLD US with sweetness...and confidence in her boss..and so relatable) they made it happen! Sadly, due to bone loss...implants were not possible. Our options were sickening for our beautiful girl. We visited 5 dentists to review lifelong solutions for my daughter (after 10 years of this and that...to get by...and keep her smile normal- ish.) We could NOT embrace the idea of dentures for our daughter getting ready for college! Hellman assured us about a Bridge. My husband and I were skeptical. This is our daughter! This is her lifelong smile! Is this guy a specialist? But...my daughter felt MOST comfortable in his office. She BEGGED to get her work done here! Hellmann was not our cheapest quote...but they worked with us on overall quote and let us make payments. My daughter just loved Hellmann...and his staff WON our business. We dreaded this visit, after 10 years of trauma - and our daughter came out smiling and in NO PAIN! Hours later, NO PAIN! Mostly, after years of being traumatized...she is not complaining, she is BEAMING! She is full of hope and for the first time in 10 years, she isn't taking out her retainer with fake teeth...or accommodating everything around mealtime and dental health...and pain. She is FREE! Mostly, she feels pretty. HUGE! All night we discussed how lucky she is, how lucky we all are to see her so free and so happy with a result, of all that happened today - after 2 hours in the chair. We are grateful. We are overjoyed...mostly because our daughter feels the joy of being the STRONG confident girl...without worry or care. She feels whole tonight (and isn't even in pain! WE CANNOT BELIEVE THAT!) She went out for ice cream tonight with friends. We were expecting a week of ongoing dental horror. I cannot believe Gods plan...and how I followed her lead...letting her determine who she felt the comfortable with. What a reward this day has been. I cannot recommend this office more! We are so grateful for Hellmann and his staff today. We have waited for this day...when the final steps are in play. It isn't...next time we will do this...and after that...we will do this...IT IS OVER! My daughter is happy...her smile ...and all the cares...are over. THE END is in sight. She went to bed loving herself...and all with a little Ibuprofen. She is so happy. That is all that matters to us. But, surely a bonus, that her teeth have NEVER been prettier. It is the best smile...she has ever had...ever! HELLMANN AND STAFF...WE LOVE YOU TONIGHT!
